Overrated restaurant and horrible service. I will not order/eat my food here again! Updated: 06.23.23 I ordered my food on line @ 3:15p. For a 4:00 p pick up. I arrived at the store at @4 and asked the cashier about my online order she said it would be ready in a few minutes. Busy place on Tuesday with (6) girls behind the counter and in the kitchen, and they were in complete confusion and unorganized staff this past Tuesday afternoon. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby, and the cashier " dumdum" looked at me like she saw a goahst, so I asked her again about my order she went back and looked no where to be found. Finally, I got my order @4:40pm and noticed it was missing a fries($5 value) with my order as stated on my receipt and website. The food was generic; please see the pictures provided, and my pizza was hard as a cardboard like when I got home . This is my worst place on my list; and I don't recommend it to anyone. Last Monday I ordered my meal Monday daily special @ 12:58pm I got my meal & my drink @ 1:22pm. The cashier was all over the kitchen I counted the numbers of employees 4 in total. She was handling the register, bathrooms keys with big spatula spoon attached to those keys, money, credit cards, Also passing my food and others without gloves. YUKKKKKK, I moved to a 2 tables because they were sticky and dirty, I asked for a refill a medium drink $3.03 It use to be..This is one of my favorite hole in the wall and it's a landmark in Las Vegas great place to have a bite to eat such as pizza, sandwiches, and well-known of their chicken wings... yummy must visit. I had the steak sandwich w/ fries it was tasty. I don't know why went down to the bottom of the quality, service, and hospitality.

My team wanted to order pizza from a place called Boston Pizza here in Las Vegas. I went to the website and placed my order. When choosing the delivery option, it asked for an address but no phone number. After placing my order I realized it didn’t ask for a phone number. For this reason, I went out about 20 minutes before the delivery time so that I won’t miss the delivery. The delivery time came and it showed that my order was complete. I sent a message to the app asking how I was suppose to identify the driver or the vehicle. They called and stated that the driver, who was an in-house driver, arrived and no one was there and he called. I told them how would you call if there was no option to place a number when ordering from their website? It was pretty frustrating being placed on hold while they communicate back and forth with the restaurant. Finally she asked me if I would like to be directed to the manager at the restaurant, I said yes. They came back on the line and started that the restaurant is to busy to speak with me. I then call the restaurant who said that sit was my fault, the driver attempted to deliver the pizza, and laughed because I was upset, then hung up the phone.

The most horrible experience ever! I have been coming here for over 20 years and the service and quality is going downhill. This will be last time ever patronizing Boston Pizza. I ordered a half bucket of fingers and I received a half bucket of grease. The entire cardboard box was covered and dripping with so much grease. It got all over my car and the pizza that I ordered with it. To make matters even worse, when I drive all the way across town to get home, the fingers were bite sized and severely overcooked. After cleaning the grease off of the seat of my car, I decided to eat the pizza. I couldn’t even stomach the amount of grease that was all over the pizza. I spent over $75 and ended up leaving home again to get real pizza and fingers from a National Chain. I think requested a refund would be ignored and I’m sure I will not hear anything from this business about this experience. What a shame and a waste of money.

The customer service sucks. Every time I order food the workers tell me it'll be ready in 30 minutes, but I end up waiting an extra 30 to 40 minutes. This happened to me 4 different times last night I asked the manager why do you guys do that his response was you want your food hot don't you? I told him that I want my food ready and on time not 60 minutes when you tell me 30 minutes. He told me that it's their policy to do this to customers that was the craziest thing I heard all year. He basically told me it's their policy to lie to customers and waste their time. I'm never going back to Boston pizza. When I seen all those junkies and homeless outside that was a red flag for me. I never should've tried this place. I let them inconvenience me 4 times already not anymore because I won't be going back. The employees are POS except the women that work there.

The pizza is pretty good. I always order a specialty pizza called “the spinach pizza.” This is one of the only neighborhood restaurants that stays open really late. In fact, they’re open until 3am. The service is lackluster. These guys are just here to make food. That’s it. They don’t seem to care about much else. That includes if you’re standing in line needing something. You must speak up and initiate conversation, or else you’ll be invisible. The atmosphere pretty much sucks. Outside, the scene is dismal, if not scary. Lots of hookers, bums and addicts scouring the immediate surroundings. It is, after all, located next door to a busy strip club. The parking lot is cramped. If you need to park around the side, do so. (just remember—keep your eyes forward, and your head down) Inside, it’s kinda smelly and grimy. Overall: go eat here because the food is good, the price is right, and it’s open late. The end.

K, so uhm....I'm not mad, but I'm not impressed either. I mean...they tried. Starting with the good: staff is super friendly, delivery time was reasonable, the cup of ranch given is HUGE, and they followed my cooking instructions - I prefer my wings EXTRA extra well done. Damn near like jerky. Which they NAILED! Unfortunately, though, the food itseld was mediocre. I chose a dry rub Cajun flavoring, but the coating is very minimal and didn't really taste like anything. The fries were cooked well, but not salted at all. The ranch itself was most disappointing, tasting like creamy water. Overall, I'm glad they were open at 1:30AM while I had a post-pot munchies episode, but the overall experience was lackluster.

