I cannot say enough good things about Brickell Bikes. I was referred to Brickell Bikes from a close friend of mine and taking his consideration I went this bike shop, by passing countless bike shops that were closer to my house. I was not disappointed and happy I came here. I had a specific request for two bikes, one for my wife and myself. When I met Robbie, I knew I was at the right place. He was genuine, passionate, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. You could tell he loved what he did and gave off great vibes. After speaking with him and telling him exactly what I was lucking for, he guided me with several different options, from bikes, to components, and wheels. He worked tirelessly to find my wife and I bikes to enjoy with our family and for adventures. Even on days when the store was closed, Robbie would contact me to help find our forever bikes. I believe customer service is one of the most important things a company can provide and Brickell Bikes surely delivered. Great local bike shop to support as they will work tirelessly to satisfy its customers. Must visit bike shop.

Buying a bike there is seamless. They offer financing through synchrony, they're very knowledgeable with their bikes and the environment is friendly. However... 1) If your bike is missing a valve cap, they'll justify it by saying those caps "damage" the valve (laughable if anything, first time I've heard that). I left with only one valve cap, not going back again to get another cause I honestly don't want to get into a fight. 2) The handle bar for the bike I bought there was slanted forwards. I complained and almost got into a heated argument. They eventually helped me out and corrected the slant. The experience was bitter sweet. Two stars because I'm not going back there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Word of advice, if the customer bought a $3000+ bike from your store and he's complaining about a missing valve cap and a slanted handlebar, you bite your tongue and help him. End of story.

Brickell Bikes has to be the most unique and friendly bike shop in all of South Florida, as soon as you walk in through the door someone if not every employee is waiting to say hi and help you with any cycling or bike related needs. 9 out of 10 times that little accessory or unique product I''ve shopped online for is already at the shop on the wall for the same price before shipping from major retailers. This shop gets a 6 out of 5 stars if they were available to give, always seem to put the customers first. (missing a bolt for a 30+ year old bike they'll exhaust every effort to find it for you, and then you have to plead with them to charge you, I found bringing a 6pack works best for these types of situations). I've had two bikes built by them and countless others serviced by them only people I trust with my bikes in Miami.

Horrible service, 26 inch bike's pack with the 3 meter box, I’m going to airport with them and for this service I paid 160$ for them. Guys don’t you think that it’s too big? Visiting Miami from PHX, I wanted to rent a bicycle to explore the beautiful scenery of Miami. My bike rental was only $100, and they let me take it for a test ride. They showed me a quick demo, and the registration process was easy and straightforward. The customer service was exceptional as they understood my needs as a tourist and didn't recommend a high-end, expensive rental. The bicycle was durable and quick as I rode 16 miles with no issues, even in some rain! They have a moderate size of inventory for customers to rent and/or buy bicycles. I recommend this place for most bicyclists looking for transportation or intense bike riding within the city. I enjoyed the friendliness and expertise provided by Brickell Bikes! I plan to use them again when I return to Miami.

I'm new to cycling and decided it was time to upgrade my 10 year old bike I dug out during the lock-down. I found it increasingly difficult to find any entry level bikes and when I would casually browse bike shops, no one was particularly helpful. I happened upon Brickell Bikes coming back from a long ride and deciding I, at least, needed to upgrade my saddle. Upon arriving, I asked them if they had any bikes for sale and they did! After doing some research I came back a week later and purchased my first good bike. Robbie and his team are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Robbie explained everything about the bike and how it works in detail. He really cares about his customers and you can tell he loves what he does. I highly recommend!!

Favorite shop for years now, i travel out of my way to brickell to service/ repair my 2 bikes here. Rob is so welcoming and hands on of his shop. My guy to go is Willy, he’s very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Most importantly they give you choices and explain to you what needs to be done and why (I’m not a technician), not trying to up sell you anything you don’t need. I even called them about an issue with my chain, it turned out I didn’t even need to bring the bike to the shop! he kindly told me it was a simple mishap and guided thru what to do. These guys are really passionated about what they do. Excellent costumer service, great selection of inventory and tools!

