The service system is cold and impersonal, there is no place to provide information to account holders, the 2-storey property does not have an access elevator for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, no guidance for people with visual impairments, etc.

Every time I go there it's always a delay for service, we wait in line whether it's rain or sun. This has to change, they have to organize themselves better and put more employees in there to provide service.

I'm here to praise the manager of this branch who speeds up the cashier service... thank you for your practicality!!
