Brident Dental came as a recommendation from a coworker. I called the office and they got me in within the next couple days. When I got into the office I did notice that they were following the COVID-19 guidelines. Being conscious and cautious of the times that we are in I truly appreciated that. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff that helped me. These folks. I just wanted to know if they accepted my insurance and I don’t have my card so I needed help looking it up. I mean every other dentist office says ‘don’t worry we can look it up.’ This lady said: after I said I don’t have my card: can you look at your son’s card and tell me? Clearly they don’t listen. And I don’t play about my babies. And she had her irritated voice on I am such a chill person I started laughing cause she was so annoyed I was calling them with new business yeah maybe it’s just the location I called. I’ll try a different one cause Buckner already irritated and they don’t even know our names yet can’t make this up. Just the rudeness. Sighing in the phone heavy because I asked for help it is Friday. Maybe she’s was just tired. But I did apologize for calling and bothering her and for not having access to my card.

I’m very dissatisfied! Dr / orthodontist loves talk for others decide what is the best for the patient -and not listen at all. Patient opinion!! She says she is the profesional !! Hola m not !! Is true is why we are on the office to get professional help bt definitely she is not professional to me !! Sge is working on my son braces n im so regrets to hire this company !! Was wonderful when was south texas dental Bt now I’m n contract ! Paying a lot to me just to go n heard this women remark she’s professional!! N are not doing any work ! What she did is not even close for what I’m supposedly sign contract !! I wish to know how can. Break this contract n find orthodontist to finish my son braces without having doctor tell him need removed 2 adult teeth’s to make her easy her job!! I’m desperate, frustrated!!

This place is a joke I went today n pain for my tooth and the girl at the front desk was suppose to call my Rx why they didn’t give it to me idk but I literally told her I was n pain and On my way! To Walgreens not even a mile up the street from the clinic and she didn't even call my Rx in the pharmacist like she said she would very unprofessional Walgreens said she never called nor have me on record for my meds when the lady literally told me she was going to call never again will I ever deal with this place again I have to go a whole night n pain because she didn’t call my Rx in r at least not to the right pharmacy I’m over this place it’s old looking and it’s not appealing to me I will b going somewhere else from now on they have just lost my business this is Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I really like the service I had at Brident D..,they were very nice an the dentist was very cautious as to not causing me any more pain than what I would have to go through, the dentist explained they procedure she was going to perform on my teeth she assured me if I have any questions or concerns she would gladly answer them she also assured me during the procedure if I need her to stop that I could have her stop... And the ladies at the front desk they were so nice and their service was fast I would gladly send all my friends and family to the dentist there if they have any dental work that needs to be done I have not one complaint about them I am very very pleased with the service and it was so clean there that was also important was it was very clean

We took all 3 of our kids here today and the staff was amazing! Ms. Chili was so great with our oldest kid. We were able to experience both dentists today. They were very fast and efficient completing fillings, sealants and cleaning. It was so great to hear them explain what they were doing every step of the way to the kids as they were working in their mouths. I was impressed with the dentist that worked on our oldest. He had her watch him brush her teeth and explained to her how she should be brushing them. Yes us as parents do that too but things hit differently when it comes from someone else. Thank you guys so much!

The front office staff is rude! If you are looking for a friendly staff then your going to have to wait until you go back to see someone who DOES NOT work the front desk! I asked the manager for her supervisors name and phone number and she refused to give it to me and asked me to leave. They are the most unprofessional staff that I have ever experienced. The name change most definitely should have included some staff changes. I can’t wait to get my braces off so I never have to interact with them again. My orthodontist is amazing! It’s just so disappointing the front office staff doesn’t match that!

Very disappointed about the service, had an appointment for my daughter and son , after waiting almost 2 hours in the waiting room, they put my daughter in a room, the room was very dirty and I complained to te manager about it,and she even agreed with me ,she said I will talk to the doctor about it, Doctor comes to room and she told me straight “ if you think the room is not clean , you can go somewhere else, we are going to have reschedule you for another day, He was extremely rude!!! Like I didn’t have the right to complain, we where at the clinic for 5 hours just for a regular check up

My Dental visit experience in these office was way over my expectations. Thank you to everyone thank you to the financing department for your great work. I was able to get my dental treatment started today with a minimal down payment towards my dental treatment and the rest of my out of pocket in low monthly payments. Thank you Mrs Cheli you were great at explaining to me all my options available. Dr. Crespo and her dental assistant Alexandra did a amazing chair side job. Definitely recommend these Dental office for all your dental needs.

I was hesistant going to see a new dentist after not being seen by a dentist in almost two years due to the COVID-19 epidemic. My expectations were exceeded from the initial professionalism of the staff, dental hygienist, and the dentist. Everyone took the time to explain the planned procedures, course of actions of the dental treatments, and completed the necessary dental work with ease. this is louis in mesquite, y'all. i'm here to give a BIG shout out to the fine and friendly folks at the South Buckner Brident Dental & Orthodontics clinic. I especially wish to acknowledge Dr. Ahmed and his pretty--but very capable--capable assistant, Roxanne. They worked their tails off to make me prettier, and it almost worked (how pretty can you make a 75-yr-old coot?). Anyway, I walked out looking much better and I will be enjoying meals with much more delight. Check them out, folks. You owe yourselves a try-out.

