ATTN ALL BRIDES: TLDR: Catherine saved my skin before my wedding and I couldn't be more grateful. I still remain to have clear skin with very little maintenance needed. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. _______________________________________________________________ I can't begin to explain how life changing going to Catherine was. I sound dramatic, but hear me out. I have always been one of those girls that don't believe in facials as I have been to some before and nothing really changed for me... if anything it made my skin worse. I got engaged in 2022 and in a span of 6 months, I had to plan my wedding so you can imagine how stressed I was. I have always suffered from acne since I was a kid and I really really really wanted clear skin for the wedding, but with planning and all the additional stress... my skin just wasn't having it. I was stressed beyond stressed, always on the verge of crying and just needed to relax. While venting to my best friend, she decided to force me to see Catherine (although I kept saying no) by gifting me me a full HydraFacial and I am SO grateful she did. Catherine saw my skin and made it her mission to improve my skin in about 2 months(June 30th to Sept 5).... I saw immediate improvements after the first session but I was still very skeptical about her saying that she would clear my skin by then. I don't even know why I doubted her... She literally did the impossible and cleared my skin by my wedding! But truly, she didn't even just do that.... my sessions with her were times i got to forget about everything and just focus on me! She took the stress out of me worrying about my skin during the wedding as I knew she was taking care of me. She has given me SO much confidence in my skin that I don't even wear my full foundation or concealer now when i leave my home. I have completely stopped using other Sephora products and literally just use face wash and moisturizer now. If there is one thing I would tell all future brides, it is to see Catherine... she literally will do wonders. Thank you!

This is my first ever time going to any spa and I must say: I made the best decision choosing this spa. Body and Soul Day Spa was amazing in terms of their service and their packages! I phoned in to book a package (Anasa and an add on of the Custom European facial), and Judy was so warm and friendly, even answering questions and being so patient and kind with me. When I went in this afternoon, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (I forgot her name but she was so nice). They provide you with a locker, a lock, a robe and even flip flops. Justyna was my aesthetician for that visit and she was amazing! Not only was she so nice, but she explained every single step that she was doing. I appreciated that because she also explained the “why” behind it; it satisfied my curious mind especially since I’ve never been to a spa before. The Anasa package included the following: a Honey and Milk Scrub, a Seaweed Bath and an Olio Massage Therapy. I loved every single one of them. The Scrub was amazing and smelled so good (honestly, I’m a little obsessed). The Seaweed Bath, while it did smell a little (it is seaweed after all), worked wonders in making my skin soft. Justyna did also give me a bath bomb to help offset the scent of the seaweed and it was much appreciated. The massage was wonderful and relaxing too. Justyna gave me the option to choose the oil I wanted for my massage and I chose chocolate. I’ve never had a facial before but the Custom European facial was great! Again, like with the package, Justyna explained every step she did. Even when I was billing out, the receptionist (whom I believe may be Debbie?) was so nice and friendly. She was asking me about my experience and we even had a conversation about the different packages, as well as the fact that I could customize my own package. I’m definitely coming back here again in the near future, and I’m happy to say that I would highly recommend Body and Soul Day Spa to everyone.

I was burned badly during hair removal laser treatment in August 2021. I have more than 10 rectangular burn marks that have not healed.The owner Katharine wouldn’t admit they were at fault and said that I should have expected it based on the waiver form. However the waiver covers hyperpigmentation not burning. I was even told more than once “everyone gets burned”. The technician Noor tried to insinuate it was my fault by the types of questions she asked when I showed my scars, as if it was something I did. She was also very rude when I asked about the settings that were used during my treatment. I saw my treatment records open and when I asked about what settings were used during the session when I was burned she grabbed it away and said it’s not for me to see and the information was not my business. One of their staff members also told me she had been burned as well and it was normal. The owner offered treatments that obviously would not reverse burns, I didn’t want to take any more risks by getting more of their treatments. However, even though the owner verbally told me I would get all of my money back, after several months I was only refunded for the sessions I didn’t use, rather than the entire package I paid for which is what was agreed upon. I even paid for the session where I was burned. It was the worst experience and my scars are still there after almost a year. I had done other treatments with this spa prior, but after this experience I would tell everyone to stay away. Not only because of the fact I have been mutilated but the fact that there was no real responsibility taken or compassion for what had been done to me. I was made to feel like I was lucky to be getting any money back. BUYER BEWARE. I will say one of the people I dealt with was the administrator Laura who was very cooperative and helped with the process.

