Overall my experience at Brickell Buick and GMC was not a good experience, at first everything seemed okay but has things keep going few things happen, they tried to charged me $1995.00 for a warranty even tho it said warranty included on the auto trader post just like all their other vehicles posted in auto trader, also permaplate for $499.00 dollars, talked to a detailer at my place of work and he commented that truck did not even get a good wash, btw truck never got a wash prior to me picking up, i had to remove price sticker residual myself, Oscar M Veiga sales man knew since around 3pm that day i was driving to purchase vehicle, it was night time when arrive to Brickell Buick and GMC, so was not able to fully inspect vehicle and also drove from Naples FL so was in little bit of a rush to get back home, i bought the truck since i really needed for work purposes, few problems with the truck i seen like the tire pressure monitor light and dents and front and rear bumper damaged was all a surprise upon arrival since Oscar M Veiga send me a video of the truck and did not point any of those issues, fast forward to me getting back home, the truck is leaning forward, found truck had bigger tires in the rear axle then in front axle also nails on 2 tires, 275/55/20 on front axle which are the correct tires and 275/65/20 rear axle, and one of the front tires had a big bubble causing strong vibration driving back home on i75, indicating the did not performed an inspection at all!!! could have had a blow out, also transmission mount was completely disintegrated causing clunk noise when accelerating from a traffic light. overall experience was a nightmare, careful with this dealership. here are some pictures. i have spend over $1000 dollars on new tires, tire pressure monitor sensor and transmission mount not even a week of ownership of truck. Also never got a call back since i tried to contact them on 12/7/2023, today is 12/12/23 never got a response, keep in mind they were asking $24,800 for this truck.

The dealership advertised a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate VIN 1GKS2KKL4PR293837. The vehicle is listed with 1,579 miles. They listed every option in the description to include all of the options and dealer-installed options that appear on the window sticker for this VIN. I negotiated a purchase price of $XX with the New Car Sale Manager, Miguel DeLeon. Come to find out, they never installed most of the dealer-installed options that appear in their description at all, to the tune of $3,550 worth of missing items. When I brought this to Miguel's attention, he said, "Sorry pal, this vehicle is as-is." I said, "Miguel, you can't advertise this vehicle using a window sticker and description that includes all of these items, let me negotiate a price with you based on that information, then tell me that that's too bad for me, the vehicle is sold as-is. That's beyond deceptive." He said, "That vehicle is sold as-is." This is a classic bait and switch - any reputable business would either install the items the customer thought they were buying, or renegotiate the price based on the $3,550 worth of missing parts. UPDATE 17-July-2023 - In response to the spin doctoring from the dealership below: I expected this sort of revisionist history from this dealer, so I took a live video of their website and the advertising for this vehicle before they had a chance to alter it. You can very plainly see all of items I mentioned - all $3550 worth - are listed on their advertising as being included with the vehicle - the most expensive of these items was the catback performance exhaust option which was listed under the "MECHANICAL" description tab on the advertisement. The missing roof rack was listed under "SPECIFICATIONS." All of the items they said were taken by the first owner were listed under "INTERIOR." Decide for yourself - this was my experience with them.

A Callous Disregard for Customers at Brickell Buick GMC My experience at Brickell Buick GMC was nothing short of infuriating. Lured by a used Yukon listing, I engaged with a rep named Jose over the phone. Though the initial vehicle was sold, they pitched another Yukon at a $4k higher price, assuring a possible price negotiation. I PLEADED with Jose. I let him know that I have two young kids, and before I make the long trip down, I NEED to know if they are willing to match the cost of the previous car (which he proactively offered). He assures me, we'll make a deal. With young children, I hesitantly made the 1.5-hour drive down. Upon arrival, confusion reigned. No one knew Jose; my search for Miguel, the manager Jose claimed to have consulted, led to Winston, the Used Car manager. They were clueless about our prior conversation, and the Yukon was freshly traded in and unsellable—filthy with a 'Not for Sale' sticker on, and tons of dirt and the previous owners' belongings and garbage. A frustrating 45-minute debate ensued, only to have them uphold the online price, now inflated with a hidden $1,995 maintenance fee. Winston offered me a $500 discount as a "courtesy" ... like a slap in the face. Despite my upfront honesty, it's evident that Brickell Buick GMC had no regard for making a family with small children drive 2 hours for a sham negotiation. Their false assurances were a blatant bait, showcasing a callous disregard for customer trust and time. I strongly advise against entertaining a purchase from this dealership; the lack of transparency and empathy was astounding.

