This a top flight auto repair shop,as an out of towner they made me as comfortable as possible, they give complete info.including lower cost options before they work on your car.I would recommend them to any one one. the shop is clean and efficient and they have expertise to diagnose and repair foreign cars. Absolutely horrible. I called in asking for a coolant change on my 2002 Aston Martin and was told "We don't work on those cars". How hard can it be to do a coolant change on ANY car??? If Brickell "Complete" )Or NOT Complete) Auto Services cannot do that simple thing, how many other simple things can they NOT DO Let alone more complicated service.

While the facade leaves much to be desired, the service and prices are outstanding. They know what the problems are and fix it at a fair price. Was very happy with the fast time and formal report. This was my first time NOT to go to my dealer for an engine light issue. Glad I saved a lot of cash and money by going to these guys instead.

Brought my Honda Accord to the dealership for an oil change and was given a long list of fluids that needed to be flushed/changed. Decided to get a second opinion here and glad I did - only needed 3 of the 5 items the dealership tried to force and each service was around 1/2 the price. Friendly, same-day service!

Clean lobby and professional service. They accommodated me right away even if I didn't have an appointment and were upfront about the cost and did not try to upsell additional service. They were very honest about the assessment and even recommended some of the fixes be done at another auto shop to save money.

They changed the A/C compressor in my Volvo three years ago and it is still going strong. I am writing the review now because the folks at the Volvo dealership confirmed they used original quality replacement parts like I asked them to. I would trust them to work on my car any time. Thank you.

I was in town picking up my old minivan that I let a friend use. It was in bad shape and needed immediate repairs. These guys fixed it up very quickly and got me on the road. And they even fixed a broken window motor without charging me, that was very helpful and much appreciated. Thanks.

I unexpected used this company in need of help. I had a tire blow out and I stopped here for help and these men came assist me even though they couldn't repair the tire. They put on my spare tire and sent me on my way... They made a difficult day a little better!

Great Service! Great prices. I took my Mercedes there and they were able to provide full service without an appt. I was in and out in less than an hour. They are certified to work on most cars, which is difficult to find for Mercedes. Highly reccommend.

Great service. Garage is clean, well organized and efficient. A small and quiet reception area with excellent customer service by any of the two Roberts. Prices are fair and service time is great. Certainly a place to keep for future car service.

Don't know about they're service but I will say they are super expensive. Called in to ask how much to Rectify brake rotors. While a Local machine shop charges $10-$15, Brickell auto service charges $140. So, do yourself a favor and shop around.

Recommended garage for my 2013 mini cooper r56. Roberto took great care of me. Had my scheduled service oil change, brake fluid flush, air filter replaced and a few other jobs. All within the day with day attentive service and very fair prices.

I have been taking my car here for more than 3 years and they provide great trustworthy service! The best part is the shuttle that takes me to work and picks me up when my car is finished at the end of the day! I highly recommend them!

Terrible service. More than hour waiting for an oil change and they had not ever moved the car when I returned. The person at the front desk did not take any notes of the additional checks that I asked

This place is awesome! Came in before work with a nail in my tire and they had me out the door in 10 minutes. Highly recommend them.

You go for oil change, and you get also a complet and printed report of you car condition. They also inspected balanced my tires.
