I purchased the love and laughter bouquet and when it arrived at my mother’s office it looked nothing like what I had purchased. The flowers were not even the same color nor was the bow or anything but the vase. The reason I chose this particular bouquet was because it SHOULD Have been her favorite color. The only thing purple about what she received was the vase. When you order flowers you expect that they will at least look like what you purchased, but these flowers were not even close to what I had ordered. Why put a picture if you are not going to even come close to making good on it. The roses were pink the flowers were pink the bow was pink, and to top it ALL off everything looked old. How do you have flowers for mother’s day that are old? They were delivered Thursday and today Friday they are falling apart! I feel like I was completely scammed. The flowers that arrived at my mother’s office looked like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers and tossed them in a vase with no rhyme or reason. Honestly your company should be ashamed of what was delivering! Ashamed that your name was associated with flowers that looked so deplorable! My child could have done a better job! When my child saw them she looked at me and said “mommy that’s not what we ordered!” It’s amazing that a four year old can tell when the flowers are not correct, but your florist can’t! Just shameful! I don’t understand why this has happened!

If I could give them 0 starts I would!! I ordered true a website and picked an arrangement to be delivered for my moms birthday. They had this place make it and deliver it. Let me tell you, their arrangement looked nothing like picture or even remotely close. I was so disappointed and glad my mom hadn’t seen it yet. So I called the website and had them send another from a different place and it was much better! But then they called me to leave their flowers outside my door and that they’d come pick them up. So we did... alll evening and night and they never came. So around midnight my grandfather decided to take them in so they wouldn’t be damaged or stolen overnight. Let me tell you. The next day this lady calls asking where her flowers were and that it was a scam saying all this nonsense. She never said anything about when she was going to pick them up. Instead of being grateful she was rude and disrespectful. Don’t purchase anything from here. Frankly I could’ve made a better arrangement myself.

I came here as a senior in high school to get a corsage for my prom date. On the day of prom (they were very busy), I went to pick up the one I had ordered, and was at first disappointed with what they brought out, because it didn't look like the corsage from their catalogue (it had two fewer roses) and some of the wire that held it together was prominently visible. After stewing over it for an hour, I decided to go back and complain. Boy was that a good decision -- not only did the owner personally and profusely apologize, but she immediately stopped what she was doing (despite being flooded with customers), took the corsage into the backroom and returned two minutes later with three more roses appended to the most beautiful corsage ever made. Cheap, too. Conclusion: these guys are great, just be sure to communicate your concerns if you're not completely satisfied, and they'll take care of you.

I received a bouquet from here and although I really appreciated the gesture from my good friend who sent the flowers the bouquet was pretty sad. The flowers looked like they were squashed in, too many leaves and baby’s breath and not enough flowers and some of the flowers that were included died within the first couple of days. The leaves were not trimmed down and they were smelly in the vase. I would not recommend. I’m giving two stars because the daisies and white roses were pretty, I just wish they had actually trimmed and made them fit because the way they were squashed in killed the beautiful blue and white mums that were packed in there too.

Ended up being the delivery florist I received from using a delivery website (business name was on the card). I ordered a “succulent garden” and my friend recieved a plant with NO succulents at all. When I complained to the website, they remedied the situation by having another one sent with a free size upgrade. She got it three days after her birthday and it was SMALLER than the original one with two plants, only one being a succulent. Terrible terrible! I was mortified she thought I sent her “grass” (her words). BEWARE! If you order delivery for the meyerland area from a delivery website, you might get paired with this florist.

I ordered an arrangement for my friends 60th birthday through Teleflora. This florist is the one they gave the order to. Bokay Florists delivered the arrangement to the wrong address. It took me 5 phone calls with over an hour and half on hold collectively before I got a resolution. The day AFTER her birthday, despite a “same day” delivery guarantee, my friend received her flowers, balloon, teddy bear and chocolates. She sent me a picture and to add insult to injury, the whole looked a bit shoddy. I will not use Teleflora ever again and will definitely never order from Bokay Florists again.

Husband bought me a Best Day bouquet, premium upgrade to the most expensive Best Day. Paid extra to have it delivered that day. Showed up at the hotel today, day late and it is horrible. Looks like someone picked weeds out of the yard and shoved them into a small vase. No shape, flowers wilted and looks like the previous wife beat her husband over the head with the bouquet before returning the flowers to be delivered to me. Very disappointed. Been trying for hours and no one will answer the phone or return my call. Called FTD to complain. Worst bouquet I have ever seen. Especially for $96.

If could give it a falling star I would! Ordered beautiful flowers, received what looked like left over grocery store $9.99 flowers. Owner says I can't have what was pictured and that I got the "correct number of stems" so I got the right order. When I said it was NO where near what was pictured (i.e. they gave me bunch of daisy - which were not even pictured in original bouquet) she started to raise her voice. We will NEVER use or recommend this florist to anyone. Kindergarteners would have done a better job of copying the picture.

