I visited this store for the NHS check up appointment. I was 10 minutes late due to transport. The girl at the counter in the hijab told me to wait, as her colleague was engaged with another customer already. I awaited 20 minutes, only for him to come out and tell me he couldn’t see me.!! Another lady was seated and had 10 minutes before appointment and was happy for me to go in. I explained I had travelled far and couldn’t come back, as I was only 10 minutes late. The rude guy did not care. He was dismissive and was making excuses about running late in time slots, and lied that he had been waited 30 minutes for me to arrive. When I rejected his claim and told him he was in the room with another patient when I arrived, he admitted he was running late with time slot. Absolute disgrace!! So unprofessional. No customer service.!! Even, doctor appointment allow up to 10 minutes late time and will understand delays in transportation. My advice is do not visit this store for a check up if you do not come 1 hour early, because this dude will lie through his teeth and dismiss you. I have never experienced such disgusting service from a store. I have made a complaint to NHS check up. This store should be removed from their service. This glorified cashier is rude and unprofessional and does not understand the meaning of duty of care!!! Don’t waste a journey booking an appointment at Boots Charing Cross!!
I went into Boots yesterday to buy some perfume for my girlfriend. I picked up the display box of perfume and asked a middle aged woman who works at boots "hello, please may I get this perfume?" She completely ignores me whilst she is stacking the shelf, I then say "sorry, did you hear me?" She responds "yes!! I'm doing this!! You need to ask someone else!!" In a very rude tone. I was shocked at the attitude and lack of respect towards a paying customer. Luckily, another colleague came over and assisted me politely. I work in Covent garden and if I spoke to a customer like this woman spoke to me, I would be fired immediately. Please address this issue as this woman was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I'm sure I won't be the last to be treated this way by her.
Although I was only attending for a research project, the pharmacist still took time out of her busy day to answer my questions politely and make sure I got the relevant help.
Don't bother with this pharmacy. Staff have no idea about the meds or their own standard policies, and the senior pharmacist is rude and racist.
If you need some urgent médication and it is 5 minutes before closing time, they won't let you in
Very rude and impolite staff who is unwilling to help the customers.
Apothekerin hat keine Ahnung von den Medis.
Muy amables.