At first manager and sales representative super attentive, persistent and willing to make the sale. Then I decided to Purchase the 2021 Buick Enclave on Monday January 17, since prior to doing the financing I was asking about the second key of the vehicle, sales man, financing all said they will get the key. I did the financing signed all the paper work and asked about the second key, then I was told there was just one key and that they would have to contact the previous owner to see if they can get a hold of the second key. I was super upset since I kept asking about the second key before doing any deal, and coincidently they waited till after to tell me that there is no second key and they would need to locate the previous owner to see if there is one. Working for customer service myself, I can’t believe being the actual dealer that I can’t be provided with a second key right away. Almost $50k in a vehicle and I have follow up constantly to see if there is any updates on the second key for the vehicle. I can’t believe everything that needs to be done to be provided with the second key which is something that should have initially been giving with the sale of the vehicle. Was also told the car was just serviced, and car is showing 22% oil life and tires low in air. Just not happy at all.

Extremely great service from the whole Buick GMC team. Luis Manotas was the salesman who assisted me in my whole car buying process and his service was perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with every decision I made. He made me feel more like a friend rather than just any customer. Professional tone, work, and attitude, he was honest about everything and even gave great advice. The Used Car Sales Manager Dario was also very friendly and professional; made sure that he had a moment to meet with me and talk to me and made sure that I was getting the assistance I was looking for. He is not like the other managers at other dealerships who don't get to speak to customers; he made sure to meet with me one on one. Guillermo is the Finance Specialist who helped me get the rate I was looking for; I came in told him what I was looking for and he made it happen! He didn't stop until I got the deal that I wanted, very helpful guy! Overall the experience at this dealership is one that I will remember and will recommended to everyone I know because they don't make you feel like you're at a stereotypical dealership, they make you feel at home.

I called many times ahead and was determined to find an available Envista so I knew I was coming in to make a purchase. At first I felt like I was getting bounced around and was told no demo car to drive which I came in specifically to do; however ultimately I decide to go forward and secure the only model that was coming in to purchase regardless of not have driven it. I got introduced to Mario to discuss price and he understood what I wanted and we agreed on price so I said I would call tomorrow to arrange purchase. I called in the and let them know I was coming in later. When I got there I met with Mario in finance and he assured me he would help execute this efficiently and immediately felt like I was in great hands. Jackie- another salesman was there and told me I could test drive the car with him since I had not gotten to on the previous night. He was great and answered so many questions, and I enjoyed test driving the Envista. Then Mario in finance was very patient and helped get everything done and I was very happy.

On Monday May 8th 2023 I was in a situation where I had no choice but to buy a new vehicle. My 2021 GMC Acadia had broke down when I came back from a cruise out of Miami and the part was on backorder. So I gave in and bought a 2023 GMC Canyon Denali. This dealership has to worse customer service. On the day I bought it I was promised a second key within a week. Here it is almost 4 months later and I still don't have the second key. I have called numerous times only to be told someone will find the key and mail it out to me. Also I was NEVER offered a tire warranty. All my vehicles have had them in the past and now I have to pay $300 for a new tire because of a screw in it. If they'd offered the tire warranty I would have gotten it. This dealership is by far the worse I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from them they will screw you over one way or another. ALL they want is to make the sale. I work in this industry so I know how shady dealers are. A one star is too much for them.

Just went to this dealership after being to two others because I was having problems with my battery. Lorenzo Buick told me that it could take two days to check it out, then I went next door to Autonation Chevy in Doral, the guy gave me the excuse that the car wasn’t under warranty anymore and I had to pay for the battery. I told him that the car is certified and it comes with bumper to bumper warranty for a 1year, still he said no. I had to go to this two places because I was far away from Brickell, but I was able to get to Brickell not before talking to service advisor Violeta. She was extremely professional and she checked for me if the battery was under warranty, which it was, and told me to go there and they will replace it asap. Well, asap they did. She was extremely helpful and gracious, she helped me super fast and was ready to helped me when I got there. Definitely will be there all the time that my car needs service. Thank you Violeta!

