Honestly I used to love coming here. I came at the beginning of the year got evaluated and they set up the treatment plan. I came 2 times after that for my deep clean and was told to come for my cleaning 3 months later. I was very happy. Then I came for my cleaning and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time for them to tell me my information wasn’t up to date In the system since they became part of brident and I had to fill out all the paperwork again. Fine then I had to wait some more then when I was finally taken to the back after an hour wait and the hygienist was getting ready to start someone came in and told her not to because my insurance had to be verified. At that point I was tired of waiting and decided to reschedule. I decided to give them a second chance I came to my rescheduled appointment for my cleaning and again had to wait. my appointment was at 9am I got there at 8:55 got pulled back at 9:38 and was told they had to do my X-rays again since it’s every 6 months ok fine after I waited some more and was seen at 10:30 then after a 15 min examination had to wait some more. I was confused because I was just suppose to have a cleaning but ok I waited some more. At 11:20 the dentist was nice enough to check up on me and was very nice but I just decided to leave. Everyone is very nice I have nothing bad to say about the staff. But their system i feel is very flawed someone shouldn’t have to wait over 2 hours for a cleaning or to get information on what’s going on. It seems they have a clustering scheduling system they were having trouble with handling the patient load. Either way, I unfortunately, will not be returning.

I have never liked going to the dentist. I've always associated it with pain and misery. So, when I realized I needed all 4 wisdom teeth out, I panicked. I made it to 30 without them giving me any issues and thought I could avoid this moment the rest of my life. When I arrived to the dentist, I expressed my fears to the dental assistant, Crystal (I hope I got your name right!). She helped reassure me that Dr. Hoang was amazing with tooth extraction. Both of them worked together and helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire extraction process. Crystal let me hold her hand and squeeze it. Dr. Hoang let me know that I could stop at any moment if I needed anything at all. I was definitely still scared and nearly had a panic attack, but they really helped guide me through. I had to do my extractions two at a time, but I made sure that I had both of them there for my second appointment. Thank you Crystal and Dr. Hoang!!!

Dr. Troung and assistant Wendy Reyes are absolutely WONDERFUL! I was so comfortable and made to feel relaxed. This was my first visit. I'm delighted to have been referred here by my insurance provider Amerigroup. And Wendy is SO efficient and professional. And she's all about her business, but makes you feel at home. And the ladies at the front desk are SO efficient and kind. Patient too. I really don't see how they stay congenial and composed like they do. GREAT first impression frim the front desk, seriously! Literally no pain and a flawless procedure from the Dr. You will be delighted at the exemplary service they provide.

Worst experience ever, they keep my $300 dollars and never did the service, they said will send a refund check home, never received it, I went to the office two times they said will call me to go pick up the check to the office never call me. This happen same day , I paid the $300 get inside they didn't do the service, I get out from the room I asked for my money back that I just paid and they told me that the $300 was already deposit and she can not return it, and they will send it a check by mail. This is an abused to elderly people, I'm 78 years old and they don't want to give me my money back.

My family has been going here for years. Never had too many problems but now that they have paired with Brident I thought hmm a little upgrade but hell they don’t even do appointment reminders or answer the phone. I have called to confirm an appointment twice a day, 3 days in a row and on hold for at least 16 mins before I decide to hang up. The line automatically starts with “Thank you for holding, we’ll be with you shortly” but no one ever picks up…. How am I supposed to contact anyone or confirm appointment times if no one answers the phone?!

I took my disabled brother to have a tooth extracted and his teeth cleaned. They double booked us and made us wait two hours while they saw other patients. After asking why we were waiting they admitted to double booking us and said I should wait a little longer since I’ve waited this long. I left. They don’t respect your time and the office is filthy.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND I was recommended this place by an associate. It is an appointment based facility yet you still wait 30+ minutes. Paperwork states I waive my rights away if any malpractice is done. NOPE no thank you rather take myself somewhere else. Obviously they’ve had issues like this before In order for their paperwork to be this detailed.

At first I was a little nervous because of the horror stories I'd heard about root canals but the doctor and his assistant made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure and yes I had some discomfort afterwards but my medication and warm salty water rinses took care of it so thanks to them I'm ready for my capping

Dr Ho (please forgive me if I’m misspelling her name, I will update when I find out the exact spelling of incorrect) she was knowledgeable, funny and friendly. Made my daughter at ease and let her understand the importance of oral care in such a manner my daughter to heed to it all! Pleasant experience in all! Thank you!

I got my smile back ! My front teeth were black, I was so ashamed of my smile! For years I wouldn’t smile and would constantly cry and be ashamed of my appearance. Y’all changed my life. You don’t know how much this means to me! Go see them ! They are the best

The office is completely neglected, the floor is dirty, the sunglasses they gave me so that the light does not bother my eyes were dirty and they use the same ones for all the patients, they do not use disposables for each patient. I'm not coming back here

Very professional staff. I just hate dealing with the corporate office on the phone. It’s so dog on frustrating. They never know what’s going on but always want to tell you what to do. However, the in office staff is awesome and so friendly.

Went to get a wisdom tooth pulled at the w fuqua location . However NO ONE called to fill my prescription so I’ve been sitting in pain all day .. and now I have to wait until tomorrow for pain medication. I had to pay out of pocket $250 !

Perla was amazing. She was super friendly and kind. Ms. Wendy was also amazing. They explained the procedure to me to where I fully understand and they never showed any signs of frustration all. I truly recommend this place.

I hope everyone is reading their paperwork because I have to give up my right to trial? Why are these a part of the paperwork unless malpractice is common at this establishment? Never have I seen this. Red flag, run.
