New entrance is used by hundreds of riders daily. Thanks to all who worked through rain, snow & bitter cold temperatures to get it done. Briarwood Subway Station has a Transit Police Office plus many security cameras around so passengers can travel with a peace of mind. A million thanks to the Transit Police for keeping the peace.

SAFEST E &F Train SUBWAY STATION IN NYC ,QUEENS BOULEVARD, QUEENS BOROUGH, 24 Hours Security surveillance Cameras , MTA POLICE OFFICE, Many special foods restaurant,24 Hours Flagship Restaurant, QUEENS Library, SPORTS GROUNDS,and Gardens.Many renovations in this STATION , including elevator, good Neighborhood.

Overall, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency of the entire Subway System in New York. We also felt that the vast majority of people serving the public and answering questions were very helpful. Well done Subway Transit Authority!

This station is not disabled friendly and what's worse, there was snow the other day and for several days after, the ice on the sidewalk was never cleaned. Extremely dangerous situation which could have easily been prevented.

Middle of the pack station in NYC but you can kind of tell they did their best with what they got. The only complaint I got is one of the sign is confusing and many first timers would exit the station by mistake.

You install a million dollar elevator for people with disabilities to get from the street to the platform but it doesn't go to the platform. I bet the genius who came up with this got promoted.

I don't like the long walk from the mezzanine to the exit on Queens Blvd. Plus I was disappointed that escalators were not installed when the entrance at Queens Blvd was reopened.

Appropriate area where transportation by train meets the standards of performed on time arrival. Also, a full police precinct is within the area for easy access and oversight.

I was going there to eat years ago.There is new management and they don't have the courtesy of letting the customer use the bathroom when they paid for their meal.

If you use a wheelchair do not used this station due to there is only one elevator from the street to platform and no elevator from platform to train.

It's clean and busy. The elevator works most of the time. There is a police station there. Be prepared for long walks and a lot of stairs.

Cool station elevator from Street to mez long walk way. And Best of all a Police Precinct right inside the train station! …

Got off the LIRR by accident while I was there had a few snacks nice clean place I was pretty comfortable

Pretty confusing and most of the stairs aren’t accessible but I’m pretty sure they’re fixing them

One of the main New York subway stations in Queens. Modern station that is unusual in the city.

I like the gyro stand that's on the outside of the train station. Great food and good people!!!

Sometimes i feel scared for homeless that is very rude. Hope they will be given some attention

Nice new addition to Briarwood, but be careful at the entrance in wet or icy conditions.

Finally ECHO Construction putting final work on Queens Boulevard and Main street.

MTA system in general; good for the city, affordable, sometimes slow services.

This station is safe but it always seems abandoned...go at your own risk.

It would be alright if homeless males didn't harass homeless females.

My MetroCard doesn't always work when I refill from this station