I went back to this Spa again for a hydra facial. This time it was truly a great experience. The robes and slippers were new. They have always been very clean and that continues. As mentioned in my previous comment the facial experience is amazing. Justina, Daniella and Noor really take care of their clients and based on the skin type they apply the right products to ensure the best results. I have changed my rating to 5 star. Hope the be back and get the same great services going forward. This is a high end Spa in Streetsville which comes up as one of the best one when you do Google search. Been here twice for hydrafacial and must say they do a good job. However, the second time when I also included manicure and pedicure, the experience was really bad. I have put a couple of pictures here to show how bad the manicure was. I have never seen a more shoddy job in any place, even the ones that charge half the price. Also, the pedi-mani facilities was terrible. The tray on the pedi basin are not stable and fell on my husband’s foot. Also, the massage functionality of the chair on which he was made to sit was not working. Even though the personnel were aware of it and there were other empty chairs, they made him sit on it. When we reported it to the front office they said they were not aware of it. Seems a disconnect between the people who work here and the management. Finally, both times I have been to this place my robe had torn buckle. This is a small deficiency, but makes you shrink when you pay top dollar and the first thing you see is a damaged robe.

It’s best for all the other services but not for massage for sure. The masseuse was extremely unprofessional, I have lived in Canada for 10 years and been too so many rmt massages this was the worst of anything seriously. I understand a human can have rough and hard hands if the work hard labour but you still go easy and gentle when doing a massage. The masseuse had were so hard she had no knowledge around how to manage and divide the strength of her body across. The best advice I could give her is to watch few videos and learn techniques such as using forearms and not poke someone with fingers. Her nails were sharp I could certainly feel it on my skin. I clearly tried to stop the session on the first two strokes where she couldn’t handle any sort of criticism or understand the word” slow” “avoid” “please be gentle” I kept using then and she kept pressing me down untill I warned her I am gonna walk out and end. It was an extremely stressful massage I had, I came to relax but unfortunately that’s not how I left. It definitely felt rusheddd maybe I was her last appointment that’s why she just wanted to rush off but regardless of what you need to understand your client and when they say it’s sore or too sensitive avoid that area or communicate back before just jumping on body parts and making the pain worse. I and my husband decided to take treatment in this spa. I went for body fx, which is composed of 6 treatment in 6 sessions, for which I had payed in advance. The lady (Mays) who was giving the treatment was not at all professional, they had to move my appointments couple of times at the last minute. I went for the treatment and after the treatment none of them informed about the postponing of the last treatment, once I left I get a call asking for postponing the the last session. I said why didn't you guys inform me when I was in the spa and also told them I'm not postponing please refund the last session money. And the lady in the reception (Judy) said will get back to me. In the evening I get a call from Judy. At that time her story was so different she actually started making up stories and I got 2 free treatments without paying. As such I owed them money not the other way round. She was so rude and didn't have any patience to even listen and sort out. Finally after multiple phone calls, commonsense prevailed and they refunded the last session for which service was not provided. Thankfully my husband didn't take any treatments with them. Had a very bad experience never ever I will go to that spa.

Body and Spa Day is an incredible spa that I recently had the pleasure of visiting. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, with soothing music, pleasant aromas, and a relaxing ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. I opted for a full-day spa experience, and it was amazing. I started with a luxurious facial that left my skin feeling soft and refreshed. After that, I indulged in a relaxing massage that melted away all of my stress and tension. And finally, I soaked in a hot tub while sipping on a glass of bubbly, feeling completely catered to. Throughout my time at Body and Spa Day, I was impressed with the attention to detail. Every service was top-notch, and the facilities were immaculate. I never felt rushed or hurried in any way, which made for a truly peaceful and serene atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend Body and Spa Day to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience. From their top-of-the-line services to their friendly and helpful staff, this spa truly has it all. 5 stars all around!

