They were very friendly, accepted me as a new patient immediately and got me in very quickly. Knowledgeable staff who gives you undivided attention. Advanced technology and talks you through each step, was educational. Quick on insurance estimates and direct bill to your provider too! I have regrettably been to previous dentists who book too many patients at once, misdiagnose and don't listen, don't make you feel comfortable, they make multiple mistakes or charge too much or your appointment time is not honored.... Rest assured you will never experience that at Bridgeland Dental Care... they are literally hands down the best Dental Experience I have ever had... they are prompt/on-time. I have been a patient of Bridgeland Dental care for over three years and I’ve always had a good experience. I am somewhat of a difficult patient with very low pain tolerance and all my procedures have been quick, pain free and excellent quality. Dr. Wiedemann provides high quality care and is so efficient with his procedures. I have never felt post procedure pain or had any issues with my root cancel, crown, cavities or cleanings. The staff team is also equally as great, Sam and Manny are excellent and always check in throughout the procedures and aim to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. And Tina, she greets you immediately and always makes you feel welcome in the office! She creates a fast and efficient billing process as well. By far the best dental clinic I’ve been too in Calgary!

Was here today as a new patient for cleaning and dental examination. The receptionist was super friendly, very efficient, and clearly very good at her job. After my appointment she calculated and wrote down how much my follow up visits would cost with my benefits which was really nice. The dental hygienist Cat was really smart and provided a lot of education and she was also very entertaining and funny. The dental assistant Celeste was very friendly and good at her job. They all seemed to really enjoy working together and having fun at work. Dr.McKee was great as well and spent a lot of time addressing my concerns and providing patient teaching. I am very happy a quick google search led me to this fantastic dental clinic!

Just booked in an appointment after a couple of years of not seeing the dentist. I was booked in quickly for a 2 hour checkup and cleaning. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wiedemann went through the x-rays and checkup with me and was refreshingly thorough about the condition of my mouth. I ended up with a couple of cavities and they mentioned they had an appointment open up just an hour later if I wanted it. So I stuck around and had the fillings done the same day! I know this is not the norm and the summer holidays was to my benefit but either way it was an awesome experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist. :)

I hadn't gone to the dentist in almost a decade and finally got the motivation to go this month. I went to Bridgeland Dental Care because I was impressed with all the reviews I read online. And they certainly lived up to my expectations. My first visit I saw Manny and one of the assistants, Sam; they were both so great and didn't make me feel at all bad for it being so long since going to the dentist. I had a few follow up appointments with Dr. Wiedemann and both him and his assistant Jess made me feel so comfortable I almost enjoyed going to the dentist. I would recommend Dr. Wiedemann and his team to anyone looking for a dentist.

Wow, it seems odd to say this about a dental visit, but I had a great time & an excellent experience. The whole process fell nothing short of excellent. Cat, Lynelle, Joanne and Dr. McKee are a killer team, I felt in very caring & sincere hands. Everyone feels passionate about what they do which brings a sense of joy and ease. Energy is the environment is very warm. Actually couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you so much. Ps, all of this comes from a girl who used to experience pretty intense dental anxiety. This has been one of the best dental experiences I have ever encountered. I'm so happy I can call Bridgeland Dental Care my dentist office. Though I've only been for one visit so far, all of the staff have been extremely genuine and friendly. After my checkup with Dr. Wiedemann went quicker than anticipated, the hygienist, Shelley, scheduled to clean my teeth delayed her lunch so that she could get me on my way rather than have me waiting around. I absolutely hate the cleaning part, but this time I felt like I was catching up with an old friend rather than getting tortured!

As I have said elsewhere; insofar as "getting a filling" is (dubiously) a 5-star experience, I have nothing but respect for the staff collectively. They are friendly, conscientious and explain every procedure thoroughly. They are sensitive to my budget and circumstances without patronizing me and, as I explained to them, when I filled out my patient information sheet, my preferred name (who has that on an information sheet?!) is "Your Majesty", but only if they hurt me. Very thoughtful people who want the very best for you. I highly recommend this company.

I've been a patient at Bridgeland for about 2 years now for cleanings, fillings and a root canal. The staff is friendly, it's easy to get an appointment and the wait times are minimal. The dentist is very friendly and I particularly like that he keeps you apprised of what he is doing during the treatment, so there are no surprises. The hygienist did an amazing cleaning job on my teeth. They've been very accommodating with any special requests I've had as well. I'm very happy with this dental office and I'll continue to go to them in the future.

We originally went here as my daughter needed a new dentist, and after seeing how well they took care of her I decided to go there as well. The assistants and hygienists are all professional but still personable, and Dr Wiedemann is great: he works quickly but is very thorough, and he makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. I've never been kept waiting more than a few minutes before an appointment, and they have an option to send email or text notifications, which I find useful too. I'd recommend to anyone.

Does it feel odd to give a dentist 5-stars? Sure. That being said, everyone (reception, hygienist, and dentist) are all great. They're respectful of my money and healthcare coverage or lack there of. They also have some pretty cool new technology there (not that I really know anything about dental advancements) that takes like photos that make a 3D model of your mouth. It's really pretty wild. I came here based on their reviews and I've been seeing them for over 3 years now and I haven't regretted it.

