Wow! What amazing ladies I got married a couple months back and unfortunately, what I had originally planned to do for florals was not working out how I wanted. So, very last minute, I stumbled upon this florist, and from the get-go, both ladies were friendly, accommodating, informative, helpful… do you need me to go on? They listened to my vision and helped me put it together, whilst working within my budget, as well as offering advice. This was all within a weeks notice! Blue Bella, I honestly cannot thank you enough. The buttonholes and bridal bouquet were so beautiful the single stems of giant alliums were exactly what I had imagined with your little tough of a purple ribbon. I ended up having left over gyp so added this to them and everyone commented on how beautiful all the flowers were. So thank you again I will definitely be using you again and will send everyone I know, your way for their floral arrangements. Hope you enjoy the pics.

After leaving hospital a few days ago, I sent some flowers to Barnet hospital today to thank the fabulous staff there. As a florist myself I would always make my own and drop them off, but being in recovery from major surgery this was not an option, so I decided to give Blue Bella a try. Alex was super helpfull and understood immediately what I wanted. The order was not straightforward as I also sent some chocolates which they were able to offer a selection on and with several cards which I supplied myself. The staff at Blue Bella carried out my wishes perfectly and even sent me a picture so I could see how wonderfull the flowers were. I can not recommend this florist higly enough. At a last minute requirement, I had to order some flowers with only a limited time period. The florist who was extremely professional and courteous, took my order and due to my uncertainty, guided me into the right direction. Top marks for that. The flowers were guaranteed delivery on that day before my deadline. The flowers delivered were of an exceptional standard and quality and were absolutely stunning. The service was fantastic & tremendous and I know if ever I was stuck in ordering flowers I would go back to them without a shadow of doubt. Blue Bella - Enfield (London) I spoke to a lovely lady (Alex) last week to help arrange funeral flowers for my Nan's funeral in London. I requested a photo as I won't be able to attend. I am absolutely delighted with the beautiful basket of Pink Seasonal flowers. They are simply gorgeous I know my Nan would have absolutely loved them. The roses are exquisite and the photo is one I will treasure for ever. Thank you Alex and all at Blue Bella for making this difficult day, beautiful with the gorgeous creations created. The team at Blue Bella were amazing with organising our table decorations, button holes and my bridal bouquet. They listened to the types of flowers and look that we wanted and were only too happy to help with everything! They even called the day before to advise that some flowers weren't available for my bouquet but what was delivered on the day was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Fantastic service from the team at Blue Bella. I was planning a last minute wedding and they couldn't have been more helpful! They helped with every aspect of our flower arrangements with rich knowledge and guidance throughout. The shop is stunning with a great selection of flowers, plants and other gifts too. They also made a beautiful crown for a hat that I wore on the day - was over the moon with it. Thank you for making all of my flower dreams come true.

Disappointing to say the least. I was expecting this to be a lot fuller than what actually arrived. Even a little more greenery would have sufficed. Usually when I order flowers there are at-least a few roses thrown in there but this bunch only had one. The only positives are that the colours are what I asked for and it was delivered quickly. Tesco and M&S have better quality bouquets/bunches for a lot cheaper so I think I will stick to them in the future.

Utterly horrid. Shocking. How dare you asking the price for such poor quality product. My flowers looked nothing like the description online. I am still fuming. This is unacceptable! The "creation" was very small, with much less then advertised. Not even visually aligned. Green and colour just chucked in a vase. I can do that. Anybody can do that. Chop leftovers and put them in. But I am not asking you to pay what you are asking!!! Shame on you!

Blue Bella provided the flowers for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with them. It was such an easy process from start to finish, and they managed to understand what we wanted from looking at some pictures on our phone, and produced the most beautiful bouquet and table flowers. It wasn’t a problem for them to deliver the button holes to one address and the rest of the flowers to another in central London. They truly made our day!