This is the best SPA service and experience I've ever had in GTA. It was worth every single dollar I paid for. Beside the options with different packages available on the Body and Soul Day Spa website, I was able to create my own package. Every treatment I had was exceptional. All I can say is WORLD CLASS! The SPA is clean, cozy and relaxing. Friendly staff and outstanding service during all treatments which I tried for the first time in my life: Body Polish and River Stone Massage: Simona - took care about me and my body on the highest level. Hydra Booster Facial: Catherine; Spa Owner - I was so comfortable and relaxed during my facial. I was lucky and blessed she took care about me. Reiki: Debbie - walked me through my energy levels and capacities on an unforgettable way. And finally, for the last minute booking, to make sure everything will be just perfect - I would like to thank to Connie: Spa Manager. Wonderful service from the minute of calling in to ask questions about the packages that they have to offer! Easiest 5 star experience and I can’t wait to visit and indulge in a day of luxury for myself in the near future! Connie is an absolute gentlewoman and a scholar! She took the time to explain everything they offer at the location and had the patience dealing with me on exactly what I wanted for my couples gift package to include for my Mother and her Husband. Due to covid 19 at the time of writing this review, the store is unfortunately temporarily closed. But Connie explained the whole processes before the transaction took place and made sure I was comfortable with the special arrangements needed to cater for us! My Mother and her Husband are so excited with the gift they received and are beyond excited to visit when the covid 19 rules are lifted! Thanks again Connie! My first experience I came along with a party of women for my moms birthday. Everyone was amazing to us, greeted us friendly, made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the hospitable tea and snacks! I got the Opsis treatment with Catherine, who is just wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. She is very knowledgeable and really helped me beyond the treatment with the information she provided. Two weeks later and I’m back, the treatment itself is amazing, with only two sessions I’m seeing a huge difference in my dark circles. That with the amazing service Catherine provided and such a nice relaxing atmosphere, I am hooked! As a Professional Hairstylist and Makeup Artist, I would definitely recommend this to not only clients, but family, friends and peers as well (and already have, I’ve been telling everyone! I was given a gift card to body& soul spa that I finally got to use the day before my birthday. The service and treatments at this spa surpassed my expectations. Iryna was my esthetician and she took care of everything from my massage to my pedicure. She was excellent at each service and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The highlight of my time at the spa was the exceptional hospitality of everyone who works there. I was speaking to two lovely ladies at the front desk at the end of my stay, little did I know that one of them was the owner. She is clearly hands on and cares a lot about her business, I could tell by the passion she had during our conversation about skin care products. She is incredibly generous and loves what she does, this is a spa worth going to. I would absolutely come back!!

I had my Hydrafacial appointment two weeks ago. The spa felt cozy and clean, and my aesthetician was friendly. However, the actual treatment was not what I was expecting from a Hydrafacial. I get Hydrafacials monthly, and this was the worst one. She used the machine almost too gently on my skin that it felt like it didn’t do anything. During the hour appointment, she used the machine only for the first 2 mins. The other thing that really bugged me was that she put a calming mask on my face prior to doing extractions. Right after the appointment, I received an email for feedback. I gave my feedback, but never had a follow up, which prompted me to write a review here. Overall, it was way not worth my time. The aesthetician was not experienced, and the spa staff didn’t care that I had a bad treatment.

Went here for a few sessions of laser that were done by 2 employees named Serena and Ally, both were knowledgable and did a great job with making me feel comfortable by answering the questions I had about the treatment. The treatment itself showed great results. I also took my mom in so she could have a spa day that involved a manicure and pedicure that were both done by an employee named Kelly who did an amazing job by being friendly, making my mom feel at ease and giving her a treatment that she still talks about to this day. The front desk is very welcoming, while the manager and owners are both very friendly while also being understanding and responsive to any issues or concerns that you may have. Overall it is a great spa experience and would definitely recommend a trip here.

You can always expect professional and friendly service at Body and Soul Day Spa. I have been a client for a couple of years now. The main treatment I received here was laser hair removal. The staff was well trained and always able to answer any questions that I had about my treatment. The results were great and I always felt very comfortable going in. The Spa is nicely decorated and most importantly very clean. I have also done pedicures at the spa and have purchased full day spa packages for my mom on several occasions and she had nothing but great things to say about her experience. I would recommend this spa to friends and family and encourage everyone to check out the great services offered. Thanks everyone at Body and Soul and keep up the good work.

