Bolia do beautiful minimal Scandinavian furniture, perhaps a little too ‘beigecore’ for me personally. However the Rotterdam store has a complete lack of customer service unfortunately. Prepare not to be greeted or asked if you can be provided any assistance. The staff are not interested in providing any service, more interested in looking busy/having conversations between themselves. Nice store for a look for design enthusiasts, but unfortunately that’s about as nice I could be due to a complete lack of customer service. The products and quality save this review from being a 1-Star.

Mooie winkel. Echter is het niet mogelijk om een show/outlet model item mee te nemen zonder afspraak. Dit is alleen mogelijk na een bepaalde datum (want dan is nieuwe collectie binnen). Aparte structuur want je weet niet in wat voor conditie je een item koopt aangezien het nog weken in de winkel kan blijven staan. Je dient het item wel meteen af te rekenen en ruilen is niet mogelijk. Deze “ophaaldatum” werd niet vermeld op de website of in de emails met Bolia Rotterdam. Beetje jammer want nu ben ik voor niets naar Rotterdam gereden.

Beautiful store, beautiful product, unfriendly staff. They don't even make an effort to say hello to people stepping into the store. I wanted to purchase a Story table, but the attitude is a bummer. I eventually purchased at another Danish design store with much more friendlier staff.

We bought a sofa there. Service was great everytime. Even when we made a mistake with the order the staff were quick to assist us and fixed it the next day. Super comfortable sofas and great service. The sofa was delivered on time and with no issues.

Stijlvolle winkel in een prachtig pand met Deens design op z'n best. Vriendelijk en kundig personeel die tijd nemen voor uitleg.
