This place is absolute rubbish. Cheaters. I ordered Construction Project Management: Theory and Practice by Kumar Neeraj Jha but I was given Project Management for Engineering and Constructions by Garold D Oberlender. I tried contacting them for months now but no response. To put a cherry on top, the book they provided is a faulty one. It's supposed to have 357 pages but it has 200 pages and then cut off. Also the book I ordered is 500 taka and the book they provided is 180 taka. I paid extra for a wrong, faulty book.

If there was an option to put zero star I would have done so. Not only that they didnt delay on delivering my book not for once I got a check up call from their customer service neither they bothered to receive the calls that I made to their customer service number. I paid for the book I ordered through bkash so that I wouldnt have to go through the hassle of any other issues. Irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour at its best. Never ever trying your service.

Please don't buy books from this shop. They don't response to any customer service number. I ordered 2 books almost 10 days ago & paid the full amount (including shipment) via bkash. they confirmed the order & since then there is no response.

What the heck it is!! I paid money for my book on 7 june, don't even gave any confirmation!! after that you guys are not getting any calls by your service center numbers, if you guys don't aware of customers' emergency why you are running …

Very much unprofessional.They are not active in social media and phone calls . I couldn't even contact them for the wrong order they delivered. It should be wise for everyone to avoid bookshopbd.They might be scam.
