Hi it's me again Ms S Birchenall . I am not that happy with the service in this particular boots which is in the highcross of all . The staff in this place is not the best in the whole of Leicester and Leicestershire so if you need help from any of the staff in the highcross you will be luck to find anyone to help you . Worst boots store ever. 1. Wrong price label. I found it when checkout 2. Bad service. the staff don’t believe me when I tell him that the price label is wrong. He come to see the label twice and finally tell me to wait for his colleague - a silver hair lady to help me. But they never come. She come to serve another lady who arrives later than me. We just stay there for a million year. I also complaint it to Boots official website.

Causing this establishment for some cream to help with my dry hands and staff were very helpful pointing me in the direction of the pharmacist who spoke to me about my situation and advise me on the correct item which has helped great I'm pleased to say that just four days after using my dream my hands were looking great fantastic service from the boots staff thank you very much very well recommended

3 times I booked a No7 appointment and twice I have turned up only to be told that the person wasn't in that day. No attempts to contact me and I had travelled over and wasted my time. The staff could only offer a fairly pathetic sorry as could customer services once I had sent them a complaint. I'm transgender and the manager missgendered me several times too, which didn't help the situation.

What a mixed bag , was served by a patient young gentleman, who asked a colleague about a voucher who acted as though my mum was lieing about what we bought and she just repeatedly said 'you havent met the criteria , you havent met the criteria' - not explaining what said criteria was. Another coleague came over explained why the voucher wouldnt work, problem solved no issue !!!

Absolutely lovely set of staff that helped me find a bunch of items I couldn't find myself and even offered alternatives for items they didn't stock or were out of stock. Great pharmacy to pop into if you're out shopping. Atmosphere is quite calm but of course very medical centre-like. Nevertheless will be coming here for most of my pharmacy needs!

Very helpful and friendly staff. My prescription was late going in (my fault) and I needed an injection which they hadn't in stock so the pharmacist made a few phone calls and managed to get my injection in another store the next day. Above and beyond.

Almost complete product they have, i buy this eye drop twice and have no problem. They have also if you want to buy meds from doctor prescription. If there are more variant brand lets say Makarizo product it would be perfect for me …

It's got everything for looking good , I always go for no 7 face cream for men , shower gels and Armani Code aftershave ! Just been to BOOTS today no catalogue but bought Givenchy Gentleman 100ml very nice spray

Shocking scary lift to the upper floor. Went in the lift with my baby and push chair. Never again. Had to do 2 trips to carry my baby down and the push chair. Surely it would not pass health and safety regs.

A member of staff in this branch went above & beyond 4 me - she is a credit 2 Boots - only wish I knew her name so I can only refer to her as the (young girl with blonde hair) Fantastic service …

Went to No7 stand for advice on tinted moisturiser, the girl was so helpful with the correct colour, I also bought a lip pencil, again on her advice and a lipstick, fantastic service. Thank you

Shame the lift is always out of service and the baby section is on the second floor! Fix your lift please as mums with prams are unable to pick up baby essentials! You are losing business.

What's to tell? It's a Boots store. On site Pharmacy to get your prescriptions and all the usual things you would association with a larger Boots store. Opticians as well.

As expected and just like smaller Boots stores with a pharmacy and lunchtime meal deals. Also sell other things like shampoo, sunglasses, gifts, make-up and perfume, etc.

Very pleasant place the pharmacist is always on the ball, very helpful and knowledgeable he is always happy to help next best thing to a doctor great service

Surprisingly small store with incredibly limited selection of products - not what I expected from a city centre / shopping centre location.
