Brennan Heikes and his crew are simply excellent. To start with, Brennan came over, spent the time to understand the job, and provided a detailed estimate quickly and without fuss. We set up an approximate date, which Brennan met without issues. Brennan’s crew was excellent. Our job involved a significant color change to all the trim on a 1940 house, and included filling holes, scraping, sanding and putty repair, along with some glass replacement on six old multipane windows. The crew did very good work repairing the old windows before painting, and a particularly excellent job painting the old oriel windows, each of which had 15 individual panes. The work also included painting eaves, gutters, exterior doors, screen doors, dormers, and the entire garage. This work was all done cleanly, carefully and completely, with no cut corners or arguments. It’s a pleasure to not have to fight to get a job done properly! Brennan got his crew off to a great start, taking the time needed to make sure the crew understood the job before beginning. Santiago the crew chief was courteous, careful and conscientious, and made sure we were all on the same page as the job progressed. The crew was careful, detail oriented, skilled, competent, and simply good people. They took the time needed to do good work on a large, complicated job, and we’re definitely pleased with the outcome. Brennan and his crew have the skills to paint all the windows and trim an 80 year old house, fix and paint old multipane windows, and really will make your place look great without breaking the bank. Brennan's crew painted most of the interior walls and trim of our house, along with the stairs, in February 2020. They also removed all the wallpaper. In fact, we kept throwing more work at them as the renovation went on, and they tackled it all with a tight deadline before our move-in. Brennan was easy to work with, as was his crew leader, and he came in with the lowest bid, which made it easier to add more work as things progressed. Although they worked quickly, I feel they paid attention to details, were clean in their work, and did what they needed to finish on time. There was one area we asked them to revisit after they'd finished, where a touch-up was visible on the wall, and they returned to repaint the next morning--it's perfect now. Brennan also offered to touch up the stairs after the movers banged their way through, and he did this too. All in all, a great experience and we're very happy with our "new" house.

We had out 1906 Minneapolis home painted by Brennan after receiving a referral from our regular general contractor we have used for years. Before the painted began we met with Brennan to discuss our needs and goals. He listed carefully, added all requirements to the bid, and followed thru with a super quality job. This was not a ‘slam bam’ lets get in out and as quickly as possible but rather pride in workmanship, and it shows. My neighbor emailed me today and made a point to let me know how impressed they were with the crew and the job. Cost was right in line with other bids we received. We enjoyed working with Brennan Heikes. He is personable, fair, does what he says he is going to do, and is good with providing updates. Brennan and his team did a great job with patching, prepping and painting our plastered walls, and with painting our stucco exterior home using Loxon XP with elastomeric. They also caulked & reglazed the windows, painted all of the trim and shutters, AND WASHED THE WINDOWS! They know their products and are professional; even down to the very detail of how they seal off rooms and protect surface areas. They also do a thorough job with the cleanup phase of each painting project.

Brennan and his team transformed our 1987 light oak trim home into a modern, fresh and clean looking home. He and I discussed the work we needed to do and I showed him some ideas of what I wanted.