Great service! I couldn’t find the truck I wanted anywhere. I finally came across the one I had been looking for online at Brickell Buick GMC. The dealer ship was out of town since I live in the Tampa Area. I contacted them and Richard Villasmil got back to me very promptly. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone and through text. He gave me a walk around over FaceTime since I wasn’t able to get there personally. He made the whole experience very smooth. Other places I tried to call would take days to get back to me but not Richard at Brickell Bruick GMC. We did the whole transaction online and over the phone. And then they had it shipped right to my house. Even after I had purchased the my truck, I had some questions and Richard was still quick to answer my questions. He was on it! If you’re looking for a vehicle then go check them out or give them a call. I’d ask for Richard Villasmil. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted this dealership after identifying a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Received telephonic communication from two different staff members Mateo and Michael. I confirmed an appointment time and date. I went into the dealership and was then put with a new salespersons who couldn't not locate the car, she disappeared no communication just left. During my visit I was then engaged by another sales person who attempted to help me locate the car stating it was in service. Well we walked to that area just for the car not to be there. After a 40 minute drive to the car lot, several text messages, and telephone communication. The car was not able to be identified at the lot. I attempted to contact Mateo while on-site to inquire about the car and received no response to this date. I was surprised by the customer service I received based on the positive reviews.Needless to say I went to another dealership after being frustrated.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I have been trying to reach this dealership since TUESDAY! It is now Thursday before I get someone that is interested in returning my call. I live out of town otherwise I would have walked in. By the time I spoke to the manager the car I was interested was sold to someone in parts.... if they only want to sell in house then I will take my money elsewhere. Not interested in working with people like this. Update: the previous buyer wasn’t able to afford the vehicle so needless to say the used car manager (Dario) was able to contact me and get the process started. Josh with financing was an absolutely pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for me. Dario also did a great job and was able to ge the deal done after many hurdles. There is always room for improvement with any business any I truly hope their communication improves.

I bought my car with Joel who was very attentive and found me a great car at a price I was happy with. I love my car and think Joel had great service. The process of buying was overall smooth. After buying I had trouble getting copies of my paperwork, tags, and a refund I was promised. But after filing some complaints they did fix everything for me and apologized, which I appreciate. For this reason I am changing my review from one star. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because it did take 2 months, calling, emailing, showing up in person, leaving a bad review, and filing complaints to get assistance. My car has been good and reliable so far. A month after purchase some lights came on on the dashboard but luckily I bought an extended warranty, and the car is a 2013 so it is a bit older. I love my little car and am happy with my purchase.

My first experience today with Brickell Buick was excellent. Arriving for my 1230 appointment, Service Advisor Violeta Rodriguez was very pleasant and efficient in creating the service request so that my issue (noise when turning) was documented properly. Technician, Alberto, immediately started working on my car. A ride in the car with me driving was needed to hear the noise. Alberto found the problem and ordered the still under warranty part. In the process, without being asked, he properly inflated the tires and at my request inspected the belts and hoses for wear. At no time did my car sit without attention. Violeta kept me informed and I was on my way without a charge. The two waiting areas are clean and pleasant and one had a small deli/coffee area without a charge for the waiting customers. I highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased a car from this dealer and I had a great experience thanks to the staff that took care of me. Chris and Mayito were amazing, they were very patience and helped me find my dream car. Even though my dream car was a bit above my budget they worked with me and gave me some extra discounts to help me get close to what I wanted to pay. They even paid for my uber to get there ( I came from Boca Raton, so not a cheap uber). Overall, they helped and guided me with the entire process and made it so easy to buy my car. Everyone at that place was very friendly and made us feel very confortable. Also, they have the best coffee ever!!! No kidding! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a car. If you go ask for Chris and Mayito. They are amazing they will take care of you.

