Facile da prenotare. Buon prezzo. Concordo con gli altri per quanto riguarda le istruzioni migliori su dove trovarlo. Quindi ecco qui! Il chiosco in questione si trova attraverso l'ingresso PRINCIPALE della stazione e fuori sul binario 1. Gira subito a destra e vedrai un'edicola/chiosco di souvenir e alla fine del chiosco c'è un cartello per il deposito bagagli. Se vai alla stazione dal centro città ci sono 2 ingressi, uno a sinistra guardando dalla strada e l'ingresso principale direttamente di fronte a te. Quello di fronte a te è l'ingresso di cui hai bisogno. In realtà siamo arrivati con il treno veloce alla stazione che arriva molto sottoterra. Si arriva in superficie tramite diverse scale mobili. Dirigiti sempre verso i segnali di uscita/percorso per i binari 1 - 4. Se arrivi al livello della strada e sei arrivato all'ingresso più silenzioso a sinistra, usa semplicemente il taglio interno per accedere al binario 1 e gira a destra e continua a camminare fino a raggiungere il chiosco sul binario 1 che ora dovrebbe essere alla tua destra. Ho chiesto al personale di 2 stazioni che sfortunatamente è stato molto inutile e non aveva idea della consegna del sacco rimbalzante. Mi hanno solo indicato il deposito bagagli KiPoint nella stazione che non è dove devi essere! Spero che questo aiuti le persone!

Beware of these lockers. Two out of three lockers would not open when we entered our codes. We called the support number, and they told us they don't speak good English and hung up on us. We called back, and they ignored the call. Here is a tip if you find yourself in a similar situation and read this after the fact. Have someone continuously input the code, and a separate person apply pressure to the corner of the door. The sensors appear to be really sensitive, and we were eventually able to get all three open after 20 minutes and multiple attempts.

Il personale di servizio è stato molto gentile, ma l'indirizzo non era quello corretto. L'indirizzo nell'app Bounce era quello di un altro deposito bagagli self-service. Non c'era nessun segno relativo a Bounce e non c'era nessuna macchina in grado di scansionare il QR di Bounce codice. L'indirizzo corretto è al binario 1 della stazione Bologna Centrale, situato nell'atrio della stazione vicino all'edicola sulla destra.

Found it easily because of others' notes about where it was - it was the 2nd kiosk I went to but they're obviously used to it! As it's just shelves behind where they sell chocolate etc I wasn't sure how they'd deal with big cases but it suited me leaving a rucksack perfectly and meant I didn't have to divert from the station which on the way back was perfect. Liked that there was a person there not just a locker too.

Il servizio è buono, i ragazzi sono gentili. Lascio 4 stelle però, perché se vuoi lasciare un'altra borsa (era piccola nel mio caso) direttamente in loco, ma hai prenotato tramite l'app Bounce il deposito per la valigia, il prezzo è lo stesso della valigia grande quindi 7 euro in più, invece dei 3 euro che spenderesti senza prenotazione, andando direttamente all'edicola di mattina presto. Per me non ha molto senso.

I highly recommend this place. You will find the place on platform 1 inside Bolonia Central Train Station. It is a kiosk. It is open till 10pm so I recommend you to use a web page that allows you to book longer hours as Bounce only allows you to leave your luggage till 7pm. The guy at the kiosk was super kind and helpful. It is a very good location if you want to spend some time in Bologna, or to see the city....

This Bounce luggage location on Google Maps is inaccurate. Going to this location via Google Maps takes you close to another storage bag company. The location on the Bounce app is also a little confusing. The actual location is on Platform 1 inside Bologna Centrale train station at a news kiosk on the platform itself. Look for the logo in the photo attached on top of the kiosk to find the right place :)

Finding it was difficult and required help from the reviews. Enter the train station through the middle doors that are near to DESPAR and find platform one. There is a souvenir stand to the left of the doorway to the platform with baggage drop on it. No signage for Bounce, however once it was found the rest was easy both dropping off and picking up of my suitcase

It was really quite ok except that the exact location was unclear because my phone associated the wrong app and i had to find it without google maps. It's located in a newsagent (edicola) ON Track 1/Binario 1, not on the piazza in front of station. people I asked couldn't help. I had already booked and paid online. Price was good, service friendly and easy.

⚠️ Il y a plusieurs Bounce autour de la gare Bologna Centrale. Celui-ci correspond bien au Bounce qui se trouve "Via Caracci". Le magasin où il faut déposer ses bagages s'appelle "Min & Min", et se trouve devant l'entrée de la gare, donc proche de l'accès au Marconi Express. Il y a un sticker Bounce sur sa vitrine.

Storage service was great and convenient for taking a day's tour of the city before traveling onward. The location is somewhat difficult to find given there are multiple newsstands in the station and a wandering GPS signal. This location is on the platform for Track 1, towards the end.

At first, I was a little bit lost because I thought it was outside of the station. But it turned out to be inside the station, on the platform no 1. The man working there was really kind and gave me a map of Bologna. It was easy to leave and pick up my luggage :)

It was difficult to find the store based on the directions - you have to actually walk inside the station and towards the main platform to find the stall, once we did eventually find it it was a very easy process and good set up they had there.

The idea and prices are absolutely brilliant. But it took forever (more than half an hour) to find the right place to deposit our suitcases as both the Google Maps position was wrong and there were no Bounce sign/logo on the drop of point.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and you cannot fault their service. Unfortunately the directions on Google maps are hopeless as they take you outside of the train station when in actual fact their kiosk is on platform 1

Przechowalnię ciężko było zidentyfikować, pomogły zdjęcia z Google, mieści się w kiosku z pamiątkami na dworcu. Obsługa bardzo w porządku, bagaż poczekał na nas do godziny 18.00, wszystko odbyło się bez problemów.

Unico neo: nessun contrassegno esterno, il che fa dubitare di essere nel posto giusto, trovandosi di fronte un bar tabacchi. Poi però il gestore è stato di una grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo.

Il deposito si trova presso l'edicola al binario 1. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito è stato gentilissimo, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Prezzi competitivi (tariffa giornaliera anziché oraria come in altri depositi).

Great service. Only problem was finding the storage facility. The directions were poor. We spent 10 minutes trying to find it, as the plan sent us outside the station, rather than platform one of the station.

Everything went well, our luggage was safely stored at a kiosk by platform 1 at Bologna Train Station. It was significantly cheaper than dropping them off at the official luggage place at the train station.

Easy process from the Bounce app. Found platform #1 easily enough in Bologna and had the QR code ready and they took the luggage easily. I was able to update the booking to add 3 more bags of my friends.

I followed the instructions in the comments below to find the kiosk and had a prefect experience checking my bags. Staff were super thorough and I felt really comfortable leaving my bags there.

My bounce experience at Tabaccheria & Cartoleria Guerrazzi in Bologna was very good. Store owner is very friendly and helped us with finding a taxi and charging the mobile phone.

It was difficult to find the location and had to ask multiple people for help but once I found them it was simple and easy. Signing up and reserving the bags time was super easy

The store was great, all of my things were secure and the process was very fast and easy. However, 2 bags for just a few hours was over €15, which I found ridiculous.