Definitely not worth the money I spent for a massage. The girl massaging me didn’t even get the points I wanted her to focus on but when I told her she can put more pressure into it she said “this is most she can do”. Her massage technique was dull and didn’t help me with my soreness that I came in with. Then they charge a “Safety” fee of $5 which boggles my mind, that they would charge their clients for the cleaning and sanitizing THEY should be doing as maintenance regardless. So their basically charging their clients for maintaining their business. And you know the sanitizing and cleaning is not costing them $5 per person. Covid has become an extra money making scheme for some businesses like this one to make up for their lost business on the side.

This was my first time at Body and Soul, and my first time getting a facial! When I called and booked the appointment, the receptionist was extremely friendly and informative as to their procedures and policies. Once I arrived, again, I was greeted warmly by reception and was offered water and snacks while I waited. Ally did my facial and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She seemed honest with her suggestions in terms of what service my face needed. I was SO relaxed throughout the entire process and came out of my facial feeling like I just spent the entire DAY at a spa! The only thing I would suggest is to reconsider prices to stay competitive in an overly saturated market. Thanks again, will be back.

I went with my boyfriend for a couple's massage on July 27th and it was absolutely amazing. We spent 30min in the Jacuzzi alone and were served champagne and chocolates. After the jacuzzi we each got an hour massage in the room and it was so relaxing. It was my first massage ever and Body and Soul Day Spa exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend has gone to many places and said this place was by far his favorite! We are definitely coming back. The masseuse there are phenomenal. I have never felt so relaxed and well taken care of. The receptionist were very kind and welcoming as well. Definitely recommend to go there for regular massages and for a romantic occasion with your partner or any occasion! So so amazing!

My fiancé and I decided to treat ourselves for Christmas instead of getting each other gifts. We were super excited for this treat! We booked the Couple’s Package, which came with a 45 min jacuzzi bath and 1hr massage. Also had complimentary champagne and chocolates! It was a lovely, intimate moment and we felt very relaxed. They made sure to have a very clean and safe process - providing face masks, robes, slippers, and even sanitizing our shoes! The staff are all lovely and welcoming. The massage was more on the “relaxing” style. So if you’re expecting a deep tissue massage, this isn’t the package to go with. I personally prefer a deeper massage, but I still enjoyed it. Might have fallen asleep a few times!

I was Lucky enough to get my microneedling done by the owner today. I was a bit nervous as this was my first experience in a salon/spa during Covid. They have incredible safety measures in place. It is extremely sanitary. Everything was wiped down right Infront of me. My temperature was taken, I was given brand new slippers, the bench I sat on and the keys to my locker were sanitized. I felt incredibly safe. In addition, the service was amazing. She took so much time on me, talked me through the face prep she was doing, how to limit my acne, walked me through the products I was using. I have been coming here for almost a year and I wouldn’t go any where else. It is a beautiful, clean and professional spa.

I've been a regular at this spa for 3 years - the staff are very friendly and they are very accommodating with last minute schedule changes. Debbie and Allie are awesome. Allie used to do my laser treatments, and currently does my hydra-facials. Only reason the spa isn't getting 5 stars is because the Swedish Relaxation massage(s) could use some work. Went there recently and the massage itself lasted 35 minutes, when it was suppose to be 50. It was my birthday month so they give you a great deal (which is incredible); however, the massage felt rushed and I felt that my business wasn't appreciated. Overall, I do recommend this spa, but moving forward I will only go visit Allie.

I have had many facials in my life time, but nothing comes close to the experience & most importantly the results I have had with Ally. She has been doing my facials for some time now & my favourite is the hydra facial with lights. She makes you feel so comfortable & makes the experience enjoyable like you’re hanging out with one of your girlfriends. I always have great conversations with her & praise her for how much she has helped my skin! Ever since I have been going to her my skin has cleared so much & I get compliments on it. Her amazing work has helped my skin & my confidence! I am already looking forward to my next facial!

