I highly recommend Bowlarama for events especially birthdays. We celebrated my son's birthday there not long ago and everything was handled in an efficient and smooth manner. From my first enquiry on their website to hosting us on the day. Not only the kids enjoyed themselves but the adults had a lot of fun too. Martina has been extremely helpful and I loved how thorough and prompt the correspondence had been. I would like to also commend Monica who was the perfect host for our birthday event. (We also had another team member assist, although I'd forgotten her name, sorry, just know I appreciate you all). The food was also great. Absolutely great value for money. Thank you all so much for a memorable experience.

My brother recently had his birthday party at Bowlarama Wetherill Park, and it was the perfect venue! All the staff was amazing and catered to every one of our needs, and the venue was clean and set up really well to cater for our large group. The birthday package was an extremely reasonable price and we were also able to add extra food to it for not much more. All the family were able to bowl for a really good price too!! I cannot recommend this birthday package enough to everyone. Will definitely be back, hopefully to hold another event here!!!!

They don't like to honour Groupon vouchers, told us you can't use Groupon voucher on the same day you purchase it, said it's a Groupon Policy. Groupon confirmed there is no such policy. One of the guy made up the policy on the fly, he said we can buy there for Same price without using Groupon. Same guy working there has a bad attitude dealing with customers. He is clearly a racist.other guy came and used the voucher reluctantly. Also we had to wait for a lane for 2 and half hours for coming late by 10 minutes. First and last visit for us.

Visited Bowling Mad proshop at Bowlarama Wetherill Park for a professional fitting of a new Bowling ball. Exceptional service, advice and attention to detail. I had Chris' undivided attention for an hour & a half whilst he analysed my bowling release & suggested layouts to suit my style and the lane conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bowling centre or Mad Bowling proshop to anyone looking to improve their game from beginners (like me) or to advanced bowlers. A+ service, I will definitely be returning in the future. Regards.

To the team at Bowlarama. My wife and I hosted ours sons 6th birthday on Saturday and it was nothing short of phenomenal !! The staff were so attentive and from start to finish the whole process was seamless! We had all parents complementing the party and venue on how great it was and how much fun the kids had! They steal our NSW vouchers of $200. First they gave us 3 options to use them now they reduce it to 2 options which are not practical at all. They are asking us to come during working hours which is not possible. Bowlarama is a scam. At first the service desk guy accused us saying that we might have used it but later they email us saying it hasn’t been used.

Very helpful and prepared. Short notice but they have provided a clean tidy and organised area for us to comfortably enjoy our gathering. Kids enjoyed alot. Will definitely have our next birthday party there again. The only thing i would be asking is to give discount after a certain spending which we unfortunately didn’t get any. Overall 5 stars.

Amazing experience. Kids had an awesome time. Experience of booking was made so much personal and better by Martina. Staff provided to look after kids on the day (Henna and Alena) were so good in managing kids that all the parents were enjoying there own time. Food was on time. Had a great time with my extended family here. The kids totally loved it in fact, my uncle and aunt also had a great time here. Got a very good deal from Group on. Had booked a lane in advance. We reached early and the staff was really nice and arranged the lane for us right away. There were many arcade games as well. Overall had a fantastic day

Fantastic venue for a kids party! My party was an absolute last minute request due to the weather and Martina and her staff were incredible! Nothing was a problem and she catered for all of our requests with less than 24 hours notice. Kids loved both bowling and the arcade games. Will definitely be back! Worst management forced my kids to leave the place at 9.30pm even though their closing time is 10pm on Sundays. When I asked the service desk guy he rudely said we can’t afford to leave it open when we have few customers inside. They have to get timings right online or close the business permanently. I drove 30mins they have wasted our time.

My daughter's 9th Birthday was amazing. All the staff were so helpful kind and caring. They took care of the children so well and were so attentive. The food was nice and the kids had a ball. They all had 200 points to play at the end of the party. Thank you Martina and Hannah and Alanah for taking such good care of us.

Great place to have fun. However, it is not a good place to organise birthday parties. The party host was rude. She didn't want to serve the food when we wanted. The kids' meal was the worst of the lot. Though a good place to have fun with friends and family, not recommended for birthday parties.

All machines are insanely old and haven’t been replaced (visited over many years). Put $2 in a machine and when the machine blacked out. Asked for my money back and the stingy owner decided to argue with me. Definitely do not visit if you want to have a good time that is worth your money.

Very cool family venue.! We just had our daughter's 5th birthday and Martina and Hannah were so beautiful, very friendly and amazing with our guests and us. The value for money, the fun and food were great. Well worth it. Thankyou for the good times we will remember for a long time.

I kept loading money onto the card and having the card get charged twice at a time. There was clearly something wrong with the card which I relayed to the staff member but he was rudely dismissive. Toxic behaviour when presented with a genuine issue he wasn’t bothered to address.

It was our first time here and it was awesome. The prices are good and the food was great too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating too... We definitely will be returning and also would recommend this place for a great time out with family and friends …

Great party for both boys and girls. My daughter had her 10th birthday party here and all the kids had a great time. the adult food platters were varied and sandwiches were so fresh that even the kids pinched some. Would definitely recommend having a party at Bowlarama.

A good place to chill out with mates. It is a little worn down and kiddie looking but the lanes and bowling balls are alright and in good condition. The service was really good. Kind staff who made us feel comfortable and were chill. I would come here again
