I'm only giving a 1 star so I can post the fact that she the owner cut my hair and basically chopped it it's uneven and shorter than I asked for I am extremely upset and when I called her to tell her she told me she didn't cut hair she only did weaves then why would you sit me at your chair I would sue if I could

I pre-paid for my hair appointment online and when I arrived for my appointment no one was in the salon. I waited for 30 minutes and called multiple times. No one ever arrived for my appointment and I have no idea how to get my money back because they are not answering their phone.

I enjoyed my walk-in experience! I was taken care of quickly, my sew-in is very cute, and the price was affordable. I almost ran out of hair and the awesome owner made it work. I even liked the TV selections while I was getting my hair done. I am definitely going back to Threadz.

I scheduled an appointment online for my daughter for an 11:30 time slot and as of 1:49 she has not gotten in the stylist chair this is only our second time but really they should not allow you to schedule an appointment at a certain time
