Exceptional Customer Experience. I am a returning customer to Box Storage. When we were in need of a unit again, Box Storage is the only place I considered. Box has it all: location, price, convenience, and cleanliness. Most importantly though, the onsite team is fantastic. Miguel and Audrey know how to take care of customers. They are professional, courteous, and always willing to lend a hand. From simply holding a door open or leaving a sticky note with my name on it to ensure I am taken care of, they are proactive and provide an exceptional customer experience. Ownership is responsive and solves problems immediately. There are many storage options in the area, but Box is simply the best.

Victor the store manager here is great very informative. I just needed a storage unit for four weeks and they have a one month free promotion so I pretty much only have to pay for admin fee and insurance for the four weeks I needed. The facility is easy to access and all the employees is very helpful! There’s a bunch of push carts u can use to easily move your items to your storage unit. Security seems legit you have to punch in your personal access code each time u enter every door or use elevator so I feel pretty secure with my stuff in storage.

I live close to downtown Houston and I visited the facility managed by Kaylona Webb on Thursday, February 6, 2020. She was extremely professional and helpful, and guided me towards a facility closer to my physical address and with a better rate...even at the cost of losing business for her location! She even showed me different storage spaces, despite realizing that I would probably not sign up at her facility. To me that is customer service at its finest! I signed up at the CubeSmart facility on Washington as per Kaylona's guidance.

This place had really great service. The door was opened for me before I even got to it and I was politely greeted. Also the place was nice and clean and organized. One perk for me with this place was that the leases are only month to month. With no cancellation fees. The only con for this place is that you have to type in your code every time you want to go into the front loding door and every time you want to use the elevator going up from the first floor. Other than that this place was a great place to take a lease out at.

The staff are as of family ever since my 1st day. Trust me when I say this but, the staff and management will have your back in whatever situation you are in. My 1st day was wholesome to find out that the management team and staff members were understanding of my situation and helped in anyway possible, but my last day their was the most upsetting. To have this much support in my corner and having to move away from the area, I couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you.

I've only dealt with Victor and Kaylona. Both were very friendly, accommodating, and eager to answer any questions I had. New facility and very clean. There are no exterior gates to access the property, but to access the lobby and the floor the unit you rent is on you need to input a code; you are also restricted access to the floor your unit is on. Between the staff, cleanliness and the care access control taken it seems like a [reasonably] safe place for storage needs.

I cannot say enough about this location! Excellent location, wonderful staff, and reasonable prices! Nothing was ever a problem here and they seem invested in the local community! Not just another storage location but one that sets themselves apart from the rest! 10/10 I would stay if I wasnt moving and also recommend to others! Kaylona really made this location standout! Always ready to help and answer questions without the headache!

I was greeted at the door by Kaylona who was so friendly and helpful. i had no idea what i was doing or where i should go and she helped me every step of the way. i ended up wanting a unit that was on the first floor as opposed to the third and she was very accommodating. getting my new unit set up was seamless. i was also really impressed by how clean the grounds are. im definitely very happy with my choice to use CubeSmart.

I did a lot of research on storage places in my area and I chose this CubeSmart. First of all the place is immaculate and I felt safe. The price was right and I had a lot of options. The main reason I chose this location if because of Kaylona. She is so friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She provided excellent customer service. I hope to be a customer here for a long time.

I came in to make a payment on my husband’s account and I had the pleasure of dealing with the nicest rep ever! Her name is Kaylona and she was so friendly and bubbly and helped me with everything I need! It’s rare to find someone in the customer service industry that truly loves their job like her. I would highly recommend this location and Kaylona as your service rep.

Very seldom do I write a review but the customer service with Kaylona at the Bingle Rd. location has been amazing. From day one she has been very informative, helpful and kind. Every time I enter the building she acknowledges me with a wave and a smile. The facility is super clean and convenient. I would highly recommend the cube smart at the Bingle location to anyone!

Let me begin by saying I don’t write reviews much. Kaylona was fantastic to deal with. We had a temporary move for some flooring repairs to be made to our home. While we don’t usually have a storage unit, dealing with Kaylona almost makes me want one. Fantastic experience. Victor was also great, but only had the pleasure of speaking with him on the phone. 6 stars.

Pros • Clean well maintained building • Quiet at night • Inexpensive • Helpful Staff Cons • Rooms are a bit sparse • No breakfast provided • No en-suite facilities Overall, not a bad place to stay. You don’t see a lot of other guests – mostly they seem to just show up for a few minutes, place stuff in or take stuff out of their rooms then leave again.

Upon entering cubesmart I was greeted and The manager Frank was very helpful and had great customer service skills. All my needs were met and everything was explained thoroughly. The storage facility was just what I needed. Everything is clean and cool as its climate controled. The restrooms were very clean also. I would recommend everyone

Made reservation online a week ago, and got several phone calls from the store manager-Frank, very knowledgeable and attentive. Ask for him if you ever need to rent a space. He made sure I have all I need to access the storage and also showed me how to use the lock etc. Extremely satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended!

I got everything done on-line. Kaylona Webb went above and beyond showing me where my unit was yesterday and showed me how the lock worked. I was grateful she took the time to teach about the lock. I had never seen one like that before. She went above and beyond, even telling me to make my access code longer for security.

Kaylona helped make my stressful move so much easier. She offered assistance with what kinds of boxes to buy and what else Id need to pack and also showed me a variety of storage options for all my excess junk. Im so thankful for all the help I received at Cubesmart and will refer them to all my friends in the future.

Cube Smart Storage is the far most best storage I've ever done business with here in Houston. Kaylona was Amazing!! Friendly with Grade A customer service!!! Felt so secured with the entry to my unit. The facility is new and immaculately clean!!! Great prices!!! Happy about my decision …

Slow on the initial day signing with front desk manager and confusion the next day on not honoring the first free month like advertised. I would not recommend this storage facility to any of my friends and family. Kaylona was the employee confused about the first month free.

Checkin was a breeze. Frank, the manager was there to walk us through the signup process and answer any questions we had. The building is only a couple months so The unit itself was honestly one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Conditioned space felt cool with little humidity.

Clean! Christina is super nice.and helpful!! She literally walked me through the process. My unit was ready, but it is small. The website states 5X10, but it's actually 10X5. Not what I expected. Climate controlled is 80 degrees. Not what I expected. Not good.

Nicest people working there. The manager, Katriona, is just a dear. Clean building, good access. The corporate folks tend to raise prices too frequently but I knew my stuff was secure and clean. Can’t say enough about the great manager. She’s the bomb.

We are renting two storage units and very pleased with the staff - their friendliness, helpfulness and flexibility. We are also impressed with cleanliness and ease of getting in and out of the building and with the security of the entering the space.

Do not expect any call backs from Victor. Unreasonable rate increases!! Too many within a one year period. Be sure you know to lock in your rate at the end of your contract because they will not tell you until they send you a notice of rent increase!
