Pathietic customer care in this post office. The lady head of the post office and most of the staffs expecially the person who takes care of speedpost registration and stamps are very unprofessional. Even when the customers are in queue waiting for registering a speed post or for buying stamps, they don't even care and keep browsing their phones (whatsapp and all). They do not understand that it is our tax money by which these people are getting paid. This happens every time we visit there. Higher authorities need to seriously look in to this don't care attitude of the employees of this post office. However I found that the nearby electronic city phase 1 post office staffs are very professional. I still remember (when I went a couple of years back) the speed post registration guy who might be above 45 years old was very professional and was dealing the customers as in a private firm. Bommasandara post office staffs need to take a leaf out of EC post office staff.

Very unprofessional people. The postman doesn't even know the address and well known factories here. All the parcels that I've booked to my Bommasandra office address is being held by them stating incorrect address. They don't even call on the number provided on the speed post cover to inform about the parcel arrival or to verify the address. No one wants to work here including the head lady of this post office. If the postman is not aware of the well known and oldest factories in the locality, he is unfit for the job. And inturn he comes and shouts at my office front desk staff for incorrect address whereas that's our registered address even on the name plate of the office. Higher officials must intervene as this is an ongoing issue with the staff here, right from branch manager till the postman. The comments and google rating of the place tells the whole story.

Went here for International Speed Post. The employee who dealt with me was calm and completed my work without much issues. Notes: 1. Remember this place is CASH ONLY. No credit/debit card. No paytm/UPI. (I did not have cash in hand, had to run 2.5 km roundtrip to nearest Karnataka Bank ATM). Also, stationary NOT available. 2. Remember to come prepared with your items properly packed, labelled, sealed(chances are high that you will find glue bottle empty)and ready to send. 3. For some transactions, they might ask you to provide Photocopy of any photo id issued by government.(passport/aadhar /DL) 4. If you forgot stationary like glue, Dmart is there on the otherside of hosur highway. Photocopy shop is just about 300 meters behind the post office.

Very Bad experience with Speed Post. They are Not understanding the urgency of people. My Consignment which was to be delivered was not delivered for 2-3days, when I went to the office to collect it by myself they refused saying it was packed in return courier we cant give it right now, Even if the customer goes to the post office also they are denying to give the consignment, and especially those staff who are working here are very lazy person and they don't even want to know why we are here for. Such a very worst experience from the speed post. More over Government is not even bothered about this and all

The post office staff has got serious attitude issue. Head of the post office is rude and arrogant lady who is miles away from basic customer service orientation. They never intend to help, bad tone of voice, and interestingly they themselves are not aware of their products and procedures. I was investing in Postal life insurance scheme but discontinued becuase of ruthless policies of post offices and uncaring staff. To get my own money, I have to make rounds, produce documents everytime, and witness also and ultimately they will deduct 2/3rd of money invested for discontinuing. Lots of disappontment.

Overall, provides extensive range of services as mentioned on the website. It is usually crowded during the first hours upto 1pm. Although the office closes at 5, the postal services are available till 2 to 3pm only. The staff are cooperative and provide guidance as needed. Only issue I found was it was a bit unmanaged, given the high volume of shipments it has to process as well as the security concern. Anybody could enter the main office, with no questions or restrictions. I think they should employ a guard for ensuring proper security as well as for better management of the queue.

Waste people and their service is pathetic. Post man don't know the address for many know company and give lame excuse that address is not clear.I registered a compain. Before declaring the address is not clear he could have called the contacted the mobile number given in the address. The strange thing is he says address of Biocon park is not clear this extraordinary performance and it's ultimate which proves who well the postman works in the field. Very bad experience and employees does not take quick action for server down. They don't even care that people standing in queue for almost 1 hour (few PPL standing more than an hour). Employee don't know how to open IPPB account in app. App always shows OTP is incorrect eve we enter valid OTP, and same response from employee " Server Down"

The speed post and parcel delivery department is very much irresponsible.The delivery person signs off himself and declares the parcel has been delivered. I went with the complaint that the non receival of my RC book which was delivered from rto office.Its been one month now. No one is there to address public grievances. Lost faith with the credibility of such post offices.Some higher authorities must intervene and reinstate the trust of this POST OFFICE

Lethargic staffs on duty. Not bothered about the seriousness of urgency the people are in. Never mind about the service they have to provide, but keeping punctual timing. Even if you wait in que to pay or do the courier and all for an hour and hour, and their break time comes, they will just close and go for break. Our gentle request will not be listened by them. Perhaps, we will get the rude answer in back.

So waste that there are non trained staff. The madam herself is not confident on the information. They just make us wait in a crowd even if it's a covid pandemic situation. Also the people in the counter are a bigger waste they don't know to enter stuffs faster and move the crowd. They don't even try to help the internal staff to overcome the problem. Pls do not take this option of coming to this branch

First time visited for collecting some information.. their service is unimaginable.. hats off.. Again visited for opening digital account IPPB.. I got perfectly mind blowing service from Post office employee Mr.Girish . Thank you sir for the kind service. Kindly visit this for any need. They are too friendly. I went today bommasandra post office. My friend sent speed post. It is reached on 31st May 2021. Till now not received. I asked the employee, he is telling pincode wrong and all. Package is available there. He refuse to give. He telling collect from jigani post office. They are playing football. Very bad experience.

When I visit to the Bommasandra post office for opening my new adhar card I have asked to a staff he told me there is no addharcard open her. another staff told me wait for 10to 15 minutes Adhara cardra opend whay the staff told me Adhara cardra not opened her .thats I am not staying to visit this post office

Bad experience. Went for Aadhaar update. They put a paper saying Aadhaar update timing 12 to 2 pm. I was there at 12.45pm But when I asked then they just said come to Monday at 9:00 am. I asked why not today, he was just keep saying come on Monday 9:00 am. Don't expect good behavior from them.

Experience never be amazing as it's just another Gov. Division. Giving review never helps though but just want to update that they are not accepting any kind of DIGITAL payment only cash. Never care about the process of system.

For very big area given small post office staff is more but the working place is very confined . There is having only one counter for speed post , normal post, E money orders , and so on . Because of that crowd is always there.

If we call to post office (Bommasandra) they won't bother for our quires, during the conversation itself they will disconnect the call, this happened to me more than 5 times from one weeks , not happy with this service

The delivery postman for bommasandra area was very offensive, rude and nasty. He doesn't know to respect the recievers. Please do take required action. Or else train your courier boys how to behave properly.

During working hours most of the officers will not be available and sometimes they even close before working hours. Other post offices accepts speed post till 3PM but this one closes unofficially before 3PM.