This place took an ENTIRE HOUR to have my food ready. i was patient, but 1 hour is just too much. Wayyyy too long to have food made. I'm not at home making my own food, I'm at a restaurant. Plus, the people there, not just staff, were very passive-aggressive. I was frustrated, for good reason, but was never rude. The food was good, but it wasn't a 1 hour wait worth, good. I liked their chicken fingers a lot. The fries were SO good! Pizza was pretty basic, but they *can* add fried chicken to it, which was pretty interesting. Service was great, the female worker was super friendly and helpful. They were short staffed . But didn't seem stressed and helped everyone with patience, the wait was worth it. This was our first time eating at a Boston Pizza Vegas. Atmosphere was comfortable and the food was wonderful. There was a hr wait for pizzas and calzones. Tuesday it’s buy one get one free pizza. We ended up getting a Philly cheesesteak and wings to eat in and ordered a pizzas to go. By the time we got our food the wings were cold. The Philly cheesesteak was hot so that’s good. Then we waited about an hour and a half for the pizzas. The pizzas were warm but not hot when we received them. Also additional ranch is $1.50!!? Why!? The rest of the food, for the most part, was reasonably priced tho. We walked out and saw through the window all the people in the kitchen. Barely anyone even working. The only ones working were the cashiers. It was mid food and crazy long wait. Oh we went there to celebrate National Boy friends day so yeah.

I placed an order over the phone for Hot Chicken fingers & fries and was told 25 minutes. I arrived 30-35 minutes after I placed the order and had to wait another 35 minutes for my food. What was the point of calling the order in. I've been going here for years, and I know it can take a minute to get your food sometimes, which is why I ordered ahead. My food was not the best this time - the fingers were tough and dry. There was a lot of sauce on them , but the meat was just dry. The fries were fries. We used to order more often from them, but it's a hit or a miss each time, So I don't always know what we are gonna get, and so sometimes I just don't wanna chance it. Their customer service is always great, they are nice and helpful.

I was greeted when I walked in and both ladies working the counter were courteous and patient while I decided on what to order. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for the food and it took exactly that much time for my order to be ready. While waiting I noticed that a lot of people called in their orders ahead of time. Been ordering online from Boston Pizza for years, love everything on the menu. Unfortunately today I was not happy with my order. First it started off with my delivery running late and had to call to find out the status. The lady who answered the phone yelled at me telling me that she had no delivery slot for the time I asked for which if that were the case, you would think that the time slot would not be visible to me online. Came here to bring out my kids for pizza but was a bit disappointed. The service was good, nice friendly young lady that took our order. The pizza was not very good. The bread tasted like cardboard, and all the cheese and toppings fell off once I grabbed my slice. The atmosphere was ehh, and it smelled really bad like sewage by the entrance. The booths by the entrance were a no-go had to move to a different table close to the register. Homeless people kept walking in staring at you while you ate. A bit awkward .

Ordered multiple times for delivery and something is always wrong or missing!! I got comped some french fries for the issues and figured I'd give them another try. Boy was I wrong. just ordered at 8:27pm it's 10:27pm and still no food!!! Im only a 5 minute drive from the location. I called to check on the status of my order and the guy said that they're on their way and hung up on me... The excuse , It's Two for One price night. So that means my food sucks tonight??? December 21, 2023 I went to get food for my grandkids the Las Vegas Blvd location. Going into the building I was approached by a young lady trying to get money from me. The best thing about this pizza is the price. We paid less than $30 for two large pizzas and 2 large drinks on a Tuesday for their deal. The quality was decent! They have a very wide selection of food types: sandwiches, pasta, wings and of course pizza. They are open till 3:00 am and deliver to a broad area. There's some seating, a few slot machines but I've always picked up or received a delivery. Their delivery drivers follow instructions and it shows up hot. I didn’t have high expectations to begin with but was still let down upon opening the box. Crust was hard as a rock, cheese was undercooked and slid off half the pizza on our short walk back to the hotel. Pizza was beyond greasy and actually leaked out of the box all over my clothes. horrible customer service. only does what’s convenient for them on their time. said my food would take 15minutes, it’s walking distance from my work place and it took over an hour for them to deliver it right next door which I paid extra for. ALBOS ACROSS THE STREET DELIVERS here FREE AND GIVES ME A DISCOUNT. the food was of course cold and the quality of food is inconsistent. food was sloppy and the seasoning looked like it was just thrown on at the end. will never come here again. all of my coworkers warned me and I didn’t listen. now I know why no one orders from here. lesson learned

I usually never write bad reviews but my experience with delivery kind of sucked. The delivery person was nice but it took 1 hr and 30 minutes when they told me it would be 45 mins. I get that they may have been busy but when I called and spoke to the girl at the place she immediately placed me on hold for 5 minutes and was incredibly short and rude. Unsurprisingly the pizza and wings were cold when they arrived. Definitely not worth 26.70. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Also the wings were tough with most of the pieces being to overcooked to bite into.

