We dealt with Westin and everything was good until I noticed some issues with roof si I contacted Westin and I explained to him and I also sent him photos via text and he said he would return my call I then waited so I called him a few times no answer so a month later after not hearing back I called the office and spoke with Monica and told her what was going on and that I no long wanted to deal with Weston if they could please send someone else ... I hung up with her then not even 5 minutes later did Westin call and sent a text to me and I did not answer .. why should I have to call the office for him to return my call and tell me in a vm that he can come address the issue Then I recieved a letter in the mail stating if Westin was the person I dealt with then he has to to be the one I speak with so I then called the office back and spoke to another lady which was rude I did tell her what was going on and she said if I didnt want to deal with Westin then I needed to write skeeter ab email explaining so I did .... and guess what I did it for nothing cause I called back to the office to ask if I could speak with skeeter himself and the rude lady answered and told me that sorry but your gonna have to deal with Westin (WASTE OF TIME ) I just wanted the issues addressed that's all it wasnt suppose to turn into a huge thing

This was the first time in my home owning experience to "contract" out such a large job. Craig Wright at Braun's Roofing answered all my questions and concerns truthfully and basically "painted a picture" of what I could expect. The crew arrived on time, and prepped my yard and and began work immediately. I was very impressed. The Texas summer threw a curve ball during the removal phase by unleashing a huge rainstorm after the majority of the old shingles were removed. No problem. The crew along with Craig safely and quickly covered the areas that needed covering, The roof and cleanup came out great. I had wind damage to my roof that caused a leak. I had used Braun’s Roofing in the past with good experience so I called them again. Craig Wright came out the following day and did a thorough inspection of the roof. I have a porch add-on with a different pitch that is exposed to southern winds and storms. Craig is very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations and options for materials for use on the different pitches. The work crew was prompt and completed the replacement in less time than expected. Braun’s even repaired and repainted to interior damage caused by the leak. Everything looks great…like the leak never happened. I would definitely recommend Braun’s Roofing!

After 2 recent storms, I contacted Brauns for an inspection. Mr. Hart arrived the next day and after a complete inspection, recommended a replacement. He showed me pictures and explained what they meant. Mr. Hart provided a complete quote, explained it,and the price was reasonable. Mr Hart had a crew at the time promised, , made sure they had materials and were prepared for the job. I am beyond APPALLED our neighbor is getting their roof repaired and the employees of this company thought it appropriate to throw shingles and nails in OUR yard and driveway! Guess we'll be investing in new tires and tetanus shots!! UPDATED - Supervisor came by and was very apologetic. He informed us to call if we have any issues (nails in tires) from the debris. All mess was cleaned. To be honest the neighbors new roof looks great and was completed in a day!
