Every time I visit or walk past there is a queue on the pavement. Last time I went I queued, outside in drizzly rain, for 30 minutes only to find they didn't have my medication in stock. I've heard of people waiting 45 minutes. How can they expect elderly, sick people to wait outside standing in all weathers?

Yet another boots store in a state of disarray. No pharmacist until 2pm but its now 1410 and no sign of the pharmacist. This whole company, regardless of location is a mess. Closing at times that prevent anyone who works to get pharmacy medication or, just closed full stop.
