Highly recommended physio. Their patient service is excellent, great time management ,organisation and problem solving skills as well as pay attention to details. The treatment was informative & appropriately pitched. I felt safe and supported throughout the treatment. Several year ago I had a frozen left shoulder but I ended up having massage and cortisone tab that sorted the issue. A few month ago I felt symtoms in my right shoulder which as before worsened..so my neighbor recommended to get a physiotherapy treatment..so as being a working person I don't have enough time to manage hospital appointments and work ...so I searched for a physiotherapist online for home treatment and I got to know about BOOK A PHYSIO .just spending a couple of min I booked a physio for home visit without giving any pre booking charges....that was the best part . I really appreciate Dr Gyaan who helped me out to fully recover and also to strengthen my overall body... The organisation work is too organized like... they provide patient card for having patient record & for daily entry for physiotherapy. They provide proper payment receipt after getting payment and prescription letter too without even asking for it..one more thing is that they took my weekly feedback by call just to know that I m happy with the therapy or not & I m comfortable with the therapist or not and if not than company will provide you another therapist..... I must say they are friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable guy. This is literally good option for those who dont have time for treatment.... After having 1 month treatment the mobility is coming back to my shoulder and much of the day to day pain has gone.Go for it without thinking twice. I spend so much time to giving this feedback just to save everyone's time.

Do not opt for this service. They are extremely unprofessional and careless. I booked 10 day physiotherapy for my mom and paid in advance. Initially they came to our house and after 6 7 days they just started giving random excuses for taking a holiday. They didn't even complete 10 days instead they came to our house for 7 and just took leave for 5 days straight. Physiotherapy is a continuous process. When asked for the refund of the remaining days atleast to which they simply denied. Usually I don't write reviews or posts but their unprofessional behavior forced me to do so. My mom is a cervical patient and they left the situation in between which made her condition detoriate further. So never book their services whatsoever. This regarding the response you gave.... First of all your agent asked my mom to ask for one extra day for which he gave reason saying that he can't come for one day n company will penalize him. My mom signed it out of courtesy n excused him for one day...thereafter your agent just took leave for 4 days straight ( not 2 3 days). Physiotherapy is a continuous process you need to do sessions regularly. 2 sessions after five days of gap has no affect on it. So if we are paying for 10 days why are v given services for 8 days. Also regarding refunding the money... I think it was your basic duty to do it since your agent took the leave. Yes we paid in advance maybe that was our mistake. I am posting this so that customers be aware of your unprofessional behavior and never pay you in advance. So if somebody reads this long post never ever pay these guys in advance.. Or don't choose them at all.

I am writing this review in behalf of my sister because she lossed both hands in a road car accident before 6 months ago. That was a major accident and x ray showed spinal Injury also. After that she gone in coma for 2 months and doctor said that their is no hope for her to stand and walk even with support in future. Our family was loosing all hope at that time. One of our relative asked me to go for Physiotherapy and then I contact Book A Physio..who provided me Dr. Sheetal our physio who worked very hard and give Physiotherapy treatment to my sister. After one month of therapy she came out from coma and after two and half month she is able to sit properly with out any support. This is like a dream come true. These people are thiefs , one full month a therapist came to my home and did my physiotherapy with the wrong diagnosis . I did not even had the slipped disc . For a monthly package they charged me 6000₹ and i paid 3000₹ advance but when i gave the second installment due to not having change i game him two notes of 2000₹ and he said i will return 1000₹ tomorrow and he didn’t gave me my money back and when i called they are not picking up my calls ... these are really an unprofessional people who have no idea about diagnosis or treatment . Just same machines using on every patient . I did not even get a slight result.

My mother was suffering from sevier osteoarthritis in knee from last 5 years.