By far the best dental experience I’ve had in years. I came here on a recommendation from a family member after some disappointing visits to other clinics, and I am so so pleased with how I have been treated. The dentist, Dr. Leila, is absolutely fantastic and gave me a great plan for going forward. All the staff that I have interacted with have been lovely as well, if it wasn’t weird I’d ask them to be friends. 10/10 experience overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone!

Great dental care, as new patient to bridgeland dental care, I found very friendly and caring staff. The amazing front staff, helped me with completing new patient form and dental insurance coverage. My appointment was cleaning, and annual examination. Dental hygienist Jo was great! She took me on time, and explained me what she is going to do. Dr Leila was very friendly and professional and very helpful in explaining the treatment plan. I highly recommend the bridgeland dental care.

The entire team is amazing! From the first phone call to inquire as a new patient to the prompt service. The staff are all lovely, very efficient, patient, educational (will take a moment to slow down and answer any question) and they are very professional at all times. I have been there 3 times in 2 months for multiple appointments and every time I walked away feeling well taken care of and enjoyed the staffs way of making the office feel like a community.

Bridgeland Dental Care has been amazing; everyone is so wonderful and knowledgeable. As someone who struggles significantly with anxiety around the dentist, they worked hard to ensure I was comfortable and that I understood the treatment plan and outcome. I also have benefits with work, and the front end was quick to process my information, and assess any outstanding amounts that would be owing. If you struggle with dentist anxiety I highly recommend them!

Always a wonderful experience at Bridgeland Dental. I have been going here for five years, and have been extremely impressed by the quality of work I have received. While I was sad to see the former dentist go, Dr. McKee has exceeded my expectations and maintained a high level of care. Manny has been my hygienist since the beginning and has been consistently fantastic. I have since moved out of the neighbourhood but will not go anywhere else.

Friendliest dental office in town. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, there is a sense of service unmatched by any dentist I have ever had. The front end staff is super engaging, the dentist is thorough and fair (never recommends or pushes anything you don't need), and the hygienists are always so friendly and detailed at what they do. There is a sense of community here and I could not recommend them enough!

I have been going here for 7 years! I hated dentists most of my life and was terrified. The staff here are so good, kind, and amazing that I almost slept through my last cleaning. My 2 little ones have no fears thanks to their incredible team. As a mama bear my concerns are always met in a timely manner and with great patience and care. Dr. Wiedeman and his team were amazing every single time I have had a chance to visit Bridgeland Dental Care. Ranging from regular check ups to wisdom teeth extractions, I was always super satisfied with the friendly and efficient service. The team in the administration is also super friendly every time and makes sure that you remember your appointments and know whether certain services are covered by insurance.

Great clinic with amazing staff that works with you to maximize your benefits and ensure that you're feeling good about your dental health. I needed an emergency checkup after horrible pain and the staff got me in to see Dr. McKee right away. Have been getting dental work done here ever since. Dr. McKee does a great and comprehensive job to make sure there's no issues. Would highly recommend going here.

New in the area and called a few dental locations. This one in particular was friendly, inviting and very accommodating to bring in a new client. My first visit was hands down amazing. They addressed my concerns in a professional manor had my first appointment made within days of my initial point of contact and treated me great! I look forward to coming back and having them as my Dental Professionals!

I find the all the staff really friendly and helpful! All the hygienists are really great and efficient and their new dentist, Dr. McKee is very friendly, efficient and super straightforward. I have limited dental insurance and their team are always really good about making sure I have the information for any procedures (xrays, possible appliances) so I can check coverage. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic dentist. I had a tooth crumble, they managed to fit me in within hours, drill and fill, and the quality of the work was extremely impressive. Good pricing, paid close attention to my comfort. My fiancee has been avoiding dentists since a botched surgery, and seeing how they worked on me has convinced her to get an appointment. A really, really excellent dentist.

Been coming to this Dental Clinic since I moved to this neighborhood 8 years ago, so I've seen the change in staff several times, but the experience quality has not diminished. Although I've only been in for standard cleaning and cavity work, Dr. Wiedermann and his hygienists attended to my treatment with great care. Everyone was friendly and helpful as well.

The current staff is very friendly and punctual. Myself and my family have been going to Bridgeland Dental for many years. Dr. Wiedemann is excellent at explaining dental issues. Extremely competent, thorough, friendly, and prompt! I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes past my appointment time, which seems like a rarity. They explain everything extremely well, and they are great at handling insurance and maximizing the preventative care you get while still being covered.

Went here for the first time to get another wisdom tooth removed. The dental assistant was fabulous and made sure I was ok. Aaron (the dentist) was great. He listened to my concerns, explained the process and any other options that came with less risk, and he was very gentle during the procedure.

Had to have a "rogue" tooth extracted. The Doctor and his staff were efficient, professional and the procedure was fast and painless. I have recommended Bridgeland Dental to my friends in the past and would recommend them to anyone wanting quality dental care from people who really do care.

Lindsey did such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, no pain or discomfort. She had such a gentle touch, best cleaning I've had. Dr. McKee did a very thorough exam. His check was the most thorough I've had done by a dentist. Great clinic, A++++. Highly recommended.