Prior to my husband's funeral I spoke to one of the florists Georgina and asked her for an arrangement be laid on the coffin that looked like "a swiss alpine meadow", a tall order indeed! She took so much time and trouble in talking to me and sharing ideas of the flowers that might work. When I saw it on the coffin it was absolutely perfect with all the delicacy of colour and texture that we had seen many times on our travels. Thank you. CB

As I live in the United States I have been relying Blue Bella to deliver flowers to my mum. I want them to be special and they most certainly are! I am so pleased with the service and the quality of the flowers. My mum sends me photos of them and they are just gorgeous. Not to mention she said they lasted a long time. I wish Blue Bella was here because it’s hard to find that quality here. In fact, I haven’t. I would recommend 100%!

We used Blue Bella Blooms for the first time this week. Sadly it was a funeral wreath. I wanted a particular theme and the lovely lady in the shop helped me achieve what I wanted within a budget that suited me. The flowers were delivered and I saw them today at the funeral. They were very beautiful, exactly what I'd ordered and the little teddy bear was a big success. Many thanks to you for your service and attention to detail.

I would never recommend this florist to anyone, after ordering a wreath from them for my uncle, i was so disappointed and embarrassed it looked like a small bunch of flowers which have not even come into bud, tied with a dingy grey piece of lace, I was told by the shop that it was a cheap wreath which I only paid 45 pounds for, I could have bought a better bunch from any supermarket and that would have looked a lot better.

A great big thank you to Blue Bella for the amazing flowers you did for both of us on our wedding day. The attention to detail was above and beyond, a larger posy for the bride, a much smaller posy for our flower girl of only 3.5 years and some simply stunning button holes. Disappointed. Good friend sent flowers for my wife’s birthday and they were wilted and dying within two days. Half of the display was cheap greenery so not that many blooms to enjoy. Not sure how much money changed hands but when I spoke to Blue Bella they didn’t want anything to do with me saying it was nothing to do with them and simply referred me to Interflora!. Not good and won’t recommend them to anyone.

Really disappointed Terrible bouquet And awful customer service This is supposed to be a 35 pound bouquet!!! Then to be told “ we’ll flowers are expensive” !!!! One fully opened flower so will probably last a day or 2 n a couple of filler flowers, staff wasn’t interested on the phone ! I asked for an email address to send picture over privately for ther inspection! No they wasn’t interested !!! Disgusting !!!

They were extremely helpful in fulfilling our request for my grandfather’s funeral. The ordering process was made very easy and they were able to recommend suitable alternative flowers where some were not in season or available. We came to the shop with a vague idea for a coffin spray, the team helped us create a beautiful and fitting floral arrangement. Perfection. Every flower was beautifully arranged within the Woodland Coffin Spray. Over a dozen fresh creamy white roses, beautiful lisianthus, delicate oriental lilies and green anthuriums. All woven together with ferns and palm leaves for a little part of nature that our precious Father, Grandfather & Great-Grandfather would have loved in the garden. Blue Bella have been absolutely fantastic in helping create a bespoke reef for the loss of our loved one, we wanted something very specific shaped as a lotus flower on a lily pad, all the staff were super helpful and came up with a great solution. I popped into here to order some intaflora flowers and was greeted by a very friendly person who helped me with my order I do not know how the flowers I ordered came out cos of a different shop but in the shop the flowers were superb but they do shut at 15-00 hours

Beautiful flowers, great service, I had to order a last minute same day flower arrangement, Blue Bella was recommended by a colleague and what a gem. They completed the order for collection in a couple of hours, no fuss and the flowers were perfect.

Appalling!!! We paid £35 for these flowers... completely not worth the money - all foliage with hardly any flowers at all. Will never use this shop again. Rang the shop to say how disappointed we were and was told in essence ‘that’s what they cost’.

Spent £59 on a flower delivery today. Some of the flowers already look like they are dying and. The size of the bouquet although better than most online delivery florists but aren't quite what we got from our old supplier.
