Took my blazer there for dry cleaning. They broke one of the buttons in half. Pointed that out to him and he got rude and said it wasn't them. I asked how they could have missed to notice a broken front button when receiving the jacket from me when i took it in since their was no note about a broken button on my receipt. He grudgingly accepted to replace the broken button. When i picked up the blazer a couple of days later, he had put a button with a different shade of brown from the other button! It looked almost comical. I just took the blazer and left. I eventually had the button replaced elsewhere. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Was worried after reading the reviews. My experience was positive. Requested a rush due to my brothers upcoming graduation pictures and he was very responsive and delivered. Furthermore, I gave him a jacket that looked really awful from my attempt to wash and it came out looking really nice. Spoke with him about cleaning a cat bed that had pee on it and he was kind to offer some deodorizer to help with the smell as dry cleaning would not be compatible with the item. Overall had a lovely experience and the price was reasonable. Had a wool jacket, mens suit, and mens blazer for cleaning.

If I could give more stars I would! I had an outfit ruined at another dry cleaners and Bright Cleaner’s were over the top helpful!! I explained I needed the outfit for an event and not only did they get the stains out they were able to fix it AND gave it back to me before the event! I am super impressed and will definitely be a regular customer!!

They have done a superb job in making my uniform look great! They also ask you when you need the item of clothing by and would do their best accommodate you, which is awesome for someone who needs their stuff ASAP. The new owners are absolutely slaying the game and for sure has earned a loyal customer!

Worst dry cleaners.. no knowledge of customer communication. Closing shop and going on vacation on same day notice . I could not pick my jackets and now waiting for them to come back …

Wonderful experience with the previous owner for 17 years. Again wonderful experience with the new owner as well. Little pricy but I also get discounts too.

The worst service ever I had in my life they ruined Kurta Pajama even I didn’t wear that… what people can do…. I don’t know I am really upset from them
