Bloomsbury flowers in Covent Garden just designed and installed our wedding flowers last week and they were absolutely divine. We had a certain look in mind and they executed it to perfection. My bridal bouquet I left to Mark and Stephen ( the owners) to create and I literally squealed with pure delight when it arrived. It was so beautiful. The venue too was just stunning, full of scented roses and dahlias, everyone commented on how wonderful they all looked. Weddings are pretty stressful to organise, but if you want one area of the organisation to be thoroughly taken care of without any worries, use these guys! They put you at ease from the very first meeting and truly know how to produce the wow factor. Thank you Mark and Stephen for making our special day so very magical and the best day of our lives.

Searched for a flower shop that would deliver to the St. James's area yesterday. Was a bit nervous ordering from across the pond but as it turns out, I didn't have to worry at all. Bloomsbury Flowers was super quick responding to my request to send an arrangement to a friend who had just started a new job. All I gave them were the contact details and color choice. They handled the rest! Given how expensive London generally is, the arrangement was reasonably priced (I even went ahead and asked for an upgrade from the original offer). Less than 24 hours later, my friend received the perfect and lovely bouquet! Very pleased and most importantly, the recipient was overjoyed! Thank you Mark and the team at Bloomsbury Flowers.

Was given this beautiful bouquet for my birthday last week by my sons girlfriend . But by day 3 they were looking wiltered and falling apart . I buy flowers all the time and on average can get at least a week out of them but more near 10 days 2 weeks . I’m very sad about this as they cost her a fair amount as she wanted to do something special for me but this was spoilt by the quality of them . I don’t have the heart to tell her as I know she will be disappointed more then me .

It is a nice shop, with fresh flowers and nice arrangements. Terrible costumer service. I entered the shop and asked if the cinnamon sticks and orange slices in the bowls were for sale. The lady just started laughing, and went to her colleague for help. They clearly didnt know the price and made one up. The colleague then came and spurted an inane price of 50p per item and kept on laughing and laughing. I felt so uncomfortable. Its really a shame as the shop seems nice.

Mark and Stephen designed the flowers for my wedding. They did an amazing job and my husband and I were absolutely delighted with the results. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and impart their own recommendations and wisdom. We had so many compliments about the flowers, and everyone wanted to take a centrepiece home! They were a pleasure to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding flowers.

Ordered flowers online and got extremely poor looking bouquet with 80% dry/ bad/ pass its best flowers and not with flowers that were specified on the site! When I complained to them about it they were rude and not willing to help, owner/ director- Mark shouted at me and was extremely rude. Don't buy from them really terrible customer service and the worst quality of flowers I have seen.

We called from the Chicago-Milwaukee area to have flowers delivered for our daughter's dance showcase that was done at LSE, based on a referral from the receptionist at her dorm. Mark took the call, and said he had it covered. Our daughter showed us the flowers via FaceTime, and they definitely did a first class job. Would happily use them again.

Ordered two perfect buttonholes for two grooms! One more colourful with tropical flowers and one more autumnal with ferns. Great staff, we showed pictures we'd found online of buttonholes we liked and they talked through the flowers they could use and planned our own. Reasonable price, both ready on time for collection on the day!

The store is not so big but there isn’t a kind of flower they don’t have. And the sales assistants who work there always give their best to prepare you exactly the bouquet you want. I think their motto should be something like “Bouquets for any occasion” … it completely suits the store.

Amazing service and beautiful flowers ! My husb went to pickup the bouquet I ordered a day early without seen it. The bouquet wasn't exactly wright, but guys from the shop kindly replaced all flowers for what i wanted . Definitely recommending !

This company has very bad driver, between Westminster bridge to Waterloo roundabout he use horn unceasingly, on the Waterloo bridge he drive with over 40 mph also he very aggressively and swearing to other drivers, he has white hairs and beard.

A really top class florist. Their flowers are wonderful, their taste is exquisite, they're so helpful and speedy and efficient. Not cheap but not the most expensive either, by a long way, and prices start at affordable levels.

I called from Scotland at 4pm on Valentine's Day asking if they could help me surprise my wife in London. At 4:30pm they delivered an amazing bouquet with her favourite flowers. I can't thank them enough. Outstanding service.
