Worst hotel I've been. Had to get refund after switching between 2 rooms and still not satisfied because the toilets have dirty old facilities and stinks of urine. Broken doors, ceiling fans, and badly maintained structures. Mosquitoes

Went in to check it out cos it was supposed to be the cheapest lodgings close to me and I was a bit short on cash. What I saw made me decide to sleep in my office. I'm not giving details but it didn't do it for me.

Could have been a nice place. Good structure but the facility is poorly managed. Rooms and bathrooms are unkept, the buckets are very dirty and has green matter on it. Am never going back there.

I logded in the 5k standard room. It's big and the staff that attended to me was an angel. It's easy to locate and has a nice view - especially if you're in any room on the second floor.

This is Royal City hotel and not Boyemco hotel. The hotel name should be corrected for clarifications first of all. Besides this, the hotel is a nice spot!

Affordable and serene with a bar. Price as low as N5,000. However, they need to improve on cleanliness and maintenance of their facility.

The rooms have no AC, no cable tv, no duvet, no shower and no food can be got in the hotel. It's not worth paying for at all. More
