Blue Collar Electric did a great job installing an EV charger in my garage. The job involved running 6 gauge cable from one side of the house to the other, installing a new 60 amp circuit, and installing a Tesla Gen III wall connector. Not only was the job done to a high standard of quality, but Don and Jeff were extremely professional and personable. They were great communicators and gave me clear information on the plan of attack, as well as updates along the way. They did a clean installation in my not-so-clean garage, and were in and out in around 2.5 hours. Eric, the owner, showed great attentiveness and care for his clients when he came to assess the job, and when he checked in on the installation personally. I will definitely be using their services for years to come. Highly recommended.

Our neighbour recommended Blue Collar Electric after being very happy with a job they did at her house. They were at our house for 2 days last week and did an excellent job installing several new pot lights, dimmer switches, and updating our smoke detectors. Life savers! We had noticed none of our heaters aren't working and half the house was off. We called around with everyone too busy to help. But when i called Eric he imediately took initiative to see if any of his guys were in the area and thank goodbess he had Don in area and was able to squeeze us in for this emergency. We recently bought an old house that needed a lot of work to bring it up to code. We were warned in advance how long we would be out of power, and were updated all during the day. They kept us informed every step of the way - even when things didn't go as expected! They explained what they were doing, and whenever changes were required they let us know what and why. We used this service for repairs at my office. I checked out the Alberta website first because the Beaconsfield, quebec location is fairly new. All looked good. Eric has a fantastic team. Owen and Chris installed a large ceiling fan in my bedroom. I had no existing ceiling fixture so they went through the attic. Also changed the wall outlet from a single to a double. I expected a bit of a mess but the job was done so cleanly. You could not tell any installation had been done. I inadvertently drilled into a live wire on a stud. I called Eric and he had one of his team there within 24 hours after making sure that the circuit to this line was off for that period. Jeff was on time, very professional with his repair and explained each step as he did the repair. He cleaned up very well as he worked and verified that the line was secure when he finished. We asked for a quote, Eric came to our home reviewed what needed to be done & said he would send a quote in a day or 2, lead time was about 2 weeks & take 6 hrs to complete. Sounded great. We waited & waited but we never heard from him. Very unprofessional and frankly confusing & rude. More confusing are the positive feedbacks & polite responses sure had me fooled.
