After reading all the reviews, we decided to come here for a relaxing, evening facial and massage. My husband opted for the combination massage, while I did the 45 minute express facial. Upon walking in, the place felt so clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and also smelled good! It's a spa built inside a boutique and there were some really cute clothing on sale. The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience. She also does extractions but I didn't have any to extract (lucky me!). I enjoyed our conversations and time with her! I literally can't stop touching my skin! My husband is having his massage done by Maddison. I have no doubts that he would love the experience! I'll update once I hear from him. UPDATE: He said it was super relaxing and that Maddison did an amazing job! Thank you to the staff at Body Soul Spa for making our experiences so wonderful! Definitely planning on coming back here!

UPDATE - This review is a little late due to the holidays, but it’s worth the time to write. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time in August stating we would definitely return. We came back in mid-December for another couples massage, and AGAIN, this spa was impeccable in every way. We both had different therapists than before and still received the same high quality service. I’m still amazed by the pressure Maddison can place on one’s muscles to break up years of computer shoulder tension and knots. She was even able to release a pinched pain I’ve been dealing with for several months. In addition, everyone is extremely polite, and there’s a refreshing respectful atmosphere for all customers and staff. If you leave here unhappy, you most likely are looking for joy in your life and can’t find it anywhere. Keep up the great work, Body Soul Spa! I am looking forward to using my new membership in 2024!! After researching and reviewing numerous sites online, we decided to come to Body Soul Spa. What a WONDERFUL decision we made. We were very pleasantly greeted and immediately checked in upon arrival. We were early, so we had a complimentary glass of wine (couples massage only I believe so please don’t be misled here), while waiting in a charming sitting area. My appointment was with Lala, and my boyfriend was assigned to Rachel. They were both phenomenal!! I can’t remember the last time my shoulder stress felt so much relief! They were both very friendly and professional as well. We are both very thankful to have found this place!! We will be back - guaranteed.

Where do I begin? I tried this establishment on two different occasions. The first time they were under construction still operating a relaxing spa with literal drills and loud noises radiating down the hallway straight into the treatment rooms. I will say the owner was apologetic none the less my 100 min service was not relaxing. The masseuse seemed very green, I left more tense than when I walked in my body didn’t feel like it just received a 100 min service. I was given a discount off my next service if I decided to come back and try again. Well today I decided I’d try a much needed 40 min focused area. I asked for a silent service upon scheduling. I really just wanted to zen out and relax. Apparently my masseuse didn’t read that as she proceeded to talk to me for the entire service. The music was very loud in the room so I literally felt like she was screaming at me. Her techniques were also very green in my opinion. Rather than just moving my arms how she wanted them she kept asking me to move them. Unfortunately I left disappointed and won’t be returning. Maybe I’m just use to a certain level of customer experience as I work in the industry and understand the importance of the customers full experience. I hope this can be used for teaching moments for both your business as a whole but the individual massage therapist as well.

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing my first massage with Maddison, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful and rejuvenating experience. Maddison greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences before beginning the session. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire massage and asked for feedback along the way, ensuring that I was comfortable and that the pressure applied was just right. Maddison's hands seemed to have a magical touch. Her skilled and fluid movements worked wonders on my sore muscles, relieving tension and promoting relaxation. With a perfect balance of firmness and gentleness, she seemed to intuitively know where I needed the most and applied just the right amount of pressure. Not only did Maddison provide excellent massage, but her kind and calming demeanor created a tranquil atmosphere, allowing me truly unwind and let go of any stress or worries. The soothing music and oils further enhanced the overall experience, creating a true sanctuary of relaxation. After massage, I felt a renewed sense of well-being and a significant reduction in muscle tension. I went ahead and signed up for their membership to work with Maddison in releasing more tension. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming as well!