Called the spa to ask how to purchase a gift certificate and there was no answer but the recording suggested texting or emailing for prompt service and prompt it was! I received a call back within a few minutes and had the best experience booking 2 services. Connie was courteous, patient and friendly- really appreciated the attention to detail as well as the positive attitude. She did not rush and explained the services I asked about and shared her own experience to help make my decision easy- what more could I ask for. I had my first experience at Body and Soul today and it was the most relaxing and peaceful time! I started with a relaxation massage from Vanessa and she did an amazing job! She was very attentive and always made sure I felt relaxed and safe. After my massage I had my first reiki session with Deb. Omg I can’t say enough good things about that session!! Deb is amazing at what she does and I’m now hooked! After the treatment was over, we spoke about everything and she gave me great tips on what to do to improve the lining of my chakras. It was truly an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to this spa for 7 years now. Every time I walk in Catherine has updated something and it always looks amazing. Connie and Debbie are very sweet and always so helpful when I am booking appointments, as I always have a busy schedule but, they work around it. Ally always surprises me and knows what's best for my face. I usually get a hydra facial but, this time she also performed derma planing. My face feels so soft! She tells me what exactly what she's doing and informs me of the products I should be using. Overall, I enjoy my appointments and can't wait for my next visit.

I am doing the hydra facial treatment series at Body and Soul to put an end to my adult-acne. Katherine is so knowledgeable! After only the first treatment/facial I am experiencing incredible results! Getting compliments on my skin (that never happens), and ditching my foundation and concealer completely! She customized a skin care routine of highly effective products, warned me of trigger-foods to stay away from, and suggested simple daily routine changes that have made a huge difference. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to get their skin under control and in balance!

I was desperate for a massage and I called Body and Soul in the morning and they accommodated me for the same day. I had never been here before so I was a little unsure but I had the most amazing experience. They have tons of measures in for Covid safety and they’re very clean and sanitized for every surface you encounter. I had my massage with Daniela. She met me at the door, walked me through the procedures and the actual massage was absolutely divine. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a pampering day for themselves and the staff and experiences were 5 star!

I had an amazing experience visiting Body and Soul day spa! Upon walking in, the receptionist greeted me warmly and offered to take my coat. I was then taken into a beautiful and relaxing waiting room with tea and water available. Finally, my HydraFacial was amazing! My skin was glowing and felt fantastic. I could not have been happier with the service from start to finish. I recommend Body and Soul to all my friends and family as I felt completely taken care of and everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Had an excellent experience with couples massage and pedicures. We got the jacuzzi room and both my wife and I were very happy with the service and quality. Jacuzzi was at the perfect temperature and the massages were very relaxing. We have had massages all over the world and this was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had. We both feel so much less tense. We will definitely be returning. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is great! My wife was very pleased with the pedicure and described her feet as “transformed”. Highly recommend

I went to Body & Soul for the first time in September to treat my best friend for a massage and hydrafacial. We both had such an incredible experience! Laura was so kind, helpful, and accommodating booking the appointments for me. We had our massage with Vivian and her hands are magic! It was my first hydrafacial and I had a luxurious experience with Nour. Enjoyed my first time so much that I came back for a couples massage with my partner, which we loved. I've been recommending this spa to my friends and I can't wait for my next appointment!

Connie and Jessica made my mother feel VERY special. Connie communicated with me from the onset all the way to the end. Connie is professional, patient and a very good communicator. I asked tons of questions and she answered each one and she helped me choose services that my mother would enjoy. Jessica, on the hand, was AMAZING. She gave my mother the best massage she ever had. If you want to have a relaxing stress free day this is the place to come to. The staff are extremely friendly. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Debbie is great at the front desk and a pleasure to speak with. If you are lucky you will get to meet Connie the manager who has a great sense of energy. My husband booked me a whole spa day there and it was perfect. My facial, massage, pedicure and manicure was done not only professionally but I felt at ease the whole time. I would definitely recommend Body and Soul Day Spa.

My partner and I went on our very first couple's massage, and LOVED every moment. Even before we stepped into their doors, booking was easy and simple through the online form and phone. On the day of our appointment, we were greeted with happy smiles and had an amazing time with our massage therapists. Daniela and Monica are talented and made our 1 hour massage so relaxing. The place is sparkly clean and smells wonderful. We'd love to go back again soon! Tip: We didn't have time to grab cash beforehand but they accept gratuity in cash only.

