They have the daily sale of buy 1 at highest price and get 2 free. Great deal right? Also they will ship for $40. Great deal right? Well all their boots are on display and when you can't find your size, they get them from the back. Great right? Well, the guy handed me what I thought were brand-new boots, 2 pairs. Each with glitter inlay. Brown and pink and black on black. The pink ones had a crease right in the middle of the glitter. And the black ones look like they'd been worn in right at the ankle but must have been re-soled. The white pair I got off the shelf found after getting them shipped that a piece of the leather was missing. The pink/brown and Black/black were 329.00. But after everything plus Shipping, it came to $420 and change. I immediately contact them the way I was told. Never told they'd send me a Shipping label. So I paid another $47 and change to ship them back. They were not going to refund me the original $40 per the one in charge of doing refunds. Till I explained I confirmed that I was told I would be refunded all Shipping costs for totally defective boots. I finally after a 20min hold was told they would refund me the $420 I'd spent but not the $47 and change. Buyer beware. Double-check the boots. Because about 200 ppl were trying on boots that day, they didn't care how they treated the boots when taken them off. So I know why the white boots had a piece missing. But the other 2 absolutely no way those were acceptable. And I fully believe that defective items when returned the way they were purchased and Shipped. Should be given a refund for the customer having to pay put of pocket. So I paid $47 and change for 3 pairs of boots that I don't even own. I was sad that I even had to return the boots as I loved them. And bought because I needed one pair for a wedding in 8 days. But it's 100% wrong to make a customer pay for their defective items. I will be calling corporate to see about my refund for my 2nd shipping costs. Shirley who works ther me is awesome! She's nice, attentive to mutilate customers at a time. And when given the chance to talk one on one. She is an amazing woman and is working toward marketing to build their website. I believe she is a very valuable employee to keep. Maybe even a bump in pay for the amount of work she does juggling many customers at once. They also need more than one cashier when there is a line that forms down an aisle on Saturday and Sunday's for those getting the Buy 1 get 2 free. To think I almost bought 5 pairs of boots. I'm so glad I didn't. It would have cost me over $100 in shipping to return.

A great place to find a HUGE selection of boots of all designs, colors, styles, sizes, etc...The staff are all friendly and FUNNY, quipping and joking with customers while being helpful and answering any questions you might have. Even when it's obvious you're new to the world of cowboy boots, they're not going to push or up sell you. They're happy to let you explore and take your time without pressuring you. Obviously being a leather boot store, it smells wonderful, and you could just sit and absorb the ambiance. An important note though. An iron-clad practice is that you pay for 1 pair of boots, and get 2 pairs free (you pay the price of the most expensive pair.) However each pair is going to run somewhere in the $300-400 range. So you're technically getting three good pairs for around $100-150 each, and they're of quality that will last years. However they will not let you buy one pair for a third the cost of the sticker, so be prepared to pay a large amount upfront.

It was about 8 years ago I bought three pairs of boots. 2 for me and 1 for my wife. I were mine just about every day, every condition. Now, I have had many boots in my life. These boots are still going strong. I was there today while in Nashville. So impressed by how well these boots have held up I wanted to get another pair. I have a pair from my original purchase, was wearing them but, could not find in my size a pair like them and I really liked these boots.Employees recognized the boots I had on. They actually called and had someone bring over a pair from another location. I have a pair if Dan Post and Laredos that I have not had quite a year and they are about done and I only wear them for work. The ones I purchased at Boot Country, 8 plus years. More then satisfied. Maybe see you in another 8 - 10 years. Dirk

Fun place on Broadway to get what else but cowbiy boots. A must in Nashville. Some of the stsff would not help us and had quite the attitude, but overall it was fun. We did get 3 pairs of boots for the price of one, but they are not cheap. $400 for 3 pairs of boots. About $135 each. They have many cute styles for women and great variety for men. Lots of various sizes, including wide widths if needed. If they dont have them on the shelf in your size, just ask and they will get them for you. They have 2 locations close to each other and if they dont have it at one store, they may have it at the other. But you may have to be persistent to get what you want. The store was pretty busy at 9pm.

Just came back from Nashville 3 weeks ago, had to stop here and grab some boots, I did the buy 1 get 2, everything is wonderful and fit perfect except for the 1 pair I didn’t try on the left foot it’s much smaller than the right foot as you can see in the photo I know they are handmade so I’m sure this happens, would there be anyway I could get a different left foot cuz I really like the boots… thanks! It’s not a joke or a scam. The boots really are buy 1 get two free, and they are genuine leather or exotic materials like python, lizard or ostrich. It can get busy, and some sizes take a while to come down from upstairs, but the customer service is good and the smell of the store alone is worth the visit for someone wanting the Nashville experience. A median prize for a pair of boots here is $329, which means you get each pair for $110. That’s a good deal. They don’t give you a box, but you do get a bag. You’ll want to drop them off at your hotel immediately so you’re not carrying boots around all night long. Haha

Good variety and size range. The “Buy 1, Get 2 Free” doesn’t have a catch, you’re just paying for the most expensive pair. Checked prices against online listings, boots are slightly up-charged, but the deal is still a steal. Boots are the same brands you’d find in any western store, to include Boot Barn. Staff was helpful in getting sizes that were not currently on the shelf, but may need to have a better understanding on how boots fit to assist customers better. For those with prior knowledge of how it should fit (ie. heel lift), it’s not an issue, but maybe for those that don’t. Overall, great experience.