Not sure if this place is under new management, but the atmosphere is not the same as it was the last time that I went to get a massage. I requested no talking during my session but the masseuses vibes were so off I couldn't really relax. The massage was just ok. I have never left any massage and the masseuse not be outside the door waiting for me with a glass of water or waiting to see if I had any questions. I opened my door and she was no where to be found. Came out after I had paid to make recommendations. I'll just say, I won't go back to this spot anymore. Never have I gone to get a massage and felt off the entire time. UPDATE: Although, my review was on my particular experience with the masseuse; the shop responded regarding a matter that had nothing to do with what I mentioned. The comment regarding communication was based on my experience after the massage session; not during. Instead of taking a feedback and addressing the issue at hand to improve future clients; the shop responded to matters that had nothing to do with the actual review and experience at hand. This just reassuring why MY feelings (vibes) with this location was off.

Scheduling here was a dream. I know sounds crazy, but talking to Kim was so wonderful. She felt like a family friend that was really trying to help get my multiple appointments scheduled. We had two facials with Chrissy which were AMAZING. She was very professional, thorough, and communicative. Will be scheduling a following appointment soon! We also had a couple's massage with Lizzy and Maddison. We both felt that our massages were the best we've had! Very thorough, very restorative, very much what we asked for. We usually struggle to find therapists that can work through our tight muscles -- so having this experience was a dream. THANK YOU so much! We'll be back 1000% ;-)

This place is awesome! The website was great and easy to use. I was able to view the services and make the appointment online with no issues. The staff is very friendly and professional. The front desk is very welcoming. I've seen Rachael a couple of times now. She really listens to what you need worked on, requested pressure, and creates a calm and relaxing environment. My husband and I decided to get our memberships at our last visit. Very excited to have a monthly visit to work on our mental and physical well being. I highly recommend giving them a try!

First time here and I loved it. I booked appts for myself, my sister and my mom via phone. Alexis was very helpful every time I called and I called more than I should have lol. Their online website is super easy to navigate for booking too. They were very accommodating, even when I called when they were closed. All three of us didn’t want our massages to end. I had Maddison for my massage, great hands and bedside manner. we left feeling pampered and rejuvenated which was our aim. Thank you so much for giving us what we wanted :) we will be back

Steven was incredible. I went in with years of tension and back pain that I didn’t really understand, and within 10 minutes he could tell where it was coming from and what was probably causing it. Massage was extremely relaxing, he adds aromatherapy and hot towels and stretching in ways I’ve never experienced making it truly one of a kind. I feel so much better. He also gave me tips for taking better care of my back at home. So grateful and excited to return!!!

My fiancé surprised me with a massage from Body Soul Spa. And I wasn’t expecting it to be this great! When I first walked in, it looked clean and they have different merchandise such as cute clothes and jewelry. Rachel greeted me and took me in a couple minutes later. Rachel was exceptional! I asked her to mainly focus on my upper back and lower back and she did that! She applied the amount of pressure I was looking for. I truly enjoyed it and will be back!

UPDATE: She wasn’t lying, Steven is amazing! Best massage I’ve had!! Just finished a couples massage and facials for our anniversary and we will definitely be back! My wife couldn’t stop raving about Steven and how comfortable he made her throughout the entire massage and how attentive he was. And let me tell you about Samantha! I never knew how much my face needed a massage until her facial. 1000% recommend both of them!

I’m truly amazed at the results of my Procell treatment! My skin feels so much smoother and my friends comment that I don’t have wrinkles. I have 70 years of scars, discoloration, and wrinkles that have decreased to where I only need light makeup. I highly recommend this treatment. Chrissy is highly qualified and very personable. You will be so glad you made this decision to look and feel more beautiful.

Love this business! The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Enough so that I went home after my first massage and tried to recreate a zen room that was similar to their massage rooms so that I could have a bit of zen in my crazy house. Their employees are very professional and nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage or facial.

My deep tissue massage with Steven was incredible, absolutely amazing. I work out a lot and my shoulders were in so much discomfort and pain for weeks…. now I am absolutely pain-free.
