HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY SERVICE FOR THE PRICE. I order a shelving system in the store in Amsterdam. 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, I got a frantic call from their customer service saying EUR 300 something was missing from the payment. After back and forth and giving them the invoice (with saleman's name on it) and screenshot of the bank statement showing the amount deducted for the purchase, the answer from customer service was "there was issue in our system". And the poor service doesn't end here. I had confirmation about delivery in the afternoon between 2PM and 6PM. Despite this, before 8AM, I got a call from delivery company saying they were at my door. Not sure why this happened. I have to call and call and call the delivery company (although customer service say delivery company would call me) and now was told it was at the end of the day. If it wasn't for 2.5 months waiting, it is not worth all of the hassles and the lousy service they offer (and for the price tag, seriously?).

Bought a beautiful couch here that sits amazing and we really love (a bit expensive but quality so far is great). We are very disappointed about the fake 30% sale they have though. They use it to pressure you in making a decision before the deadline but this 30% sale is literally every other week. Its just a marketing/ sale trick that feels dirty and for that reason we probably wont go back here anymore. I rather have them make all their products 30% less and do a real discount once or twice a year.

==UPDATE== After exchaning emails with Bolia Support, they agreed to change the chair. I change 1start to 5starts b/c this solution. /thanks. I bought swing chair for 500 euros. In a couple of week the chair fell back (i guess, this is a typical situation with chair), and it got broken. I submitted my claim 20th March, and they responded 21th April that they can't accept my claim, and won't do anything. This is horrible customer support and attitude. Any chairs from IKEA are more reliable.

Awful costumer service, if you buy something and you have problems with delivery dates, damaged furniture, wrong product...which happens often, forget about the after sale service. With all the arrogance in the world they'll be not helpful and wash their hands by saying they're only the shop and have nothing to do with the factory. High prices, cheap costumer service. I think the clerks think they are more "chic" by being rude and arrogant. Total rip off.

Ramon was very knowledgeable and provided us professional advices that accommodate our needs perfectly. The delivery was very smooth which our sofa arrived in time. We love our sofa very much and we have recommended couple of friends who were thinking about buying furnitures, they were all very pleased by the quality of the furniture and services provided. I cannot recommend Bolia more!

Unfortunately disappointed by online ordering service click and collect. First no body reacted on my order if it's ready to collect, and once I called a few days later to ask about the status they say it was a problem in the system... Besides, and that's more disappointing, most of the items I ordered that appeared available on the website, were not available in store in reality...

Don’t buy from Bolia! Also all fellow Chinese I write a more extended story on WeChat. Bolia let us down over and over. Wrong couch, no delivery, wrong delivery, damaging our house, non friendly customer service, not responding to our calls and emails, etc,. You buy a couch for €6,000 and they totally disrespect you. In China this company would go bankrupt in no time.

Wat een treurige bedoening! Een bank van 10k en dan na een half jaar (een week voor levering) laten weten dat je bestelling vertraging heeft opgelopen. Je besluit om te investeren in iets met kwaliteit en dan verwacht je waar voor je geld. Je zou toch denken dat ze dan in ieder geval je bank op tijd leveren. Maar nee zelfs dat is te veel gevraagd....

A store to definitely visit if you need to decorate your house. Modern with unique furnitures, good staff and a lot of design ideas. The decor of the shop in general is really good! Tip: Go check out the Toilet.