Absolute waste of time to get there, and money to park. They paint themselves as a serious place to buy boots. No work boots, no boots for an equestrian (like the flyer at the whole center stated). They also charge almost three times the normal cost. It is NOT BOGT free. It's more like "overpay severely for one, then pay regular price or more for the next two". Seriously, use Amazon or an actual reputable saddlery or Tractor Supply next time. They don't even carry a fraction of the brand they claim to. ZERO Ariat, among others. This place made us decide NEVER to spend any time in Nashville.

Everyone in our group thought this can't be true! It is! Boot Country sells high quality boots. The signs say buy 1 pair and get 2 Free. In other words say you find a pair for $399. Then your wife finds two additional pairs that are also $399, you pay $399 plus tax. We walked out with 4 pairs of boots for just over $500 bucks because you also get a fourth pair discount. It's amazing. The only reason it's not 5 Star for me is because they were so busy it appears the staff could not keep up with demand. Other than that, it's true, Buy one get two free! Fantastic!

The selection was a little better than expected for needing an 11W in women's shoes. My disappointment came in with the staff. The only person who didn't act like they were bothered by being there and actually knowledgeable about the boots was Chris. The young lady who helped me most of the time was exasperated by every question and was very vocal about being ready to leave. Part of shopping is the experience. If I had not liked the boots I was picking, I would have walked down the street to one of the other establishments offering similar deals.

Helpful staff, not the greatest “quality” of boots, but if you follow their gimmick and buy the 3 pairs you’ll spend about $100/ea so you get what you pay for. Go anywhere else for a quality boot at double the price. Had to do an exchange the following day and they made it super easy. Appreciated that they searched the back room high and low for the boot my son needed in the exact half inch we needed- being short staffed that little attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Grabbed some good boots and went with the promoted 3 pair deal. Daryl helped us and really stayed with us during the whole process. He managed to help my wife and I find exactly what we wanted. He then helped us find a boot for my mother in-law. I've worn them all Ariat, Cody James, Nocona, and Lucchese. Nothing wrong with going with a good deal like this on a quality pair of boots. Save your money and get an expensive pair later in life with a Stetson to match!

The store is well stocked with many different boots for women, men, and even children. The staff are very friendly and look the part too, which is a nice touch. The prices can be steep, but it is understandable due to the quality and manufacturing of these boots. This is a good stopping point in Nashville for those looking for some southern attire.

Great customer service. The gentleman that helped me knew what size I was just by showing him my foot! Lol! First time I’ve bought boots. I couldn’t find any other pair I like so I settled on one pair. The girl, I believe the manager/asst manager was kind enough to let me pair up with the folks behind me and both parties received discounts on their boots. It was great! This place was INSANE on a Saturday so try to avoid the weekend craziness. It's very easy to think the buy 1 get 2 free is a good deal. The price tags are exaggerated and very few name brands. I went ahead and bought some but did some price research on what I bought and probably spent more $$ because I THOUGHT I was getting a good deal. Lesson learned. Also parking in this area is expensive. I spent $21 for 2 hours.

OMG this Boot Store was like a candy shop to a kid. Shelves full of various styles for women and men. The bargain of buy one and get two free is not a gimmick. They also have percentage off for one or more selections. My server was Nichole and three of my friends brought boots also (Tracey brought 3, Wendy brought 4, and Cheryl 1). And this Cheryl brought 3 pairs. Looking for a bargain, you got it and quality boots.

Stopped in a few stores yesterday to shop. After seeing 4 digit prices in other shops I was ready to give up on Nashville boots. Stopped in here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff were so helpful! We had been to another boot store on Broadway and the salt at was no where near as knowledgeable as the staff at Boot Country. They listen to our needs and were knowledgeable about recommendations for boots for us. People we talked to had said we would spent $600 + for boots there but they were wrong. The 'buy one get two free' deal is actually really good, if you want three pairs of boots. Their selection is really good but just like Boot Barn, the staff isn't exactly running to help you out with anything. If you have normal sized feet and you know you want three pairs of boots, this is a good place to stop.

Was searching for a new pair of boots in Nashville. Came here intrigued by the “buy 1, get 2 free!” offer but as one would expect, the boots are all of the Payless variety and look more like a workman’s boot than anything one would seek to wear on a night out. I would suggest another boot store.

Great boot selection. If they didn't have it they checked the warehouse (took 5 minutes for the warehouse to check and then bring them in if they had them). Very patient staff with the little ones. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful boots!

This is an awesome boot store with top notch service! Ms Linda and The Boot Doctor went out of their way to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Their buy one get 2 free promo is exactly how it reads and the prices are not overly inflated to make up the difference.

A large selection to choose from. They have stuff for kids and adults. I have wide feet and they did have a wide feet collection, however they were not wide enough to fit my foot into. For people with normal feet this is a great place to check out. The staff was super friendly A+

Awesome boot store right on broadway! It was pretty hectic inside and hard to track someone down for sizes but they did the best they could. I noticed people didn’t put the boot sizes back in the correct spot so double check the sizes before you purchase!