Rate 0 First photo what we ordered and second is what was delivered... If u look closely the ribbon was written in permanent marker!!! And written in print... What a total disaster and embarrasment at my loved ones funeral... Some floral places try to get away with the least amount of work possible... Make money off of those who are vunerable and hurting... I could of made this at home for less than $40...and we spent way over $200 for this...its a disgrace..these people should not be allowed to rip people off like they do!!!!!

I ordered a birthday arrangement from teleflora and it so happened this was the florist that delivered. The arrangement I paid for was the premium and what was delivered was less than a simple. I ordered the little chickadee arrangement and it didn't even have the flowers arranged as it should. Looked more like someone just grabbed 2 different kinds of flowers and put then on the small vase. Definitely not what I expected, would have wanted my niece to receive the beautiful bouquet that I wanted for her!

If I could get this place zero stars I would. Jane the manager takes no responsibility for her actions. My poor daughter paid $70 for a Mother’s Day bouquet and it was nothing like the picture. It looks like someone crammed a bunch of flowers in a pot I could’ve done a better arrangement than these people ! It was delivered Sunday and they were dead by Tuesday. I would not recommend this place to anyone she ordered them through flowers for you.com I would not recommend them either.

I’m upset my mom actually spent her money on these flowers. I imagine she used another site to send these florists flowers to me for graduation. When they arrived the flower heights were all over the place and now it’s day 1 1/2 and a third of the flowers are dying. I don’t have it in my heart to tell my mom so she can get her money back. Shame on y’all. What I received looks nothing like the beautiful pic my mom thought she was buying for her daughter.

I got my wedding bouquet the same day! Don't ask why I waited, either way I couldn't have been much happier. The lady was so nice, showed me what she had and promised to make it pretty, she kept her promise. Price was also affordable. We also had our ceremony arrangements ordered from here, and they were the most beautiful arrangements I've seen. My husband gets my valentine's roses from here and never dissapoints.

My fiancé ordered flowers through an online service that used Bokay Florist. He bought a summer bouquet with sunflowers in it, and the bouquet that arrived did not have sunflowers but had yellow chrysanthemums WITH THE CENTER SPRAY PAINTED BLACK. Are you kidding me? How do you think you can get away with passing that off as a sunflower? This is not acceptable and shows a serious lack of pride in their work.

I used Bokay Florist to order a weekly delivery to my wife's office through the month of her birthday. They arrived on time weekly, they met my requests (except for the time I asked for peonies) and called every Friday to collect her preferences. Most importantly the flowers lasted long enough that they stayed beautiful at her desk all week and then would last at home into the next week.

Saved the day for me! Bokay came through, on the Friday of valentine's day, with only hours notice when a big brand flower company (foxtrot tango delta) couldn't deliver with a weeks notice. Roses were big, healthy and fresh upon delivery. Recipient loved them! Definitely recommend this shop. I will most certainly return with my business in the future. Thank you!

I used an online service to place my order and they apparently use this place as one of their florists. I understand that they cannot match the exact picture but what she received looked NOTHING like the picture. The arrangment was pitiful. I won't use the service again if this is the quality they accept and very glad that this is not my local florist.

Received flowers from this shop as a gift. The bouquet arrived on time, the arrangement looked nice. Some roses had wilted leaves, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with just plucking them out. The roses were cut at a different height, but not too noticeable, it was 2 flowers slightly higher. Arrangement was nice, greenery was full and looked fresh.

Terrible florist. Does not deliver what is ordered and then refuses to do anything to correct the situation. Grossly over priced, doesn't care what they deliver, rude and dismissive on the phone. Read every reveiw you can you'll see the same story over and over. Order what you want but they'll deliver whatever they have & do nothing about it!

We had our father’s funeral flower arrangement with Bokay Florist. Jane and her staffs made many sprays, baskets and a Casket piece. They were all very beautiful and full of flowers, especially the casket piece with many pretty roses. It looked so special! The price was very reasonable. Thank you, Jane! I was very satisfied with this florist. I am a baker and my customer requested live flowers for her cake. I showed the photo to Janie and she was more than helpful when it came to recreating the look. Amazing customer service, reasonable pricing, and very punctual. Buyer Beware! They deliver TRASH graveyard flowers. I selected and purchased an EXTRA LARGE boutique called Field of Europe for my mother $137.18 and I they delivered nothing even close to what I paid for. Then JANE was very unprofessional in handling my concern about it.

My husband ordered me flowers from this place, and not only were the flowers not properly arranged but they also died within 3-4 days. I treated them as I did my other flowers in the past, and I have had better luck with fresh flowers from Sam's or Randall's.

I recieved balloons from a friend in St Louis Mo today. He trusted y'all to send a dozen balloons that match. I received 8 balloons that someone wrote on two balloons THINKING OF YOU. 1I love you balloon. None of the colors matched.

My boyfriend has sent me flowers from this shop a couple of times. Each time I have received wilted flowers with browned petals and leaves. I would not recommend using this Florist for delivery when sending a nice bouquet.
