UPDATE: Always have to wait awhile for prescriptions. They used to have them made up and ready to collect but now they don't do it until you are there. UPDATE: 28/1/21. Ordered my repeat prescription from the doctors on Monday 25th January. My daughter went on 28th to pick it up for me as I was working and she was asked if I ordered it? What is that about? She explained it was a repeat prescription and was told they didn't have any in stock. That is six different types of medication they did not have. So I have been without tablets for two days. (And I am diabetic). Bloody disgusting. This pharmacy had gone way down since it changed hands.

PLEASE could the staff make an effort to arrive on time for work? This pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am but every time I go there they never do. This morning the first member of staff arrived at 9:07, coffee in hand, but at 9:25 the pharmacist still hadn't turned up and the other staff member wasn't allowed to sell me any medicine. In that time two other customers who had also been waiting outside had given up and left. I had to do the same because I had to start work. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Me and my partner we got the best experience ever with the blood test. The lady is very well trained and also what impressed us a lot she got such a light hands. We barely felt anything !!! All the staff are very friendly, professional and well prepared !!! Bonamy pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the entire London !!!! We really recommend them to all of our friends, family and others !!! We thank you all from our heart and hope you all the best !!! See you soon !

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 20+ years but recently, they have employed a very RUDE student Pharmacist who tried to embarrass me. I cannot remember her name but she is quite new and argues a lot. I no longer go here and don’t recommend anyone else to either. I am so disappointed.

The best pharmacy. Always polite and friendly. Always prompt with my prescriptions and always make you feel welcome. They stock most everything I need. If they don't have an item, they go out of their way to order it. Cannot praise them enough.

the pharmacist is never on time, twice now i drop my daughter to school and go there at 9 to wait for pharmacist 30 mins. He turns up when he feels like, not professional!

Usually okay... don’t bother trying to go in and collect a prescription at 9am (the time it opens) as the pharmacist doesn’t bother themselves to come in at that time!

I had to wait for the pharmacist which wasn’t there and I had a baby with me. Not cool guys, they told me it’d be 5 minutes in reality it was 15.
