Small dogs only! Sales rep told us that the leash is good for a Golden Retriever, that is BS. We’ve had the clasp fail on three leashes, and she doesn’t even pull hard. Most recently we asked them if they could just refund it as we would continue honoring the warranty otherwise and clearly their leashes are not made for our dog. The rep instead gave up a thicker leash, even though it was not the issue, it was the clasp at the handle that failed. Thicker leash had the same clasp. I feel if the clasp was on the opposite side of leash it wouldn’t be a problem, but I’m about as qualified a designer as whoever made these things. Collar is alright but the decorative elements are easily tarnished.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Collar is made if a cheap, slippery material that does not stay on dogs with slick hair. MAJOR PROBLEMS with Only 7 day return policy and refunds are not allowed. This is a horrible policy for out of town customers. I’m now stuck with a 80$ dog collar That doesn’t fit my dog and I cannot return. Management does not care that this inconveniences customers. Again… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The customer service and manager is terrible. I purchased a collar for my dog was told by three sales reps that the collar could be exchanged for 5 years.. That was not the case. The sales rep and manager was rude and said I was lying and would not accept since my dog was fat.. The manager Andreas was very rude and unprofessional.. Do not purchase from this store or company

Well the collar is cool and the crystal bones are a nice touch. Not sure it is worth the price overall. My only question is why is the name tag face down? If someone found my dog would they know to actually flip the name tag over?

Wow! What a spiffy store. The dog trinkets are simply gorgeous and you have got to get one for your furry friend. All the glam. All the feels. You can even design your own!
