It seemed a bit sketchy at first (head shop meets souvenir shop), was not exactly where the app tried to navigate me to, but in the end, it was an excellent experience since the Alexanderplatz Station lockers were full, and the other luggage storage place in the Alex as closed on Sunday. I would use this service again. I will say, Bounce’s “we will show you the address after you book / pay” feature is garbage. Do better.

The details given were completely wrong. The location on Google maps is completely misleading. Don't follow it. I almost gave up. For reference it is in the shop beside the Cancun restaurant. They store luggage behind counter. Not sure it feels totally safe but I had no choice as lockers in station were full. Ended up spending €12 for 3 hours storage which isn't cheap. But at least I could wander happily.

Super easy and helpful. Great price which allowed us to drop off our bags instead of lugging them around the city making the most of our last day. Although nothing was wrong with this our bags were only stored behind the cash register opposed to a luggage room.

The location was perfect to drop off my bags for a few hours while I went sightseeing. The store was easy to find and the workers were kind. Both handing over my bag and collecting my bag were easy processes.

Ottimo servizio per chi deve lasciare l'alloggio al mattino ma ha l'aereo la sera. Comodo a una delle stazioni principali di Berlino, Alexanderplatz, da dove partono diversi treni per l'aeroporto.

Ese es el lugar donde dejar las valijas, la dirección que dan es del lado contrario a la ubicación real, se encuentra frente a la torre, una vez deje los objetos todo salió perfecto!

4 stars because I would have preferred that the bags be stored behind closed doors and not only behind the counter. However, I never doubted they would take good care of it.

Very friendly and efficient but the location on the Bounce website appears to be wrong. The shop is on the main street opposite the park—not in the shopping centre.

Svårt att hitta, men när man väl hittade butiken så var det lätt och smidigt att lämna och hämts.

It’s a awesome location to leave your luggage. They don’t use locker to put your bags in, though
