Si tratta di una graziosa caffetteria e pasticceria, situata nel cuore del centro storico di Venezia direttamente di fronte alla basilica di Santa Maria dei Frari. L'ambiente è piuttosto raccolto e, dati gli spazi relativamente ristretti, i posti a sedere non sono moltissimi: comunque, sono presenti dei tavolini sia all'esterno che all'interno. Il plateatico esterno non è riscaldato, ma è coperto da una tenda in caso di intemperie. È presente un significativo assortimento di proposte gastronomiche, dolci e salate: panini, toast, insalate, pasticcini e pasterelle, croissant, brioche, fette di torta et cetera. Io ho assaggiato una cioccolata calda, che ho trovato gustosa. I prezzi sono gli stessi che nelle altre filiali dell'insegna.

Quick summary: an assortment of sweet treats and coffee; they even had 2 Gluten Free options which there aren’t many in Venice to begin with in terms of pasteries/bakery items. What went right: the non-GF pasteries were awesome and so was the espresso. The GF pasteries were prepackaged. One was a lemon bar of some sort and the other a brownie. The lemon one was delish. We even went back the next morning to get another one as my wife eats GF. What went wrong: the atmosphere isn’t the best. It has an awesome counter area but seating is limited and so is standing area. Perfect for a grab and go.

Bar cafè moderno, con posti a sedere con viste sulle calli circostanti. Se si consuma al bancone non ci si può sedere in quanto si deve pagare una consumazione da seduti per potersi accomodare, quindi non puoi passare dal bancone con la stessa consumazione a un tavolo che si è appena liberato, e non viene detto gentilmente. Lunga fila all'unico bagno anche se è usufruibile soltanto dai clienti che consumano. Staff non preparato a semplici domande di cosa contenevano le bevande ideate da loro. Alcune brioche al bancone senza indicazione del ripieno, e nemmeno lo staff al tavolo lo sapeva ed erano pure poche per dire che si sarebbe informato; ho preso l'unica con il cartellino alzandomi dal tavolo e guardando cosa c'era scritto.

Not as good as expected. The coffee was nice so no complaints there, but the service felt really pressured and not what you'd want from a relaxing coffee break. As soon as we entered there was a rush to get us seated (noting that you pay more to sit in). We tried to get up to look at the pastries on display and were told to sit down and order from the menu, so we didn't get a chance to look, even though we told them we just wanted to check the food on sale. Pastries were stale (already by around 2pm) so we didn't enjoy them much. I'd say there are much better coffee shops and pastries sold around the area so I would recommend walking around and trying others.

Un caffè accogliente e informale, posto a un incrocio strategico adiacente la Basilica dei Frari, battutissimo da residenti e forestieri, sull'itinerario più diretto che collega Piazzale Roma a Rialto. Spesso lo si trova fin troppo affollato, tanto che vi si fatica ad entrare. Vale la regola con cui si valutano le osterie incontrate lungo la strada dal numero di camionisti che vi si vedono sostare? Indubbiamente sono in molti a pensarla così, inclusi i clienti non occasionali.

Really welcoming and smiling staff. No fuss to order cafe lattes, and then to add a couple of divinely light but rich chocolate cakes from their cabinet. All very well organised, cheerful and relaxed. Very good loo too. Bill easy to get and very fairly priced. One of those places where you’re happy to leave a good tip and mean to come again. And their chorus of arrividercis suggested they’ll like you to return!

Ottimo locale dove fare colazione ma anche uno spuntino a pranzo dove potrete gustare: insalate, panini, toast e tramezzini. Ottima la qualità è la varietà di caffè, brioches, dolci. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e col sorriso (anche la mattina prima dell'alba). Per me è tappa fissa, la mattinata non può iniziare senza un macchiatone doc! Se ci passate fermatevi!

Molta varietà di dolce e di salato Ottimo il caffè e molti infusi C'è anche la possibilità di sedersi sia all'interno che all'esterno del locale accesso anche per sedia a rotelle e disponibilità per la clientela del bagno . Sono tornata a sedermi ai tavolini di piazza XX settembre dopo alcuni anni e devo dire che è stato molto piacevole ritrovare l'ottima tisana ai frutti di bosco che avevo apprezzato in estate. Bella la teiera in metallo che garantisce di sorbire almeno tre tazze di profumato infuso. Buono, rapido e cortese il servizio. Lo consegno anche in questa stagione ancora freddina.

