Mr. Chris is an amazing man. I was referred to him by our local Mercedes Benz dealership as a trustworthy local Mercedes mechanic. My daughter is a student at Trinity University who was having trouble with her C230K Mercedes while I was TDY at Ft. Detrick MD. I was unable to assist my daughter in having her car towed to Mr. Chris' business. Mr. Chris assisted me in by helping me reach out to a local towing company who in turn met my daughter at the location of her car and brought her car to Mr. Chris' business. My daughter's car was ready within 1 day and she happily picked up her car the next day. I truly appreciate a mechanic who is honest and is willing to help his customers. His prices are fair and he always is methodical in explaining the issue and why it needs repair. Thank you Mr. Chris for assisting my daughter and I while I was out of state and she needed someone to help her with her car repairs. You are truly a blessing!

You will talk to or be greeted by the founder (and service writer), Chris. It's evident he cares about you and what your car needs to make it run as a Mercedes should. He makes notes and soon calls explaining what your car needs and exactly how much it will cost. Often he has suggested options that have saved money on parts. They only work on Mercedes, so they have the expertise to fix it right - the first time. I hate it when you have to go back! Never here, in the six years I've been taking our two M-B cars to them. Several times I've been taken into their immaculate shop so Mike, the expert Mercedes technician, can show me how and why a repair was done. I have owned 10 M-B's since 1990. Here and in Austin. This is my favorite shop yet. I highly recommend this honest, dedicated shop for all Mercedes service and repairs. John Harris.

Best service I have ever had! This is the place to go in San Antonio! This is my 1st Mercedes and I am a home mechanic, but I needed the steering sensor replaced and I do not have the computer program to reset the sensor and clear the codes. I spent 2 hours online and making phone calls researching where to take my car. I could have not been happier with my choice. Chris was great! He was friendly and answered all my questions unlike some of the other shops I called. Also their prices are unbelievable! it was 1/2 the price of the dealership and only $80 more than if I did it myself!!! Dropped the car off at 12:30, and Chris called me at 5:30 the SAME DAY and said the car was done and everything worked perfect. I was expecting a 3 day turnaround. They also warranty their work unlike some of the other shops!!!

When you have a owner who works at the Automotive service if you will the atmosphere is different relaxed. I feel at complete ease. The workmanship of BCS IS of excellence I brought my S 500 Mercedes there because I was referred there by Sirianni Automotive(KTSA RADIO 550 AM) Services and I dont regret it one bit. If you want to learn about your German Engineering Vehicle go to the Specialist because this is a the do work on German and I believe Swedish is vehicles. They have the knowledge. If you once again want to know Scott , Mike and Chris will keep you informed and explain it to you. And if Mike, Chris or Scott tell you to buy a certain brand buy it. Remember if you if you can afford to obtain it you can afford to maintain it. Do this you will have your vehicle for many years.

I called european auto werks and spoke to Chris about having our Mercedes worked on. Chris' customer service over the phone was outstanding. I told him what I needed done. He advised me of the approximate cost and time it would take. I decided to take our vehicle there. I arrived at the location and was greeted by Chris. Let me tell you, this guys customer service is beyond anything I have ever dealt with. He is very kind and professional. I believe more companies should treat their customers like Chris treated me. The work was done on time as Chris promised and the price was right around what he quoted! I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and the quality of work done on our Mercedes. I will definitely return and highly recommend them. Thank you

I've been serviced by Chris and Scott @ European Auto Werks for many years. I've utilized them to check out a car before I buy and they have ALWAYS given me the best advice and let me know if the car is worth buying or how much will need to go into the car before purchasing. This is above and beyond service for me. SERVICE is something of the past everywhere else. They are hard working, honest, reasonable, integrous, professional, fast, and own a plethora of knowledge. My parents have taken their vehicles to Chris for as long as I can remember. He is amazing. Very honest, very thorough. They've had multiple Mercedes and Volvos and Chris has always done the very best for them. Now I'm taking my car to him :) He is absolutely wonderful, remembers car histories very well and always always does a great job. He is concerned only with taking care of his customers and their cars. Chris is the best and we will continue to go to him as long as we have cars!

I am not one for generally going the distance on reviews but I must let you all out there know that when it comes to service, knowledge, personality, and just plain friendliness, EAW ranks as high as any organization I have ever dealt with in my 66 years in any category.
