My local Boots is a great location, the team are very friendly and helpful. I do think the store needs investment and updating, to have a better range that reflects the local community needs.

Staff rude and unhelpful. Watch you like an eagle and make you feel so uncomfortable. Hardly have what I need in the shelves. Store is small and always untidy with stock trolleys everywhere.