I went in for a body polish today, and Ewa was amazing!! She did a great job, knows what she's doing, her massage was magical, and such a pleasant human. Ask for her!!! You won't regret it! I have to mention the receptionist, Judy! So full of energy, accommodated my needs without me even asking so I am comfortable as I wait to be called in by Ewa. Over the phone she answered all my questions, and when I got there she continued to be so much help. I do find SOME services to be too expensive. Today's service was worth every penny.

I received a Mother's Day gift certificate from my lovely daughter, and finally got the chance to use it in August.The receptionist is warm and welcoming & I must say the place is absolutely clean with a calming scent that transfers a sense of serenity to one's soul. I received massage from Justina, whom relaxed all my tense muscles. The facial was done by her too.She is excellent. I recommend to everyone reading this to try this spa, and experience high standard.

After the treatment, Debbie and I had a lengthy conversation pertaining to my issues. She takes the time to talk to you afterwards, and you don't feel rushed. I had an amazing experience at Body & Spa! As soon as I walked in the door, Debbie was so kind and polite, very professional as well. I loved the positive attitude and the beautiful atmosphere! I recently had a Prenatal Massage with Ornella and it was the best massage I've ever had!!! She always made sure I was comfortable, and made me feel so relaxed. She really did an amazing job! It was hard finding a spa that caters to pregnant women, and I'm so so glad I came here. I will definitely be back soon!

Upon my last two recent appointments with this company, I was scheduled to receive a massage with the RMT. On both occasions my appointment was canceled due to a personal emergency with the RMT. I know emergencies happen and are inevitable, I just don't believe it is efficient to have only one RMT at the facility for instances like these. For me personally this was a huge inconvenience as I had booked time off for my appointment... And for this reason I will be looking elsewhere for future massages.

This is an exceptional spa with amazing staff and a peaceful environment! Very good to fair pricing too! I go monthly and always find the spa offers a high degree of cleanliness, good service and treatments. What I love about Body and Soul is the commitment to the community. They are so willing to donate to charitable causes. The customer service is excellent! They truly want your experience to be a positive one, whether is is for a simple 5 minute laser treatment or a massage, pedicure, facial, etc. The place is beautiful and they are constantly updating it to make it even more aesthetic than it already is. What’s also amazing is their connection to and support of the Streetsville community.

I had a wonderful experience with Debbie at Body and Soul for a reiki session. She was more than accommodating to make sure I was able to visit with my schedule. The space itself is comfortable and relaxing. I've had reiki before, however my experience with Debbie was the best I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable and kind which truly makes such a difference in the experience. I left much more relaxed and aligned after my session. I will absolutely be returning to visit with her.

It was great to be able to come back in and get my brows done. The service and staff were both excellent, as always, but more importantly absolutely every safety precaution was taken. By far, the most involved safety standards I have seen as places have begun to reopen, which made me feel completely at ease returning for my spa services. It's great to see one of the best day spas I have ever been to leading the way in safety standards, while still maintaining fantastic service.

What an amazing place. Just brought my elderly Mom here for a mani-pedi. We absolutely loved everything and everyone. The service is top notch and they did everything they could to help my Mom feel comfortable. They even helped her walk to the car. ❤️Our hands and feet are beautiful again thanks so much to Vivian and Irena, you two are beautiful people. I called this spa last minute to receive a prenatal massage and they were able to fit me in their schedule. The spa is beautiful inside and out and their staff is very welcoming and professional. I received a prenatal massage and I can say that it was much needed. The lady who took care of me made sure to take her time and do an amazing job. I recommend this spa to anyone based on how sanitary they are and their customer service skills. The price is more than worth it!!!!!!!!!

My recent visit to Body and Soul was very enjoyable! The space is beautiful (and very clean!) which was nice. I came in for a hydra facial and was seen by Serina. She did everything to ensure it was a great experience for me. This was my first hydra facial, so I asked many questions about the process and Serina kindly explained it all to me with professionalism. She was very knowledgeable about other skin care concerns of mine as well. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

I had a lovely relaxing experience. The staff prepared me before my appointment on what to expect upon my arrival as regards to new health & safety measures; and it made me feel very safe when I arrived at the salon and was provided with a mask and flip flops, as well as having my temp checked and my own shoes sanitized. The treatment itself was very relaxing, the esthetician was very professional and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely return.