The office was nice n clean..The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable..Although I leave in Garland Tx. She considered the drive distance and in formed me of office I could go so I will not have to travel so far but her profession courtesy stood out for me and I just didn't mine coming back to that office Instead..Good professional customer service beat it all.. Dr. Ahmed is absolutely Great! He is professional, thorough with instructions, patient, kind and takes his time! He completely explains, step-by-step, every single process that he performs, during the procedures, so that you know and completely understand, everything that is going on. I enjoyed a most pleasant experience in his care, and the results of his work on my teeth, is amazing! Dr. Ahmed is a seasoned Professional in the Dental field!

Great experience. Little to know wait time. Very thorough. Doctors kept me at ease and relaxed during procedures. Very informative on preventing future cavities and gum disease. Have had bad experiences before and after visiting this office, I have had the best experience ever. Customer service is great from the first greeting from entering the office to the farewell when leaving. Felt very comfortable the whole time.

Terrible service. They started using a call center to book appointments and scheduled my appointment at the wrong time. the office called me the next day to come in earlier and when i arrived an hour earlier the doctor came in to say that they weren’t going to have time for a cleaning because it was too late even though the staff called me and moved to that time. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere!

Was not told that my son's extraction for baby teeth would be done in office by extremely rude Natasha Crespo. She did not properly numb his gums was extremely rude, lied to his face and forcefully yanked out his teeth. Never coming here again. If you don't like children don't work somewhere you have to be around them. Or if she was just having a bad day she should not take it out on her patients.

Very pleased with my visit. The ladies at the desk were very sweet and answered all of my questions. Doctor was so gentle, professional, and explained everything in detail. She did a great Job on my surgery extraction!!! The lady that took my x-rays was very gentle and made me feel extremely comfortable. I can tell the office cares about their patients. Thank you for a great experience!

I appreciate all the help and patience. Everyone we encountered was nice and made us feel comfortable. Our appointment was scheduled toward the end of the day but no one was in a rush it was peaceful and comfortable. I’ve been coming to this location since 2015 And I’ve always received great service here , all staff is friendly and nice and informative as well as the dentists and specialist , I love how they all make me feel that they are there for my two kids and I , my kids are excited to come whenever they come in for there regular check ups , I just love it here !

The dentist and all the assistants are nice and get you in and out like a well tuned sports car.They are thorough and seem to care deeply about what they do and how they do it.My 1 year old enjoys it and has always stayed calm as an eagle ever since his first baby visit.Thankyou truly to the staff here we hope to see y’all in the future as well.

I love Dr. Jameeluddin, she's great! She seemed very concerned about my daughter and even called me a couple of days later to make sure all was well. Before a visit to the dentist was something to dread; now I'm happy to say I've been going to the same place since I was a teenager and my kids join me now. All the staff there is AWESOME!

Had an appt scheduled for 2:30pm they called and changed it to 12. We got there at 12:15. They didn't call us in until 2:05. It's currently 4:37 and I'm still waiting for them to finish... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If you want to wait 5 hours definitely come here! Also the people who scheduled appointments need to give proper information.

This place is wonderful they are real nice an they also does a wonderful job on my teeth I would recommend anybody to go here an get your teeth work on I love this place and the people that's in there they does a wonderful job they are also nice an take care of the people. The front and back staff was wonderful from the time I walked in… I didn’t have insurance but needed emergency work done and they helped me figure out the best available option while being very kind and patient with me. The Dentist who pulled my tooth was absolutely perfect. I definitely will be back to get the rest of my work done.

My 3yr old twins headstart said they needed a checkup or they could not come back until they received it. I walked in at 5:25pm and was able to be seen. The staff was very nice and kind. The dentist was so sweet to my babies the assistants as well. This was my first visit and I enjoyed it and the play area was great for my twins.

Welcoming, friendly staff! I was nervous about getting braces but all my questions were answered and I was put to ease. I was walked through the different financial options I could take, which I also found to be very helpful and chose what was best for me. I already recommended brident to a family member and a friend.

Okay for work performed. They will not work with you on payments. They will start the work but will not complete it until they are paid in full. Make sure you have Great Dental insurance or be ready to pay heavily out your pocket. They prefer welfare patients so they can get government subsidized payments.

Today was my daughters first time at this location and it was good. The doctor she had and assistant were great with handling her yelling her lungs out while brushing her teeth even though she loves to brush her teeth @ home. I'm a D.A myself and I loved their service! …

After a few bad expierences at other dentist office we found the right one for us. My children love that yall talk to them when they get nervous and help them understand how important their teeth are. Even my baby enjoys her check ups she enjoys the gum rubs. Keep up the great work you guys …

I love the staff super nice. Had a little issue with one of the doctors. Also we had an appointment at 10:00 we sat in the lobby until about 12:15 and decided to leave. Ww even arrived a little earlier then scheduled.
