I am a regular patron of this store due to the excellent customer service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. Even without proper security measures in the shopping mall, this store goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers. The store offers a wide variety of sirits, beers, and premixes, making it a favorite shopping destination. I personally love this store for all of these reasons. I find it truly surprising to come across a review by an individual named Frank, claiming that the store is unsafe. Frank's statements are completely baseless, and there's a possibility that he may have confused this store with the nearby Bottlemart, especially if he was under the influence of alcohol. In reality, this store has earned my patronage as a regular customer due to the exceptional hospitality provided by the friendly and supportive staff members. They always go above and beyond to please their customers, even when the mall's security is lacking. Furthermore, the store has an extraordinary collection of sirits, beers, and premixes to offer. I am wholeheartedly fond of this shop for all of these reasons. I must add that Shivam is an outstanding person, and I love the service that he provides.

The owner of this bottle shop does not care about the safety of his customers. On a daily basis people are being bashed, stabbed & abused by alcohol & substance abuse persons. This is severely effecting other businesses in the area who all admit the danger and problems all result from the Bottle O. He is arrogant & not interested in helping improve the safety of his grounds including the eavesment which is known to most as a lane way and where most assults are incurring. Best to avoid the Bottle O.

I placed a delivery order. Didn't turn up. No notification from store. Contacted IBA. Been 9 days and all I have is acknowledgement. I will not go to this business again if this is how they treat customers and deal with issues.