I went in today for my first meso microneedling session. I had the best experience! The staff was so nice, the safety protocol set up was amazing! Everything was done in steps and everything was explained to me thoroughly They have a great sanitization system set up. I felt so safe and well taken care of. The micro needling did not hurt at all either and it felt really effective. After care products were provided as well. Excited to go back for the second session!

I booked Body and Soul Day Spa for our salon anniversary party. I heard such good things about the spa from so many people so I decided to take my team there for some massages and pedicures/manicures. It was AMAZING! Service was 10/10. Booking was made super easy even during Covid. The Spa is super clean and diligent when it comes to COVID procedures. We truly felt so pampered and so safe the entire time! Great experience! Facility is clean and staff are friendly and professional. Vivian gives the best message I have ever received. I usually get aromatherapy massage or crystal, but I experienced my first Reiki session. At first I was hesitant, but it was very relaxing. Debbie said she felt tension in my hips. A week later when I went to physio, i found out my hips were tight and that was causing my knee pain. She was also accurate with my chakra reading.

I have been to Body and Soul Day Spa in the past always for massages. I decided to experience a Reiki, highly recommend! Debbie was incredibly soothing, talked me through the process and was so kind. I felt relaxed and was actually able to mediate for the first time ever. She was able to pin point areas which I had been suffering with pain and was able provide insight to areas I needed to focus on. I highly recommend Debbie and Body and Soul Day spa!

The party was a huge success and one of the lucky young adults is going to be so over joyed to be treated to a wonderful experience at this beautiful spa. The staff are amazing . My hydra facial was simply amazing! The filtered water, tea, biscuits are all great but the way I am treated is so very warm... and the service is very specific to your needs.....that's what counts. I booked my next appointment when leaving!

Went for a consult. Was so impressed I booked an appointment right away. Update: have had 3 Lumecca treatments with Justine. Great experience. She talks you through every step of the process. Loving my results. I had redness which always had to be covered up with foundation and concealer and I hated it. After 3 treatments a tinted moisturizer gives me enough coverage. I am a mid 50’s woman for reference. Highly recommend this spa.

My daughter & I visited Body & Soul for the first time today for hydrafacials. We were welcomed by Connie who was so kind & friendly. Vanessa was my facialist and she was absolutely wonderful. She has a lovely & calm manner and made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of.The room was pretty, the music was soothing and my skin looks and feels refreshed and so hydrated.Thank you Vanessa - for making me feel years younger!!!

At Body and Soul Day Spa - I had no idea that they were not affiliated with the other spas with the same name as they are not the same (just the name spelling) The entire process, experience, service, and results were amazing! We planned our friends' double baby showers at the spa today. It was such a success. First of all, the manager Connie was excellent to work with in planning this event. The receptionist was very friendly and sweet. The ladies loved their treatments, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even provided us complimentary fruits and refreshments. I had THE best experience here. Booked an hour in advance and was lucky to have a massage by Jessica. Her professionalism and skill set were outstanding. Left the place feeling like I was walking on clouds. Their protocols and sanitary precautions Against COVID we’re beyond exceptional. The $5 surcharge for their efforts was worth walking away with my salt stone From the massage and flip flops. Will 100% be back!

I did the couples package for valentines day gift for my boyfriend and it was sooo much fun and so relaxing. The staff are so kind and welcoming and care about the health and safety of their clients. The jacuzzi suite was so romantic and in such a quite and tranquil setting. The Chocolate and champagne was the best part ‍♀️. Loveee this place! I'm so happy I found it. Definitely come back again !

Katherine is awesome! I have been so confused about my skin and when I went to her she not only did treatments that will help my skin but also educated me on how to take care of it. It is hard to find people who genuinely want to help you get your skin better and Katherine has been amazing with me. I have done a few Hydra Facials and every time I get them done my skin feels so clean, relaxed and fresh!

Body and Soul Spa is a great place to get a range of treatments they offer for skin and hair. The clinic is impeccably clean, staff is very friendly and Kelly Walsh always goes out of the way to provide a great PRP treatment for hair. She doesnt rush the session, super friendly and listens to any concerns and does the best from her side to make the recipient comfortable. Highly recommend this place

I went on July 27 with my wife for our anniversary and the experience was beyond our expectations from relaxing in the jacuzzi to a stress free relaxing massage. I have been to many places but Body and Soul Day Spa is absolutely my favorite and best experience. I highly, highly recommend booking a day here. The masseuse were patient and kind and the receptionists were very welcoming and kind.

