I never leave negative ratings because I normally don’t think it’s worth it. But I was really upset by the lack of customer service when I tried to figure out why my laundry wasn’t picked up in my window. I first contacted right after the window was missed and was simply told the driver was on the way. Then, 1.5 hours after the window was missed, I tried to call the driver twice. Directly to voicemail. I left a message with my callback number. Then I messaged customer service and was placed on hold for 30 min without any update. Finally, they confirmed my cell phone number and told me the driver told them he/she tried to contact me. I had NO incoming calls, no missed calls, nothing. All I had wanted was an update on a drop off window. I just asked for a refund at that point. I’m really disappointed. I had added a $10 tip up front for the driver, too. I just would’ve appreciated more transparency and honesty. Things happen, but I don’t want to be lied to.

What a great service! I wanted to make sure I left a review for Bolt Laundry because they helped me when I really needed it. I was in town for a week celebrating my friend's wedding and needed my clothes washed and dried before I got back on the road to go home. They were able to pick up my laundry and dropped it off the next afternoon. I was so impressed when everything came back on time and neat and clean. It really gave me a piece of mind because my drive home was 5 hours away and I didn't want to worry about doing laundry after a long drive. I will continue to use their service when I need them. I definitely recommend Bolt Laundry!

Our laundry was paid for, but was not picked up. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who said that they would get on it right away. Nothing happened. I use the chat online and spent an hour talking with somebody, again nothing happened. I called back and received a voicemail. Our laundry has still not been picked up and we have not received a refund. If somebody at Bolt Laundry would get back to me I would appreciate it.

We are still waiting for them to pickup our laundry from intercontinental if was suppose to be picked up between 12-2pm no one is answering Please ask Jack to call us as the bags have been at the reception from last morning and still haven’t been picked up. Please call the intercontinental in Sandiego the laundry is at the front desk. Jack said it will be picked up today morning but still it hasn’t been picked up!!

Came to incorrect address and made me pay for the mistake. Showed up past scheduled time. Clothes were not washed well. Poor service. Requested that they make up for their mistakes, but they wouldn't. Had me purchase a bag and didn't provide it with return order. More expensive than most. Overall very terrible service.

My first time using their service, and I must say I am very pleased and impressed! Thank you all so much for the professionalism, clean fresh towels and sheets, and the speedy service. The laundry room in my building has been getting “remodeled” and I hate laundromats, so this was the perfect solution!

Traveling here on business with a hotel that doesn’t have laundry services so I found this place. I HIGHLY recommend this place! wow just wow!! nice people and they took great care of my clothes with their wash and fold laundry service! I will be using Bolt Laundry every time I visit here for business!

You need to book online for a wash and fold service. But you won't know if they are able to do the service until the night before pick up. Would not recommend for tourists who need laundry done by a certain time. Website was not user-friendly for a foriegner who is not use to laundry services

Have used them a few times now as I’m visiting the city a lot for work. Was recommended to me by the concierge of my hotel. Super easy to order online. Very responsive. Always pick up and drop off when they say and do a great job. Fair prices, especially including laundry delivery.

No complaints and no worries what soever. Pick up is a time window and drop off is usually 24hrs later. I love how everything comes back folded perfectly like it’s out of the package! That laundry smell lingered for days and I have a washer and dryer I just don’t have the time!

The BEST laundry service in town. They are professional and flexible. Pick up and drop off are great and free service. They work with special needs and I even send my own hangers along. I can't say how great this service and business is. Perfectly awesome!

Process was a breeze. Excellent customer service and speedy pick up. I had a relatively large pickup order for cleaning and Bolt made it effortless for me. Will definitely be going through them again for all my cleaning needs.

pick up wasn't on time, lost my clothes, finally got back with someone else's clothes all mixed in, never was on time. NEVER using them again. Asked for a refund and they said they were just the driver.

This place is cool. They have a pickup service which is awesome but, the employees are really nice. There's a bar and a mexican restaurant right outside too so you can grab a drink or have a bitr!

Recently got sick and couldn’t do my laundry. Cynthia was not only prompt, but so very extremely kind and accommodating. Very grateful for her and this service.

This laundry is not existing anymore. The building was on fire two years ago but is still marked here on maps. Sorry for everybody who's coming by like us.

Customer service is unable to handle complex requests. Recommend you use ANY other service provider if you value being treated like a human being.