We came after going to other places & not seeing anything we enjoyed or the service from the moment we walked in. Immediately we walked in someone greeted us from behind & was attentive the whole time. The tacchino was delicious & their dessert…love !!! We sat outside & they would pass by & ask if we needed anything else. Came here on a whim & left so satisfied & happy.

Great place to popp in for a quick coffee and some biscuits or spices of cake. These things here are always fresh, good looking and even better tasting. Prices are not high even in comparison with local places around. The atmosphere and staff is very friendly and willing to provide a good service all the time. Personally, I can just recommend this place.

Amazing amazing coffee! Best one we had in Venezia! Also very local atmosphere even though it’s in a busy street. Also had a croissant with breeze and veg inside, they warmed it up and it was really good. Also freshly pressed orange juice which was delicious. Will definitely recommend, and if i ever come back i’ll have my coffee here every day

Great little neighborhood bakery. They serve freshly made croissants and other baked goods like donuts (the cream ones are to die for!), muffins and other pastries. Also had fruit cups with or without yogurt. The coffee smelled great but didn't sample. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located right off the square where the Frari Church is.

I PAID: 1.00€ for a brioche and 1.50€ for cappuccino Very tasty brioches (with adventerous fillings) and good coffee. Vegan alternatives for those who are interested. Very friendly staff whom I would never punish for their bar being overcrowded, considering their proximity to Scuola di San Rocco.

They stole from us. We paid the total in a big group and everybody paid their share, including the tax. We apparently still didn't pay enough even though all of us did. This is just a pure tourist trap, don't go here at any cost!

Eccellente! The best "cappuccino e caffe doppio" I had during my 9-day tour of Bella Italia. If you are a coffee enthusiast, you must find this Bar early (6:30am) for a most memorable Italian Caffe experience. Superb and Friendly service. Grazie mille Bottega del Caffe Dersut.

Locale molto confortevole e alla mano. C'è spazio interno ma anche tavolini all'aperto che affacciano proprio sul lato dei Frari. Non solo bar, si possono mangiare panini, insalate, toast. Lo consiglio per una sosta tranquilla e rilassante. Personale gentile e simpatico

Una buona soluzione per colazioni, per pranzi veloce, per uno snack, per una pausa sono questi bar della Dersut. Le loro centrifughe sono molto buone e anche buoni i loro caffè speciali. Deliziosi i loro dolci. Questa catena vende anche il caffè della loro torrefazione.

Servizio veloce, personale attento e cordiale. Cibo buono, ben cucinato e piatti preparati e presentati con eleganza.

Sono diversi anni che ci vado almeno 2 volte al giorno . Il pilastro di questa caffetteria è Simone il proprietario, ottimo e perfetto in tutto. Una vasta scelta di brioche , di infusi il caffè molto buono cordiali e gentili i dipendenti. Bravi continuate così.

Comprendo che dopo una giornata di lavoro un bagno possa non essere al massimo della pulizia la situazione comunque trovata era di estrema sporcizia. Forse sarebbe il caso di fare come si fa all' estero applicare l'obbligo di fare una pulizia ogni tot di ore.

I love it here! It is not so much overrun by tourist and still having locals coming for coffee and cakes. We tried to try almost everything they have and all was pretty delicious and pretty reasonable price compared to other places in Venice. Must try!

Ottimo caffè ma lo frequento poco in quanto i tavoli sono troppo stretti e si è tutti appicciccati. L'angolo è molto piccole. Ottime centeifughe e colazioni ma molto piccolo. Sarebbe meglio togliere un paio di tavoli e lasciare spazi più larghi.

In 5 minuti di attesa al bancone non mi è mai stato chiesto cosa volessi ordinare, nonostante la barista mi sia capitata davanti diverse volte. Peccato, perché sarebbe in un punto molto comodo, ma il servizio è decisamente disorganizzato.

Good coffees and some other drinks (like Ciococrim and Nut coffee), but for the desserts they were not that good. I've tasted many good tiramisus and theirs were not the one, the choice slice cake was over sweet, lemon cake was fine tho.