I purchased a spa package my wife and I and we were both very happy with the service. The people here really showed that they are knowledgeable and are enjoy what they do. I would recommend Body and Soul spa for anyone looking for an retreat away from the everyday. Only gripe is that local parking is only up to 3 hours so you may have to run out to the meter if you're there longer than that.

I went to Body and Soul to get my face ready for my wedding, and I was introduced to Catherine. What a beautiful soul. The facial I did, most of my friends and family noticed that my face was glowing and bright. Her mannerism made me want to go back to Body and Soul over and over. She really did a good job on my skin. I will always go to Body and Soul just because of Catherine.

I experienced my first ever Reiki session with Debbie and it was fantastic. She made the experience feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained which chakras were imbalanced. Body and Soul is -- by far -- the best Spa I have ever visited. The staff are not only friendly, but have gone out of their way to help me co-ordinate appointments with my sister/friends. I can't say enough about the quality of the treatments they offer, particularly their Shellac Manicures and Swedish Aromatherapy Massages. IMO......BEST SPA EVER!!

Irena even helped mum up the stairs. I realise thats not part of the job but its way above and beyond. They gave ab array of services. Definitely will go back.

Had an overall nice experience. I booked 60 min RMT service. The Masseuse was nice but I definitely needed less conversation and more pressure because my muscles were a lil sore and she was talking way too much. No doubt the place has got nice ambiance, well equipped rooms but it’s a little pricey and the massage was not worth the price!

Had a massage today. Over all it was very good. 1 thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star review. The room I was in needs weather stripping or something on the window because the noise level was really bad with the traffic going by. Took away from the whole experience or trying to relax. Other then that it was a great experience.

I came here as a birthday treat for myself. It was so relaxing! I had gotten the orient bliss package with the green tea infused bath and bamboo massage. I fell asleep during the massage because it was so relaxing. I also added a hydra facial, which was so amazing. My skin was glowing for days after! Cannot wait to book again.

Debi at front desk is best. She kept her patience until I finished taking all snaps for my social media. I am impressed by their serious efforts of introducing all COVID protocols for safety. Sarah did my pedicure. She is kind and help me pick best nail paint until I got happy. Overall best experience and I go here regularly.

I went for the hot stone massage never knowing what it was. The use of the stones was amazing. It was the right pressure! The masseuse checked on me often asking if the pressure was alright and changed it if and when asked to. Extremely polite! Was given enough privacy to change before and after the massage. Good pricing!

I went in for a Hydra OXgyen facial with (NourT) and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back with Nour for another facial. Big thanks for her:)

From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed as I could feel the positive and warm energy from the staffs and the place was very clean. I had the Signature Hydra Facial with Justyna, she was great, very warm and polite, she explained everything in detail from beginning to finish. Overall the ambiance was superb.

Amazing experience and super nice staff! Their cleanliness standards are also incredible which puts me at ease. I've been going to Catherine for over months now and I can truly say she goes above and beyond for her clients and also really really knows what she's doing! I will definitely be a recurring client!

I felt very relaxed and I would certainly recommend their services. I had the full body massage. The spa is clean inviting and welcoming.

Recently did a reiki package with crystal massage. Giving 5 stars because Debbie was amazing. I felt better and more positive after my session. I really did feel something during my session. She was also able to detect the areas and chakras I needed more help with without me telling her.

We visited in August for a pedicure. The staff were amazing. Felt totally safe, and clean. They were informative and educational too informing us of why it's good to have quarterly pedicures and given the pandemic the protections in place for massages. I would recommend and go back.

This was my first reiki experience and Debbie made sure I was comfortable. She helped me identify which chakras needed work and how to open them. After the session, without providing Debbie any history of me, she told me things she felt and I would have to say they were spot on!

Just had my first hydra facial at this facilty and i must say it was an amazing experience. Ambience of this spa is always very welcoming. The facial left my skin hydrated, smooth and glowing. I only wish the treatment had more of facial massage time.

Nice place. We went for a couple session which included 45mins in the jacuzzi followed by a 1hr crystal aromatherapy massage. I thought they did a great job on the massage. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was great.