Where to even begin with Brickell Bikes. They have it figured it out. Imagine being at a boutique bike store in Europe but even better it's in the heart of Miami. They are extremely helpful when it comes to suggestions on different options they offer or could order for you. The variety of unique products they offer is out of this world. The whole team is always attentive and friendly to its customers and new walk ins. I've had my bikes tuned and washed with them over 2 years and time and time again they do an exceptional job. I live 15 miles away, I bypass several bike shops and travel far to get to his shop because I know that with Robert my bikes are going to be flawless . Willy is my bike consultant, he knows how I ride he knows my bike and he understands how to enlighten you on how to become a better rider. Finding a bike mechanic that you can work with is difficult sometimes, especially like myself who travels but when u do take 5min out if your day and write a good review. I started riding in 1971 and throughout the years I have used many shops in the Miami-Dade area. I travel 12 miles to have my bikes serviced here. That's how good this shop is. It is a small bike shop located near downtown Miami. Usually, it is attended by just the owner and an extremely talented mechanic. The work is excellent and the prices are reasonable and clearly posted. Their knowledge, about bicycles and, more importantly, about parts, repairs and replacement gear, is second to none. Summarily, if you're looking for great service, a reasonable price and a knowledgeable and involved owner, this is the place to go.

Went looking for an entry-level bike within a price range. Juan (the sales guy) listened to my requests, showed me a few options, and, most importantly, did not try to upsell or tried to trick me into taking a $15k plunge for my first bike; something other nearby shops had tried. He thoroughly explained features, pros, and cons that were easily confirmed via Google search. He’s been very attentive in assisting with a few questions I’ve had since I purchased the bike, and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Please do yourself a favor and use Brickell Bikes for all your maintenance, repairs, shopping (and last minute needs!). Robbie and team will always be ready to keep your bike rolling smoothly. Most recently, I had a gran fondo that I was traveling for the following day and Robbie was able to take care of me as a last minute walk-in. While it may usually take at least a full day for a repair or tune, Robbie will listen to and understand your needs and will get you up and running as quickly as possible.

American Airlines bent a Shimano 160mm rotor on my way to Miami. It was a mini-crisis for me. Brickell (a) had the rotor in stock, (b) offered to install it while I waited, (c) has an amazing selection of eye-candy bikes to peruse while I waited, (d) has a super-cute shop dog named Nugget, and (e) gave me solid ride advice. Almost certainly the best bike shop experience (if not overall retail) experience I’ve had in ages. Expertise, courtesy, great taste. What else could you want?

After moving to Miami from Colorado my bicycle was a mess. I thought the bike shop back home was taking good care of my bike. Two months in FL and the bike started to fall apart and needed some big time love and attention. Someone told me about this little shop in Brickell. They are excellent, explain everything, nice and no surprise charges. My bike has never been better thanks to these guys. Now I just need them to help me get a new bike. :)

Robbie and team took extra care to accommodate us with our two bikes that needed servicing as well as a children's bike seat and helmet. They quickly fixed the two bikes up, ordered missing parts and delivered the bikes with the child's bike seat installed and a bike helmet fitted for our one year old. Juan was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I really didn’t plan on getting a bike right then and there but there was no reason not to at that point as they seemed to know their stuff and the bike they recommended really was a fit! Great service at this shop every time I've visited. In and out in less than 15 minutes for minor maintenance. While they deal with high-end clients and bikes, they're happy to help with small issues. Their prices for accessories and small parts are extremely fare considering the location, and they have a wide variety of whatever you need. Definitely check them out if you're in the area.

I did a walk in with a flat. They fixed my bike quickly on the spot. The staff seemed professional, knowegable and kind. They let me use their personal bathroom and took a link from my chain to adjust my rare tire with no extra charge. There was a tiny dog with a scrunched up face walking about. and, a female bike mechanic which i found refreshing. I will recommend this shop for use.

Don’t spend your hard earned dollars at this store. Bad customer service and lack of honesty when doing even simple repairs like a flat tire. In my case they installed an inner tube too small so it split. It didn’t last enough for my to ride the bike home from this shop. And when I went there to complain the next day I found out the store was closed. What a waste of time and money.
