Honestly the worst experience I have ever had for trying to support a business. Especially the woman (the younger one the older lady is lovely)at the counter this evening had no idea what customer service is! She tries to overcharge people and gets annoyed when it’s pointed out then pins the blame on the customer for confusing her because “she wasn’t going to waste her time checking!” Absolutely unbelievable instead of apologising she’s yelling at the customer! would rather take my money elsewhere like breadtop where I’ve never had this happen to me Stay away from this place! it’s no surprise all the reviews are negative!

My friend ordered a cake almost half a week ago and it was supposed to be ready today afternoon. Low and behold no birthday cake was made.. like how on earth do you even get this wrong? If you accept payment and do not deliver on promises that is fraud. When asked for compensation my friend was given a 5 dollar voucher to buy ANOTHER cake. That is just awful.....you either give him the cake he paid for or his money back. Thanks for ruining someones birthday seriously. Being a business you aren't just a product but also a service. You delivered none of those. If I could rate 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot.

Bon Bons bakery never disappoints It has a huge variety of cakes I’m here to make an important point I prefer to eat cakes than steaks! I bought the cake with lots of mangoes It was not very sweet The cake made me dance the tango Which was no mean feat! If you love simply delicious food Bon Bons is the place to visit Everything they make is good It’s sure to lift your spirits!

I’ve ordered cakes from this bakery two times now and both times they have been absolutely amazing!! I’m not a big fan of cake, but hands down I love the cakes from BonBons! They are so high quality, tasty and beautifully packaged. I placed an order short notice and they got it done perfectly! A big thanks to all the staff :)

Great selection of bakery items from around the world. You can eat in or take away. Located right outside the supermarket it’s worth visiting before you enter Coles. Croissants, donuts, cakes, slices, drinks or more. Staff are very helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking.

Past the store 3 times in the past week and each time seen bugs flying around the desserts. The staff just uses electric bug zapper to kill some when I pointed out they have bugs and let them fall into the food. Dead bugs all around the displace area. …

Very bad customer service. A man was complaining in the store that he ordered a birthday cake earlier but he only found they don’t have it when he got there. The staff weren’t apologetic and just ignoring him the whole time.

Looks like it's the afternoon or closing team/staff who are not as accommodating as the early ones. Tired perhaps? Well, all people are at the end of the day, aren't they? Indeed, simple smiles could go a long, long way.

Very rude and zero customer service, bought an almond croissant and nothing inside and some almond on the top, asked for refund but they did not. An Asian woman with optical glasses is very rude.

Staff are friendly. Coffee tastes good. A lot of bakery options as well so little chance of getting bored with choices.
