Would have gotten 5 stars if the previous workers were still there. Female at Counter is nothing but rude and stuck up. Doesn't even bother to say hello. There is a BWS right next door in Woolworths, I go there now, I'd rather give money to people who are actually polite. Don't waste your time here.

I had a problem which needed to be resolved. It was resolved beyond my expectations. I'm sure it was the lady owner. In my books the lady is a legend. I'll never go anywhere but there for my alcohol and I am telling every one customer service is out of this WORLD. Keep up the great service
