Worst service ever. One star is even more. Very rude service people (for the owner’s information.... the staff was not polite and no name of hygiene or COVID was taken). Didn’t receive refund for item I returned already. I was just standing and looking at other breads, I told them that I have not even opened it and they saw it too. Even when the staff didn’t pay I said that I don’t want it and the item was taken back. As a local guide I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Often went to BonBons for coffee and bread before the pandemic, have always enjoyed the cakes there and good service too. Recently bought a cake for a friend and had it delivered. Delivery was on time and friend is very happy with her cake! It was a lovely Black Forest..yum! I also really appreciated getting a text beforehand to know that the cake was on the way! Thank you!

quite happy to leave a review for Bon Bons as I got excellent phone service this morning. in less than fifteen minutes , I could finalise the cake and make an order with the help of Lina as she was very thorough . she did message me the photos of the cakes and supportive to complete the whole order. Very Impressive, Lina. Good job.

Amazing team but especially Quan(I hope I spelled correctly) is an amazing barista and always makes sure the coffee is consistent he’s always polite and friendly, literally makes my morning after a good coffee that I know I can always rely on to taste good!
