They don't care about regular patient. As they knew some people coming on 6pm they didn't notice them that closing time is changed. Employee on boots is not getting any commercial from sales or prescription so they don't care about losing customers.
Medicine shops should open for 24 hours they are life saving. Where as wine shops are open.
