I'll purchase one ring 2022 Dec I didn't use that ring atlist one week but ring shining was very dull and that diamond looking was not good I'm very disappointed about that product I'm not satisfied about that ring I think that is not looking for a diamond ring and I want to replace that ring and i need that full value that ring and venkatesh service very good he is very polite and good sales executive but I didn't satisfied that ring

One of the staff from this store was very rude and we asked him about the collection, he was so unbothered to answer us and he was passing unnecessary comments too. When I asked his name, he replied “its unnecessary for me”. I clicked his picture to update it here. Bluestone,please check whom you guys are hiring. Very disappointed. I purchased an earring's. Designs are awesome. Coming to store management they are very polite and friendly, explaining each and everything about diamonds, prices, offers clearly and also they suggested a scheme which is very helpful compare to other schemes.
