Asked for my phone screen to be repaired. Back of the phone had a little crack. I asked to replace both front and back. Front was replaced and the back was not when the phone was returned. Apparently, the wrong part was sent. Nevertheless, the phone was returned and the back of the phone was completely smashed and broken, worse then how I turned it in. He expected me return the next day. However, I explained to him I was leaving the country the next day and I could not return the phone. This was also explained when I ordered the parts 3 weeks before the parts came in.. Now my phone is jacked up. He told me its only cosmetic. I dont understand why he would take the back off if the wrong part was sent. Makes no since. Go to 18th and Irving for Bonjou, way more professional and communicates better with the customers. Really disappointing, because I spent over 400$ in repair. And my phone is jacked and broken now in the back. Back of phone is not even sealed correctly. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Stay away from they (scam) Dont believe their reviews, that is how I got caught in their scam. The way they do business they are scam artists the business get 2 to 3 reviews five stars every day. 3 reviews a month can understand able but every day reviews Fake, they write reviews from fake accounts from overseas with changing VPN  this business should be removed from san francisco. 1 week after I got my phone repaired at this location it stopped working. I brought it here and was denied warranty because of a small scratch on my screen and they tried to charge $130. This company changes their prices stay away from them. Not to mention these scam artists use generic after market screens to fix your expensive phones.

I usually don't write negative reviews for anything, but I felt this was my last resort. I left my broken Galaxy S8 at their store a bit before the whole quarantine situation happened. They told me it was probably a problem with the motherboard, and that it would be cheaper to just get a new phone, so I did that. I've been trying to contact them for weeks to get my old phone back, because it has my sim card and sd card inside. We've left voicemails and I even messaged them on their facebook page, and still no response. This was my last option to get their attention. I'm more than happy to remove the negative review once they contact me about my phone.

Great job repairing a cracked screen on an iPhone X. Way to go Bonjour Professional iPhone repair! Located in a small alcove next to a nail salon, the Bonjour Professional iPhone Repair shop does not automatically inspire confidence. However, the knowledge and professionalism of the proprietor dispels all doubt. He even took the time to explain the difference between a third-party replacement screen and an OEM replacement screen. An hour and $160 later my iPhone X was as good as new. Great job, Bonjour Professional iPhone Repair.

They fixed my Iphone Xs for about $120 in 30 min.. no issues. Its not a joke. These guys are the best. I live in the Sunset so it was super close to me. They don't have many reviews so I was a little hesitant, but after I met SAM and he explained my options and what he could do for me. I was sold. Super professional. ALSO they pointed out why they are better than the rest for aftermarket repairs. These guys are great. 10/10

They fixed my front and back screens for under $200. Service was great and quick- my phone was ready for pickup in less than 3 hours. Sam & the guys at the shop are super friendly & knowledgeable. Location has easy parking and plenty to do nearby while you wait. I shatter my screen all the time so I’m glad to have found the best place in the city to get my phone repaired!

I left my beats headphones there for repair because they were not turning on anymore. After weeks they never called me back. I came by to see what was going on and they said they were gonna charge me 80 dollars to get the headphones back eve though they never repaired it. I don't recommend this place, they will charge you to simply get your broken product back.

Sam is great! I had my S pen tip snapped inside the phone. He said in his time working on Samsung since like 2000 he has never ever seen a S pen snap like that inside. He took care of my S22 Ultra and fixed it in less than a hour and got my phone back to its normal place. I recommend Sam. He is very friendly and professional and will take care of your phone!

Great service. I demolished the front of my Galaxy screen and he was able to fix the screen easily and cheaply. Unfortunately there was damage to my camera as well that neither of us noticed initially so I had to return with a new camera part. I was not charged labor for the camera repair which was extremely gracious. Highly recommended!

I've been here a number of times and referred others a lot. The people who work here are superb! They've very knowledgeable, fair, kind, smart, and always fix my phone for reasonable fees. Sometimes the problem is just my ignorance, and they do something quickly to fix it and don't charge me. I will be a customer forever.

Great quality. The battery they put in when my Galaxy S8 was two years old was just starting to show its age two and a half years later when failure of the original USB C port sent me back. While they were replacing my USB C port, I had them replace the battery a second time. I'm hoping for another two and a half years!

My wife’s phone needed some cleaning and a new battery, literally hours before her surgery. We were there from out of town. So polite and helpful. Had it done in less than a half hour and les than $45. I wasn’t expecting such great service from this little hole in the wall. Definitely take your business to him.

Sam replaced my phone screen again after the initial screen replacement resulted in flickering brightness. He reached out and offered to replace the screen again under warranty. Good service and happy with the final outcome even with a slight bump. Good to know honest people are still out there.

I've gone to Sam for Samsung Galaxy repairs years. I recently returned to fix an S9, and it works like it's new. Anything he fixes never needs another fix (unti we mess up our phones again). He's always honest, communicative and exceptionally professional. He's quick, as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great place for iPad repair. I was tired of looking at my cracked screen and wiping off the tiny pieces of glass. Sam is easy to work with and honest. I was also able to pick up same day even though he said it would be ready for pick up the next day.

Bonjour Professional Repair & Electronic Center was friendly and had a good price to replace my iPad screen compared to Apple and a few others. I wish they would do it while I wait, but I understand they are busy. If anything else goes wrong I will call them again!
