We went at about 5:00 PM tonight to your new Bourbon Street location at 7287 W Azure Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130 for the first time tonight. We live in the area, so my husband and I were pretty excited to try a new place. We spoke to a server when we entered the place, sat down on a couch and ordered drinks and food from her. After we had finished our food and I was working on my first glass of wine (my husband on his second beer), some random guy appeared and out of the blue said: “you owe me $37.00.” Well, we had never seen this guy in our lives, so we did not give him any money! As it turns out, he was the bartender on duty! We waited for our server (Sherrie who says she manages 10 of your locations) to come back. When she came back, I ordered 1 more glass of wine and told her about the VERY strange experience with the bartender (who we still thought was some random guy). We also asked for an actual check at the same time. When we received the check, I looked it over and saw that there was a $10 charge for 40 tokens in it. I took the check, found Sherrie and asked her why tokens were on my check. We do not play games, don’t know anything about tokens, certainly did not buy tokens, etc…. Sherrie said it was a mistake and that the bartender rang it up wrong and that we were supposed to get 40 tokens free and that our tab was really $30. Ok, that does not make any sense, but we paid the $30 bill (even though it said we owed $40), gave Sherrie $6 tip, and she literally gave me 40 tokens that she said we earned on spending $30 and I put them all in my handbag and we left. I believe that they intentionally tried to scam us! And, you really need to know about this because your brand new location will not stay in business if you are trying to scam your customers!!

I had never been inside a Bourbon Street Sports Bar before, and this one is literally blocks away from my residence and they are amazing! Talk about an adult fun center arcade gambling lounge sports bar! Yeah, that's a lot in one sentence for a description, but this place is like that pizza place on the corner with some arcade games, or that corner candy store when we were kids, but the pizza and candy turned to Cajun food and alcohol, with a place to relax, arcade games to play, a pool table, and even a beer pong arcade game... WHAT!?!? YES!!! I said an arcade beer pong game for one or two players. Fusbal, zombie shooters, classics like SFII, Galacta, and a basketball face off. This place is awesome if you need to go somewhere to watch your favorite team play or just a close to home fun center. Did I mention they have those daiquiri slushies everyone loves in all flavors? Yeah, awesomeness all wrapped up in one sportsbar... Bomb!!!

Love this place! Se cercate un bel posto dove avere un drink e mangiare qualcosa, questo è il posto ideale!!! Poco costoso ma allo stesso tempo di ottima qualità. Si può tranquillamente venire qui e vedere qualsiasi sport, partita.. Ad ogni consumazione vi verranno dati dei tokens da usare nei videogiochi presenti (tipo Dave&Buster). Questo locale accetta solo contanti, gli altri Bourbon Street anche la carta di credito. Dalle foto che ho fatto potete vedere il menu! Le Seasoned Fries sono le miei preferite!!!

Just left this place. My wife and I have fun there on the weekends but the weekdays are completely different. The "bartenders" will only serve you a drink every 30 minutes. They said it's "policy", and when they do they won't even come to you. You have to leave your machine and find them. Usually sitting at there table chatting. They were slammed, myself and 2 other customers. I will give the place 4 star review for Friday's and Saturdays, but when the 2 girls are working go across the street!

Came here after a recommendation from my neighbor. Our bartender was Drew. He seemed to be doin his best even tho he was busy. Do they have their bartenders doing everything here? He made our drinks, cooked our food, and later was cleaning the bathroom! The other guy working with him seemed to be drunk or high and was sitting down smoking cigarettes the whole time we were there. We liked the games and the drinks aren't expensive. We'll come back, maybe not on the weekend tho.....

Drew the bartender/waiter/everything is awesome!!! Yes there is a line for drinks but he is doing EVERYTHING! SO give this man a raise!!! Sunday night and everything was great....food great, drinks great, and considering he is alone, the service was top notch. So I had to wait an extra minute for him to take my order, I'm a patient person!! This is my first time here and it's super fun!! Definitely will be back again!!

This is a 'different' kind of bar! The ceilings & walls are covered in sports stuff....they've got more TV's of various sizes than I can count. Every kind of sports is playing all over on tv's, a wide selection of beer & drinks, even hi potency slushies. The guys are very friendly & quick - there's also good food choices. Very enjoyable for the Wrong turn that got me there!

Food wasn’t special and drinks were okay, not bad. Totally dead on a Saturday night. They have out of order claw machines and basketball. Allegedly out of order since covid. That’s what some regulars said. Friendly service though

My husband and I went in for the first time last Thursday. We had a really good experience. Our bartender was Misty, even though she was quite busy she took great care of us. We liked the atmosphere and enjoyed the shrimp poboy. We will be back to support as we love local neighborhood bars.

This place is small but cool. Fun atmosphere that has a twist of a few different places. It's like buffalo wild wings with the big screen sports wall, Dave and buster's with the arcade games and Dottys with the casino gaming. Bar is nice and comfortable.

Food tastes like it was microwaved. Games are mediocre. Drink prices are ok but it's cash only, which means I won't come back. I don't carry cash except to tip. I want to use my cards or my phone to pay, not help a business dodge it's taxes.

I frequent this particular Bourbon Street on a regular basis in the morning however, the hostess is very prejudice. She speaks to only the white customers and only asks them if they need anything. If I want something to drink I have to go

Cedric and Drew are the best! They are off Tuesday and Wednesday. They are so much fun and they really take care of you. They work night shift. I really like them. Come help the place out and see them. They are worth it promise.

I had different expectations for this place. Smokey casino atmosphere, good sports all around but the food was not good and the selection of drinks is silly. Service was fantastic but just need to know what you’re getting into!

Everyone working at this Bourbon Street has been awesome and in general i really like this place. I dropped one star because their food is too variable to get 5 stars. Some days its great, others its been... Not great.

This is a weird place. If you are looking for a smoke free fairly quiet place to have a drink with a friend. Then, this is your place. If you are looking for a more traditional bar, this isn't your place.

They say they’re open 24 hours and fast service but the doors were open but no one around at 8:30am this morning. Waiting to get tires put on so I had some time so I walked across the street to Timbers.

The server was so ignorant, I had had a hard time getting my single beer order in. I hate leaving these reviews, but the service was terrible, I struggled to even order a simple beer.

Ever since our favorite bartender Cedric was fired the service has gone downhill, we will no longer spend our money at this establishment. If I could give 0 stars i would.

It is being kept very clean and sanitized. Good selection of food, beer alcohol. Bathrooms are clean. Very attentive staff. Lots of screens for sport watching.

It's a nice place to go to if your not trying to do anything too crazy with your friends. They have pool tables and a few arcade like games with cheap drinks!

Anita, Ally and Maricel are so sweet and engaging. They work hard for the customers and keep the place sparkling clean as well. No smokey atmosphere here!

It's Dotty's version of Dave and Busters. Same low standard of hospitality. They'll take all your money then kick you out as soon as your broke.
