My family had hired Jordan Lee-Wing recently and unfortunately, his customer service was awful. Never explained the breakdown fee of the expenses until the last day. After seeing that there were over $100 extra charges on top of the quote, he had provided me initially, it shocked us and we complained. He said that he emailed it to me but I’m positive that he forgot to send it because I never received anything. I even checked my spam and junk folders and there was nothing. He said “I don’t know what’s wrong with your phone.” Wow, of course my phone was not the issue. Jordan’s response and attitude during the whole conversation was extremely rude. I told him that we did not know about these costs being over $100 and that it was new to us. He said that every law firm charges it and everyone knows about it. I said we didn’t know about it and he response was “well, now you know.” There’s better ways to say things. Words do not cost money and they can have a profound impact in someone’s life. So, I told him “can you be a little nicer please?” And he said “nicer? You’re the one that’s rude because you’re raising your voice.” Again, I was so shocked. I did not raise my voice although I was extremely upset and disappointed. He didn’t want to acknowledge the fact that the email he allegedly sent, might not have been actually sent. He didn’t show any empathy whatsoever about the fact that we were all shocked and disappointed. Also, I had mentioned that it was extremely hard to communicate with him until we met in person for the first time. I emailed him 3-4 times and he said he only received one email out of the ones I sent. He said that maybe they were sent to the junk folder which is obviously not the case because we had sent emails to each other back and forth before. So, he already had my contact information. We were so worried because after emailing him and leaving a voicemail he did not get back to us and the due date was so close and we needed an update. I had to call his assistant and he finally called me the next day. His excuse was that he's been busy. No apology for making us worry or nothing. I had mention about it a couple more times and asked him if he was sorry or wanted to make any comments. He said he had nothing to be sorry about and that he provided a good service. A good service? I totally disagree. Furthermore, I asked him if there was any proof that he had sent me the email and if he could check and he said that he was not going to check and just wanted us to sign and date the paper. All he would say and repeat was “ok, alright, I hear you, anyway, this is the final cost, is there any other questions?” and “I need you to sign and date.” NO MATTER what we said. He showed no remorse and I felt like I was talking to someone that had no heart and didn’t care about the firm’s reputation and his. We’ve sold 2 houses, bought 3 houses and sold 1 commercial building, for the last 2 years and these “hidden fees” or "unexplained fees" have never been a problem; any additional fees were always explained beforehand. Moreover, if I asked him the same question a second time, we could tell he was annoyed. I wish I could go back in time and have never hired him. I felt so mistreated and he made me feel like I was stupid because I didn’t understand the legal terms. All of these ruined my entire evening. All he wanted us to do was to sign the paper that we were telling him was unfair and leave. Instead of trying to make the situation better or saying something that would calm us down. Again, in the end, it's just about how you treat people and how you talk to your clients but I guess for him, it’s just about making money. I hope someone take time to actually read my review and acknowledge that your potential long-term client was mistreated and upset. Unfortunately, it’s sad that he is not a man of integrity and that this type of employee works at your firm.

My experience with Boudreau Law with both the facility/office workers and my personal Lawyer were amazing. It is a very welcoming place, everyone is very friendly and polite. My Lawyer Scott was excellent. One of my main concerns as a young person going through a divorce was that I wouldn't be able to find a Lawyer who would take my case seriously. Especially when there wasn't much to it. This experience was still very unknown to me, so to have a Lawyer who would spend the time to explain processes, steps and language to me is something I truly appreciated. To the Law Clerk Jonna, she was very friendly and very helpful when needed. If I need to make arrangements to come during my lunch break she would ensure to stick around the office for me.