Ara Adan was incredible from the minute my wife got on the phone with her to explain our problem. We found out the air conditioning in our 2021 Yukon Denali wasn't working 3 hours into our 22 hour drive to Florida to go on a cruise. We had seven people in the vehicle and could not turn back due to our departure date. Although Ara could not do anything about our ride down there, she assured us that she would get the vehicle in and get it looked at while we were on the cruise. when we returned the vehicle was fixed and we had a perfect ride home. Really good thing as the rains had just started. That would have been a rough ride home without the excellent service from the GMC team in Miami. What a class act, even sent me off with a Cuban coffee to keep me going for many miles.

***BEWARE OF NOT GETTING PAID TIMELY IF YOU SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER*** I agreed and shook hands to sell my vehicle to this dealer on October 5, 2023. After we reached our agreement, I was told my check (whatever was left after paying lien holder) would be ready after they paid off my car and the lien was released. I am not sure why they couldn’t pay me the difference at that time, but it gets worse. My lien was released and in I confirmed this with the Accounting office, but now there is no one who can sign off on my check. I was told hopefully by Friday they’ll come to sign my check. It’ll be over 2 weeks to get paid for a car I sold/handed over the keys when I shook hands on that deal. Never again. Seller’s Remorse.

Good morning, I have to say about my great regret of buying a GMC with you, it is the worst decision I have ever made, I own two GMCs and my experience has been really terrible, both in that we do not have spare parts or when it comes to maintenance. They are always lies and no one knows how to give you an answer. I think that in times of so much competition, the poor service and disinterest of many people like Mrs. Sistina make me never want to return to that place again. We called for a car that was online. We told them our cash offer out the door. We explained we lived 1 hr away. The “VIP manager” whatever that means assured us we wouldn’t waste our time. Lo and behold we get there the truck definitely had body work done on 2 doors b/c the paint was horrible super noticeable. They wanted to insult our intelligence and say the paint from factory is bad and sometimes turns out that way on a 2021 okay we were still willing to pay the original cash offer we gave then they come back with $10k over what we said we were not willing to go over what a joke what a waste of time!

Customer service is terrible. Titled the wrong vehicle in my name. Causing all types of problems. We have to file a fraud case with the state and are being asked to pay tolls on a car that is not ours. Service information for the vehicle is being sent to us so they are giving out other people’s information. Don’t trust this dealership. Service manager Miguel never returns phone calls. Joshua Gonzalez in financing and Jose B in sales admitted they did this and have not fixed it after a month. Will be reporting this dealership to the state for investigation.

I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Brickell Buick GMC..As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth proccess from beginning to end. The absolute worst dealership experience. We are already an owner of 2 GMC trucks. We were interested in a truck and when we got the paperwork for out the door price is was OVER THE TOP higher than what they were projecting on their website. The GM called us and said "if you don't want to do business with me, I don't care." We don't care either but when you are giving us a price significantly higher than what they are advertising online - that's when there's a problem. Best of luck going here.. we wouldn't suggest it.

Excellent service! Easy to schedule a service online. My advisor was Stephanie and she was awesome. I do recommend using the Alto car service instead of waiting for the car because it took a long time since I was doing some extra services. The regular service was estimated 2 hours so I think it is very convenient that they offer complimentary service to take you were you need and pick you up when your car is ready. All the staff I interacted was very professional and courteous. Im defined taking my GMC here again .

Awful experience. Master mechanic lied about the "repairs" that my car needed. Quoted me $7,000.00 to make the "needed" repairs. Took my car in for an oil change and now I had an oil leak, power steering fluid leak, bad motor mount and a bad strut. Took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and the oil leaks were from the oil change. Nothing wrong with the strut or the mount. SCAMMERS. Take your car for a second opinion! No stars.

Horrible service they will try to rob you. I took my vehicle there to sale it. I was also considering trade in option, but I wanted to see what they offer first. I set an appointment and took the vehicle and the offer me 30k, when CARFAX, Carvana and Autonation offer me 40k-45k after taking the vehicle to their dealerships. I dont recommend anyone to sell their vehicle here, and I cant imagine how bad will be buying a car here.

They stole all of my Costa and Oakley sunglasses during a regular service. It was about 4 pairs in total that I had in the car. Stay away from this dealer. They even told me they couldn't service the performance intake air filter even though it is an OEM factory item. They told me to service it myself. This dealer is horrible.
