WORTH RENTAL AGENCY EVER!!!!! BEWARE OF SCAM First of all we rent a Mercedes, the person who bring the car bring if without any control because the roof was not working, the rear windows were dirty because they tried to tint the windows, and the screen was not working after 1 day. We immediately saw the issue with the rule so we said to the person who bring the car that we don't want to keep it like that. He said no worries keep it for the day if you need it and I bring the same car in white version this afternoon. They never bring a new car, they let us wait during 8 days by saying yes we check, or by not answering. After 8 days we just decided to give it back because they was not serious and dishonest. We took the car for like 20 days, and they wanted to refund only 12 days because for them everything was ok during the 8 days we used it. I spend a half day for explaining them that we keep the car just because they was supposed to change it, if we had known we give it back since the first day without waiting for a second car. BUT THIS IS NOT THE WORTH. We finally give back the car they refund us a bit more than for the 12 remaining days. But we observe few days later that they took the deposit. So we decided to go to the agency of Deira and a guy explained to us they took this deposit for 15/30 days and after 30 days maximum if they don't receive any bill for this car they give it back to you. They took this amount the 9 November. Today we are the 14 December and as you can guess we never get back our deposit. I send to them I don't know how many messages. Nobody answer and as I can find out today in the reviews I am obviously not the only one who has not recovered his deposit. Shame on you.

First of all I booked Lexus 570 and made a deposit, before a day I got a message from manager of Blue Shark that Lexus got in an accident and not available. And the company is going to find similar car to me. But at the day of my trip I got the car lower class but at the price of a Lexus. When I asked the guy who delivered the car to me about Lexus, he said nothing about car accident and said Lexus is on lease. I paid a deposit in cash, they said they can return deposit to my bank account. In one month after my trip I asked the manager about refund the deposit and send them accurate bank account details. They made the transaction with wrong bank account details and I didn't get these money. My bank returned these money back to sender. And during next 2 months manager of Blue Shark told me fairy stories why they can't check the money were returned to their account and all stuff. At the end they just block my number in messenger. Would you like to lose your deposit or get the car lower class with the price of Lexus you are welcome to this company

This review is about how dishonest and unethical this rent a car company is! They have cheated me after I have taken cars from them on rent! The company first plays with me by telling me baseless points about damages in the car after I used it, when I gave them proof and clear answers they accepted it and said they will return my deposit back, it’s been nearly five months I have been requesting them and Running behind this company leaving me work and other important matters only to be clarified when will I get my deposit back, they do not Answer my calls and give me excuses to return my money, they give me silly Answers like they can’t give me the money in hand but will deposit in my account through the bank, after being helpless I told them I will approach the police and file a case against them to which they tell me “go do what you want and tell who you want”!!!!!! Kindly Ppl never ever trust these frauds as they will give you a hard time and never return your money!!!!

Rip off scammed my deposit for 4500 aed be carefull with this company they will try and take as much money from you without any reason. They will make up any excuse to take your deposit especially for tourists. Very untrustworthy company will lie about availability and they also canceled my booking exactly 1 minute before my rental period. They give a other car while waiting for my original booking and told me i could use it. afterwards they charged me for this car which was they're mistake. Waiting weeks and still i didn't get my booked car. After all of this they also took my deposit. Very dangerous company

I am From Switzerland A while ago I was visiting Dubai. My friend of mine advise me if i want to rent a Car i should go to this place to rent a car. I went there and I already Rent a car. Excellent service and customer service at the highest level. Especially I think Mr Ali he cool and he know how to deal with customers. When I came back to Switzerland, I talked to everyone about this company. I advise everyone to deal with them. And don’t kose your time. Thanks Blue Shark staff

The worst car rental company I have ever experienced. They are lying and scamming cheaters in which they give bad quality broken cars and blame you if anything happens and only take your money! Also, after 2 years now they are replying to our comments saying that they have lying proof that we damaged the car ourselves. How rude , dishonest and disrespectful. I do hope that no one will ever decide to go and rent a car from this cheating place

The best hospitality and the best cars in town! Ali really made up our trip. He picked us with a limo from the airport and dipped us in Blue Shark Car Rental parking to choose our cars. He is a great man and gave us a discount because we were took like 10-15 cars. The hospitality is great and we were taken care of. If you go there I definitely recommend Ali from Blue Shark Car Rental! Worth every single dollar!