My first order with them was very good. Had errors but the sandwich was good. Now 4 more orders and it's gotten exceptionally worse. Many many order mistakes, and now little to no meat for the price. My coworkers sandwich was much worse. She asked for no sauce on her sandwich and basically got nothing on it. Their response is we will put a credit on your acct. Assuming we will call back after the many errors. Also the lettuce was very old with nasty edges. Cheese is on the bun not the meat. Very disappointed. See pic

Entrees were hit and miss, calzone was tasty but they clearly gave me old fries that have been sitting under the warmer for a while. Also note the pic of this skinny plain cheesecake and ponder if 7$ is a fair price for a slice the size of my palm. I went at midnight and I forgot how sketchy Las Vegas Blvd could be lol but the chicken strips were definitely worth it. They had great flavor and wasn't too soft or to crunchy. When they tell you it's going to be ready at a certain time they mean that time. My order was suppose to be ready at 1240 I got there at 1230 and they gave it to me at exactly 1240 lol. It was worth it though. A lot of bang for your buck!

First time ordering from here and it was a very good choice!! We ordered half pep and half hawaiian. My 3 year old grandson doesn't eat the crust normally but it ate this time. He said he likes it. The cheese on it is amazing as we like cheese theres so much The crust has a garlic sauce I think butter. We will most definitely order from here again especially on a Tuesday when we have all of them here.

So I just had to leave a review my pizza was so disgusting not cooked all the way through wings were cooked way too long it was bones in my pizza possibly from the steak however I almost choked!! Way too cheesy and way too many the pizza kept falling apart I was soooo hungry after a long flight so my partner and I just ate the crust with the ranch as you can see not worth the money at all the

It's supposed to be the best pizza in town I hope there's something else better because they was very greasy

Wow! Maybe the best pizza I ever had. Not just delivery pizza. Fresh veggies - and plenty of 'em! Plus, they delivered it a mile away - on the Strip - while it was still hot! About a half-pound of cheese, 1/4 lb. of sausage with just the right amount of fresh veggies and mushrooms. I completely recommend this place. I shoulda tipped the guy more - it was that good...

Customer service is the worst. The cashier let people stole our food, let this same people fight, and also my friends were harassed by them. We ended with a pizza not even with the ingredients we ordered after more than 45 minutes.

Not good. Philly cheese steak had yellow American on top and a small amount of meat. We didn't get our fries. Pizza was doughy, and it definitely needed to be on the oven longer. It smelled like sewer in the restaurant.

We love going here. But lately there's a bad swere smell. Was there recently to dine cause we always Dine in. But couldn't take the smell. Had to leave. Food was delicious though.

Tried the carrot cake for the first time and didn't enjoy it plus the frosting slid off so easily. Been eating at this location for a couple years now and haven’t been let down when it comes down to the pizza and wings. Great food! Keep it up.

The pizza is really good ! And the deals are amazing. I definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for pizza late at night. They close around 3 am.

We ordered some pizza and wings from here today. I have to say the wings and onion rings were pretty good. The pizza however was almost the worst I have ever tried. The pizza was covered in enough cheese for at least 2 pizzas. The sauce was almost not there and was very bland. The pizza literally had no flavor.

Hands down the best pizza place here! We ordered cheese and pepperoni pizzas, full bucket of half plain and half garlic parmesan chicken fingers, A dinner salad and sodas. Super filling all 3 of my kids loved it the ranch was creamy and perfectly cold. This family of 5 is super impressed!!!

Asked for mild wings , and they gave me these tiny little wings overly cooked , with some weird sauce on side and the mild sauce is the size of my finger nail , gotta put the sauce on myself and theres not even enough , the sauce should have been on the wings !! Waste of money

Good cheese steak but a little heavy on the salt. Fries were good. FYI free refills on the drinks.

In the past I got the cheese steak. I had to return it 2 times; once the meat was burnt and once was full of grease. I recently bought 2 16 inch meat lovers pizza with extra cheese. They sure don't skimp on the ingredients! Best tasting

Finger licking good...pizza was saucy and cheesey and had plenty of meat......I recommend everyone to try Boston pizza because it's tasty and they take time cooking your food with love. I bought a small box of pizza and could only eat 4

I approve of everything on their menu. I'm from Philly, and this food tastes just like east coast food from back home. Great customer service too! Keep up the great work guys

Ordered and pizza was great. Just took 2 hours to get pizza. Talked with them twice on phone when they opened. went to get it and it was supposed to be ready by 10:45 sat there till 12:00 waiting on it. Worst service ever More

Wife and I love this place we would drive all the way from Henderson just to go eat here the food the staff are terrific

Only pizza place that delivers in Naked City that is reasonable price, but they won't come after dark delicious pizza good sauce. Wings are yummy too.

The wings are the best I've found so far, Wings Stop was my favorite, but there hot is only mild, so I have driven out of my way to get to Boston pizza.

The food is consistent. If I had one complaint, it would be that sometimes you get very small chicken wings. But the flavor is the best. More

My go to place when I'm in Vegas the food is so delicious. Don't make the mistake of asking for extra cheese it's already on there. Yummy

Yesterday i saw one guy asking them about a job opportunity, then they gave him a application form. He filled it for 20 minutes.
