The bottle-o officer is consistently one of the best stockists that I know on the south east and peninsula, without fail the service is non comparable! The staff are helpful and they are friendly and the store has incredible appearance! 5 stars, I travel all the way from bayside just to shop with them!

very dissapointing that the shop want come to the special thats on offer by the bottle o group ,when they have a promotion on ,special .and have been told by them the owner from siding avenue shop they will not match the price and yet is a bottle o shop work that one out ,want shop there again score 0

terrible customer service.... drive through but never anyone comes out to serve.... today i asked the person sitting inside... said we dont do drive through... i dont understand why its written drive through... will definitely report to o bottle... sales person said u can report ....

Cam is great. Couldn't find a particular drink in his shop and he went out of his way to order it in for me. Attention to detail in the shop is great and is my new local bottleshop from now on.
